Pewsey Vale F.C. is a football club based in the village of Pewsey, Wiltshire, England. They play in the Wiltshire Premier League.

Jones's Mill (grid reference SU168613) is an 11.6 hectare biological Site of Special Scientific Interest near Pewsey in Wiltshire, notified in 1975. The site is managed as a nature reserve by Wiltshire Wildlife Trust.

Pewsey is a large village and civil parish at the centre of the Vale of Pewsey in Wiltshire, about 6 miles (10 km) south of Marlborough and 71 miles (114 km) west of London. It is within reach of the M4 motorway and the A303 and is served by Pewsey railway station on the Reading to Taunton line. The parish includes these small settlements: Kepnal – east of the village, south of the Burbage road Pewsey Wharf – north, where the A345 crosses the Kennet and Avon canal Sharcott – west, by the Avon; marked on some maps as East Sharcott as distinct from West Sharcott, a short distance downstream in Manningford parish Southcott – close to the southeast of the village.

Milton Lilbourne is a village and civil parish in the county of Wiltshire, England, in the Vale of Pewsey between Pewsey and Burbage. It is largely a mixed residential area centred on the Manor. The nearest town is Marlborough, 5.5 miles (8.9 km) to the north. The parish includes the following hamlets: Clench – to the north, near Wootton Rivers Fyfield with Fyfield Manor – west, near Pewsey (not to be confused with the village of Fyfield near Marlborough) Little Salisbury – west, on the Pewsey-Burbage road Littleworth – north, on the other side of the Pewsey-Burbage road Milkhouse Water, formerly Milcot Water – northwest, by the Avon New Mill – north, also by the AvonThe parish is unusual in that it has a long thin shape and is one of the few to have boundaries on the uplands to both south and north of the Vale. The southern boundary passes by a long barrow and the northern one abuts the prehistoric fort on Martinsell Hill.

The average journey time to Paddington from Pewsey is just over an hour. Services between Pewsey and Bedwyn, the next station up the line, are infrequent, most eastbound services next calling at Hungerford, Newbury or Reading instead. This is because Bedwyn was the most westerly point of the Network SouthEast on this line, while Pewsey was an InterCity station. Pewsey station (despite its relatively few services) has decent passenger usage due to its proximity to Marlborough, about 6 miles (10 km) away, and is in close proximity to other nearby towns and villages with no railway station.

Pewsey White Horse is a hill figure of a white horse near the village of Pewsey, Wiltshire, England. Cut of chalk in 1937, it replaces an earlier horse that had disappeared under the grass and is one of eight remaining white horses in Wiltshire. It measures 66’ by 45’, making it the smallest of the eight canonical white horses in Wiltshire.When Pewsey White Horse was cut it was the seventh or eighth White Horse in Wiltshire (the confusion arising as Rockley White Horse was unknown until 1948) and the first of the 20th century. It was also one of the smallest. George Marples designed the white horse to commemorate the coronation of George VI, and was inspired by other white horses in Wiltshire. The horse is a prominent landmark in Pewsey, and today it is maintained and scoured by the Pewsey 6X Club, who work under the name Pewsey Horse Restoration Group. Wiltshirewhitehorses.org.uk consider it to be a "well-proportioned representation of the real animal." The white horse also features on the town flag of Pewsey, whose registration notes describe the horse as "iconic". Barry Leighton of the Swindon Advertiser describes the horse as standing in a "care-free trotting stance." The Gazette and Herald have referred to the horse as "one of Pewsey's proudest monuments."

Pewsey Vale School is a small, mixed secondary school in Pewsey, Wiltshire, England, for children aged 11 to 16. It became an academy in July 2011. The school is described by Ofsted as "smaller than the average secondary school". Since 2017, the headteacher has been Neil Pritchard.

Clench is a hamlet in Wiltshire, England, in the Vale of Pewsey to the east of Wootton Rivers. It is in the civil parish of Milton Lilbourne. Its nearest town is Marlborough, approximately 3.8 miles (6.1 km) north from the hamlet. The name Clench dates from the 13th century and means a lumpy or massive hill. During the 15th century, Clench probably extended further south, perhaps as far as the complex of small closes near Broomsgrove Lodge, with more buildings and boundaries than survive now, as the area was marked as 'Clinch' on the 1843 title map. The timber-framed Brewers Cottage House dates from the late 17th or early 18th century and is designated as a Grade II listed building. It is now divided into two cottages.

Martinsell Hill, near Oare and north of Pewsey, is the third highest point in the county of Wiltshire, southwest England, at some 289 m / 948 ft above sea level. It is the site of an Iron Age hillfort.

Oare is a small village in the east of the county of Wiltshire, England. The village lies about 2 miles (3.2 km) north of Pewsey, on the A345 road towards Marlborough, and falls within the civil parish of Wilcot, Huish and Oare.

Oare House is a Grade I listed country house in Oare, Wiltshire, England.The house was built in 1740 for a London wine merchant, Henry Deacon. It was largely remodelled in the early 1920s by the architect Clough Williams-Ellis, for Sir Geoffrey Fry, 1st Baronet, private secretary to Bonar Law and Stanley Baldwin. Its gardens, which include a summerhouse also designed by Williams-Ellis, are listed Grade II on the Register of Historic Parks and Gardens. To the west of the gardens stands the Oare Pavilion, completed in 2003 and the only British building designed by I. M. Pei.In 1965 Oare House was purchased by Sir Alick Downer, the Australian High Commissioner, who used it to entertain high ranking figures in English and Australian society.It is currently owned by Sir Henry Keswick.

Wootton Rivers Halt railway station is a former railway station in Wootton Rivers, Wiltshire, England, on the Reading to Taunton line. The station opened in 1928 at the south end of the village, near the south bank of the Kennet and Avon Canal, and closed in 1966.
