Uekusa Gakuen University (植草学園大学, Uekusa Gakuen Daigaku) is a private university in the city of Chiba, Chiba Prefecture Japan, established in 2008. The operator of the university also operates a junior college called Uekusa Gakuen Junior College.

The Kawamura Memorial DIC Museum of Art (DIC川村記念美術館, DIC Kawamura Kinen Bijutsukan) (often shortened to Kawamura Memorial Museum) is an art museum in Sakura, Japan, designed by Ichiro Ebihara (海老原一郎, Ebihara Ichiro). The museum opened in 1990 and its collection now contains more than 1000 works collected by the Japanese resin and ink manufacturer DIC Corporation. The project was largely the brainchild of Katsumi Kawamura, the former president of DIC, founder and first director of the museum, who had been collecting art since the 1970s. The Kawamura Memorial Museum contains artwork by a wide selection of American, European and Japanese artists, including special exhibitions of the works of Mark Rothko and Frank Stella. Around the museum, a 30-hectare park with over 200 kinds of trees, 500 kinds of plants and inhabited by many wild birds and insects invites for walking and enjoying nature.

As of April 2012, the ward had an estimated population of 151,593 and a population density of 1,800 persons per km². The total area was 84.21 km², making it the largest of the six wards of Chiba city.

Aikoku Gakuen University (愛国学園大学, Aikoku gakuen daigaku) is a private university in Yotsukaido, Chiba, Japan, established in 1998. The predecessor of the school was founded in 1938. The university also has an attached junior college. The word "Aikoku" means "patriotism" in Japanese.

Chiba Keiai Senior High School (千葉敬愛高等学校, Chiba Keiai Kōtōgakkō) is a private senior high school in Yotsukaidō, Chiba Prefecture, Japan, in the Tokyo metropolitan area. It originated from the April 1925 establishment of the Kanto Junior High School. On March 31, 1948, the governor of Chiba Prefecture approved the creation of Chiba Kanto High School, which changed its name to Chiba Keiai on July 8, 1958, and moved to its current location on April 8, 1964.
