Alpha is a neighborhood in Morristown, Tennessee, United States. It is located at and around the junction of U.S. Route 11E and Tennessee State Route 160 between Morristown and Jefferson City. It was formerly an unincorporated community before being annexed into the city of Morristown.

Panther Creek State Park is a state park in Morristown, Tennessee, United States. It is located prominently on the shore of Cherokee Lake, an impoundment of the Holston River, via the Cherokee Dam. The western terminus of Tennessee State Route 342 is located inside the park. The route connects the park to U.S. Route 11E (also known as Andrew Johnson Highway). The park has an area of approximately 1,444 acres (6 km2).

Talbott is an unincorporated community in Hamblen and Jefferson counties in the U.S. state of Tennessee. The community is located on US Route 11E between Morristown and Jefferson City. In 2020, the planning commission of the city of Morristown annexed a section of Talbott along U.S. Route 11E.

The college serves nine East Tennessee counties with five campuses offering different programs. With a total of 1,122 students enrolled, it is one of the largest colleges in the TCAT system.

Morristown-Hamblen High School West (also known as Morristown West High School) is a secondary school located in Morristown, Tennessee. The school incorporates grades 9–12. The mascot is the Trojan. The school colors are crimson and white. As of the 2021-2022 school year, 1,489 students were enrolled.

The Hamblen County Courthouse, at 511 W. 2nd North St. in Morristown, Tennessee, was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973. It is the county courthouse for Hamblen County, Tennessee. It was designed by architect A.C. Bruce and was built from 1873 to 1874. It has been expanded and modified over the years, and includes Second Empire and Italianate stylings.On Veterans Day 2019, the Hamblen County Veterans Memorial was completed on the courthouse front lawn. There is a Civil War Trails sign detailing Morristown during the Civil War and the 1864 Battle of Morristown also on the front lawn.
