Sandhurst is a town and civil parish in the Bracknell Forest borough in Berkshire, England. It is in the south eastern corner of Berkshire, and is situated 32 miles (51 km) west-southwest of central London, 2.5 miles (4.0 km) north west of Camberley and 5 miles (8.0 km) south of Bracknell. Sandhurst is known worldwide as the location of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst (often referred to simply as "Sandhurst", "The Academy" or "The RMA"). Despite its close proximity to Camberley, Sandhurst is also home to a large and well-known out-of-town mercantile development. The site is named "The Meadows" and has a Tesco Extra hypermarket and a Marks & Spencer, two of the largest in the country. A large Next clothing and homeware store is open on the site of the old Homebase.

Wellington College Bog is a 6.2-hectare (15-acre) biological Site of Special Scientific Interest in the grounds of Wellington College on the northern outskirts of Sandhurst in Berkshire.The site features a valley bog, which is one of the richest in the county, in terms of bryophytes and flowering plants, containing several species which are uncommon or rare in southern Britain.

Edgbarrow Woods is a 36.8-hectare (91-acre) Local Nature Reserve on the northern outskirts of Sandhurst in Berkshire. It is owned and managed by Wellington College.

Darby Green is a village in the parish of Yateley, North East Hampshire, England. The electoral ward of Frogmore and Darby Green is separated from the rest of the parish by a small gap around Clarks Farm, until recently a composting farm in the mushroom producing industry. The ward has a boundary shared with Blackwater, which is one part of the Civil Parish of Hawley. Parson Darby was a local vicar and a highwayman; he was supposedly hung at the junction of the B3272 and Darby Green Road. The historian Sidney Loader was a resident of Yateley and lived near this spot. There used to be a tin church at the corner of the B3272 named for St Barnabas. This burned down in the 1980s and was replaced by a new St Barnabas in Bell Lane, close to Frogmore Green. The previous incumbent was the Reverend Mike Saunders, who was also Rector of Eversley. Every year, close to St Barnabas Day in June, the Church organises a community fair.

Frogmore is a small suburban village in the northeast of the civil parish of Yateley in the county of Hampshire, England.The origin of the place-name is from the Old English words frogga and mere, meaning "pool frequented by frogs".It adjoins Darby Green and lies between the towns of Yateley and Blackwater, and lies 32 miles (51 km) west-south-west of London. The county borders of both Berkshire (Bracknell Forest) and Surrey (Surrey Heath) are approximately one mile away. The village, part of the Frogmore & Darby Green ward, is under the administrative jurisdiction of Yateley Town Council whilst neighbouring areas fall within the auspices of Blackwater and Hawley Town Council. Frogmore is often considered as a suburban village of both towns by local residents, though it is contiguous with Blackwater. Frogmore, Darby Green and Blackwater form a mixed community of both affluent and low-income residents; it has a small ex-Romany population.

Ambarrow Court is a 7.8-hectare (19-acre) Local Nature Reserve in Little Sandhurst in Berkshire. It is owned and managed by Bracknell Forest Borough Council.

Wildmoor Heath is a 91-hectare (220-acre) nature reserve south of Crowthorne in Berkshire. It is managed by the Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire Wildlife Trust. The reserve is part of two Sites of Special Scientific Interest: Wildmoor Heath itself is part of Sandhurst to Owlsmoor Bogs and Heaths and a separate area called Broadmoor Bottom is part of Broadmoor to Bagshot Woods and Heaths.This sloping site has wet and dry heath and woodland. There are also areas of bog which are grazed by Dexter cattle to keep down the growth of coarse purple moor-grass; twenty species of damselfly and dragonfly have been recorded in the bogs and plants include bog asphodel, butterwort, round-leaved sundew and white beaked-sedge.There is no doubt that this will help to protect many species found on the lowland heath. This beautiful conservation area attracts people from different places in the United Kingdom.
