Mayo Clinic Arizona is a multi-campus medical clinic and tertiary medical center in Phoenix, Arizona. Its two main campuses are the outpatient clinic building, situated in east Scottsdale, Arizona, and the Arizona Hospital, located in north Phoenix, Arizona. Additionally, satellite primary care clinics around the Phoenix metropolitan are located in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Glendale, and Chandler. The hospital and clinics provide inpatient and outpatient medical services to patients from around the world. It is an academic medical center that houses a number of graduate medical education programs (residencies).

Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain is a privately owned resort and spa located in Paradise Valley, Arizona. The resort, which opened in 2001, is located on 53 acres on the north face of Camelback Mountain. It has 105 mountain and spa casitas as well as a collection of private homes.Sanctuary includes an Asian-inspired spa, the Elements restaurant, and the Jade Bar. Elements Executive Chef Beau MacMillan has been featured on several Food Network Channel shows, including Iron Chef, Worst Cooks in America, and The Next Iron Chef. Jade Bar underwent a $2 million renovation in the summer of 2013 and reopened in October.In 2015, the resort renovated a group of its guestrooms and re-introduced them as a new room category called the Camelback Casitas and Suites. TPC Scottsdale is a 36-hole golf complex in the southwestern United States, located in Scottsdale, Arizona, northeast of Phoenix. The Stadium Course has been home to the tour's annual Phoenix Open since 1987.

The event's relaxed atmosphere, raucous by the standards of professional golf, has earned it the nickname "The Greatest Show on Grass" and made it one of the most popular events on the PGA Tour calendar.

The hotel serves as the centerpiece of the Kierland area with the Kierland Golf Club and Kierland Commons Lifestyle Center. Originally managed by Starwood Hotels and Resorts it is now part of the Marriott portfolio.

Mosrite is an American guitar manufacturing company, based in Bakersfield, California, from the late 1950s to the early 1990s. Founded by Semie Moseley, Mosrite guitars were played by many rock and roll and country artists. Mosrite guitars were known for innovative design, high-quality engineering, very thin, low-fretted and narrow necks (though Mosrite used taller frets and wider necks after the 1960s,) and extremely hot (high output) pickups. Moseley's design for The Ventures, known as "the Ventures model" (later known as the "Mark I") was generally considered to be the flagship of the line. Mosrite also made a small number of acoustic guitars; The Serenade model, and four Balladere models, including one 12 string.

In 2013, the company reported US$221 million in revenue. Most distributors were in their twenties. The company had frequently been accused of being a pyramid scheme by U.S. media, business analysts, and former distributors, and was fined by the Italian government.

The Cognizant Founders Cup is a women's professional golf tournament on the LPGA Tour in Clifton, New Jersey. It debuted in 2011 at the Wildfire Golf Club at JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort and Spa in Phoenix, Arizona. The tournament is designed as a tribute to the founders of the LPGA. The current title sponsor of the tournament is Cognizant, an American multinational technology company that provides business consulting, information technology, and outsourcing services.In 2011, using a unique format conducted for the first time in LPGA history, the players did not receive a cash payout. Instead, the tournament donated half of the $1 million tournament purse to charity and the other half to individual charities chosen by the top-10 finishers. All players who made the cut received a portion of the purse in the form of virtual earnings that were attributed to them for purposes of the LPGA official money list.In 2012, the tournament expanded from three days to four days, and an actual cash purse was instituted.Volvik took over sponsorships rights for the tournament in 2020, but the tournament was not played due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Bank of Hope LPGA Match Play is a women's professional golf tournament on the LPGA Tour in Las Vegas, Nevada. It debuted on the LPGA Tour in 2021 at the Shadow Creek Golf Course as the only match play tournament on the schedule. The title sponsor of the tournament is Bank of Hope, a Los Angeles–based Asian-American bank in the United States. Bank of Hope previously sponsored the LPGA Founders Cup from 2017 to 2019.This is the first match play tournament on the LPGA Tour since the Lorena Ochoa Invitational in 2017.Ally Ewing won the inaugural event.

Scottsdale Airport (IATA: SCF, ICAO: KSDL, FAA LID: SDL) is a municipal airport located 9 miles (7.8 nmi; 14 km) north of downtown Scottsdale, in Maricopa County, Arizona, United States. Most U.S. airports use the same three-letter location identifier for the FAA and IATA, but Scottsdale Airport is SDL to the FAA and SCF to the IATA (which assigned SDL to Midlanda Airport in Sundsvall, Sweden).Federal Aviation Administration records say the airport had 4,798 passenger boardings (or enplanements) in calendar year 2005 and 266 enplanements in 2006. The FAA's National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems for 2007–2011 called Scottsdale a reliever airport. It is one of the busiest single-runway general aviation airports in the nation with 186,514 operations in 2019. The airport offers clearance, ground and tower services from 1300Z to 0400Z (6 am to 9 pm local time) daily.U.S. Customs service is available daily from 9 am to 7 pm. This allows visitors from all over the world to come to Scottsdale with proper visas. Neighbors’ complaints about aircraft noise around the airport increased beginning in 2004, peaking in 2005 with over 15,000 complaints being logged. In 2019, complaints decreased significantly to 1,919 complaints. It is unlikely that the airport would close, due to federal grant assurances and its tremendous economic impact. Scottsdale Airport is an important economic asset for Scottsdale and the region, contributing hundreds of millions of dollars in economic output. Aviation activity at the airport and in the surrounding airpark created $688 million in total economic benefits for the region in FY2019, with aviation activity supporting around 3,979 jobs. Economic benefits of $1.9 million are created daily.
