Tyresö-Flaten

Albysjön (Swedish for "Lake of Alby") is a lake in Tyresö Municipality just south of Stockholm in Sweden. Albysjön is the last lake in the Tyresån Lake System. Surrounded by green spaces and pastures, it is popular for bathing, angling, canoeing, and other open-air activities. Motor engines are prohibited.

Gamla Tyresö (meaning Old Tyresö) is a district of Tyresö Municipality in Sweden. It consists of the eastern half of the municipality, containing the Tyresö Strand and Raksta areas, the long Brevik peninsula, and the vast forest in the south. Gamla Tyresö contains almost exclusively detached houses and summer cottages. The Tyresö Strand area has since mid-1990s been built with a higher density with tightly packed detached, semi-detached and terraced houses. There is a small amount of apartment buildings and commercial establishments around Strandtorget. Tyresö Palace and Tyresö Church from 17th century are located in Gamla Tyresö as well. The forest in south contains about half of Tyresta National Park on the Tyresö side. Located on the Brevik peninsula, southeast of Trinntorp, is Telegrafberget 84 m (276 ft) above sea level, from where one has a view all the way to central Stockholm.

Barnsjön (Swedish for "the Child Lake") is a small lake within the Tyresån Lake System in Tyresö Municipality south of Stockholm, Sweden. The lake, situated between the residential areas Trollbäcken and Bollmora, empties into Lake Tyresö-Flaten through the brook Prästängsdiket. It is regarded as an important local recreational milieu. It is popular for both fishing and bathing. There are two municipal baths by the lake.

Långsjön (Swedish for "Long Lake") is a lake in the Tyresån Lake System located on the border between Haninge and Tyresö Municipalities in Stockholm County, Sweden. Flowing west to east, the lake receives water from Lake Drevviken and empties into Tyresö-Flaten, and separates two residential areas — Skälsätra north of it and Tutviken south of it. It is a shallow lake with step shores surrounded by flat rock terrain. Its water used to be unsuitable for bathing due to high bacteria levels, but the situation has improved lately and bacteria levels in the lake are now in pair with the rest of the lake system, most likely due to decreased surface runoff caused by warmer winters. Levels of phosphorus and nitrogen are very high. The buffering capacity is very good.Few species are contained in the lake, the aquatic vegetation of which is limited to some reeds.

Öringesjön is a lake in Stockholm County, Södermanland, Sweden. It is located on the border of Nacka Municipality and Tyresö Municipality.

Fatburen is a small lake in Tyresö Municipality, south-east of central Stockholm, Sweden. It is the last and easternmost lake within the Tyresån Lake System. The lake is roughly triangular in shape with its inflow from Albysjön in the southern corner, and its outflow to Kalvfjärden in the north-eastern corner. It is separated from Albysjön by the peninsula Rävnäset, a municipal nature reserve covering 27 ha. It contains a wide range of rare species and is together with the nature and park surrounding Tyresö Palace one of the best locales for bats. South-east of the lake is the residential area Solberga. In summers, the lake is part of a popular walk for visitors attracted by the Tyresö Palace and its surroundings. In winters, the lake is popular for ice fishing.There are 21 species of vascular plants by the lake which in itself contains 9-13 aquatic plants, a relatively high biodiversity within the lake system. Common fishes include Perch, Pike, and Zander.Notwithstanding its eutrophication, the presence of Stoneworts in Fatburen indicates the waters have a relatively high visibility, which, considering it is the last lake in the lake system, is surprising.

Grändalssjön (Swedish for "Lake of Grändalen") is a small lake in Tyresö Municipality south-east of central Stockholm, Sweden. Grändalssjön, one of the lakes within the Tyresån Lake System, empties in its eastern end into a southbound bay of lake Albysjön located north of it. Immediately north of Grändalssjön is the Raksta open-air area, and Övre kärret ("Upper Swamp"), a swampy lake, is located west of the lake. Two small cottages located nearby, Grändalen and Skansen, are part of Gamla Tyresö. The lake is popular for bathing and fishing. Motorboats are not allowed on the lake. It is virtually unaffected by eutrophication and human activities. It consequently has moderate levels of nutrients.The stock of crayfishes is undocumented, but fishing using a maximum of ten tools is allowed with a fishing license. Aquatic vegetation is dominated by Fragile Stonewort.
