Lérez

The Botanical Garden of Lourizán is an arboretum of some 54 hectares in the municipality of Pontevedra in Spain. It has more than 850 catalogued species and one of the largest collections in Spain. It is the most important botanical garden in Galicia.

The church was built at the end of the 19th century in neo-Gothic style. The temple is located in the civil parish of Lourizán and was built over a previous chapel at the end of the harbour bar.

Placeres Beach or A Posta Beach is a Galician beach located in the Spanish municipality of Pontevedra, in the province of Pontevedra. It is a semi-urban coastal beach 50 metres long.

Poio is a municipality in the province of Pontevedra, in the autonomous community of Galicia, Spain. It belongs to the comarca of Pontevedra. Poio is located in the north shore of the Ría de Pontevedra, between Sanxenxo and the provincial capital, Pontevedra. The municipality is adjacent with Meaño, Meis, Pontevedra and Sanxenxo and offers a rich fusion of mountain and sea areas. Tambo island, an uninhabited island located in the middle of the Pontevedra estuary, officially belongs to Poio but it is under the control of the Spanish Navy and disembarkment is not allowed.

A Moureira is the old seafarers' and fishermen's quarter of the city of Pontevedra (Spain), where the Seamen's Guild lived, near the Lérez river, the Pontevedra ria and the Gafos river. Nowadays, it is part of the city centre.

The Plaza de Toros de Pontevedra (Spain) is the bullring of the Spanish city of Pontevedra and the only one in the autonomous community of Galicia. It has a capacity of 7,800 spectators and is classified as the second category of Spanish bullring. The current bullring replaced a wooden one dating from 1892, although the tradition of bullfighting in Pontevedra dates back to the 17th century.

The Barca Bridge is a bridge over the Lérez River, at its mouth in the Pontevedra Ria, which connects the city of Pontevedra (in the area of A Moureira) with the municipality of Poio in Spain.
