Condom, Gers

The canton of Baïse-Armagnac is an administrative division of the Gers department, southwestern France. It was created at the French canton reorganisation which came into effect in March 2015. Its seat is in Condom. It consists of the following communes:

Condom Cathedral (French: Cathédrale Saint-Pierre de Condom) is a Catholic church and former cathedral dedicated to Saint Peter in Condom, Gers, France. It was listed as a monument historique in 1840. It was formerly the seat of the Bishops of Condom; the diocese was added to the Archdiocese of Auch in 1822.

The arrondissement of Condom is an arrondissement of France in the Gers department in the Occitanie region. It has 162 communes. Its population is 67,094 (2021), and its area is 2,462.2 km2 (950.7 sq mi).

The Château de Lasserre is a ruined castle in the commune of Béraut in the Gers département of France. With origins in the 14th century, the castle was adapted and altered in the 16th and 18th centuries. It has been listed since 1927 as a monument historique by the French Ministry of Culture. It is privately owned.

Cassaigne (French pronunciation: [kasɛɲ]; Occitan: Cassanha) is a commune in the Gers department in southwestern France.

The Château de Larressingle is a ruined castle in the commune of Larressingle in the Gers département of France. The castle was built in the second half of the 13th century. The second and third floors were added by Arnaud Orthon de Lomagne, Bishop of Condom, between 1285 and 1305. Windows were added at various times in the 15th and 16th centuries, particularly between 1521 and 1545 when extra was done for Monseigneur de Grossolles, including the construction of a hexagonal tower. The ruins have been listed since 1922 as a monument historique by the French Ministry of Culture.

Flaran Abbey is a former Cistercian abbey located near Valence-sur-Baïse, in the département of Gers, France. The abbey was founded in 1151, as a daughter house of Escaladieu Abbey, at the confluence of the Auloue and Baïse rivers, between the towns of Condom and Auch. The abbey was founded by Burgundian monks and today represents one of the best preserved abbeys in the south-west of France.

Moncrabeau (French pronunciation: [mɔ̃kʁabo]; Occitan: Montcrabèu) is a commune in the Lot-et-Garonne department in south-western France. Moncrabeau is located on the Petite Baïse river, close to the D930.

Saint-Orens-Pouy-Petit (French pronunciation: [sɛ̃.t‿ɔʁɛ̃s pwi pəti]; Occitan: Sent Orens e Poi Petit) is a commune in the Gers department in southwestern France. Central to the commune is the classic Gers Pierre Blanche bastide of St Orens, consisting of a walled community on a fierce outcrop of rock, situated 2 km to the east of the D654 between Condom and Saint-Puy. St Orens has views to the south, including the Pyrenees in fine weather. On a facing hill is the hamlet of Hameau de Pouy-Petit. Saint Orens holds a Catholic church and the Château St Orens (sixteenth century). Hameau de Pouy-Petit has the Château gascon de Pouy-Petit (eighteenth century).
