Basilio Fernando Air Base, or simply Fernando Air Base (formerly known as Lipa Air Base) is the site of the Philippine Air Force's (PAF) pilot training and education facilities located in the city of Lipa, Batangas, Philippines. It is named after Lieutenant Colonel Basilio Fernando, one of the pioneers of Philippine aviation, who died during an airplane training accident in the US. It is also the location of PAF Air Education, Training, and doctrine Command of the Philippine Air Force. Throughout the years, it has been consistently awarded as the Philippine Air Force's Model Base of the Year for its well maintained appearance, excellent base services, aggressive ecological and environmental control, and consistent safety and security control.

Batangas College of Arts and Sciences, Inc., formerly known as the Batangas Science School, is a private school founded November 23, 2000 in Banay-banay Concepcion, Lipa City. The school's first class had 19 students. The number of students gradually increased, noticeably during the school year 2002–2003, wherein 521 were studying at the school. The school's motto was "Competence, Character, Compassion" and was then changed to "To Climb the Mountain, To Kiss the Clouds". The new emblem, which portrayed Mount Maculot with a coconut tree in the foreground, was designed by Mark Anthony de Castro, brother of Maria Lourdes de Castro, valedictorian of the pioneer class. In its first year, the school published its first English school paper, Vanguard (editor-in-chief was Maria Lourdes de Castro), simultaneously with its Filipino counterpart, Kalasag (editor-in-chief was Altaire Thyra Bautista). The following year, the school organ changed its name to The BSSAN (pronounced as Bessan; editor-in-chief was Daniel C. Lachica Jr.). Now, the Batangas College of Arts and Sciences, Inc. has two campuses, one for high school and college students, and the other for preparatory and elementary students.

It is one of the third generation of La Salle schools founded by the Catholic religious congregation De La Salle Brothers in the Philippines: La Salle Academy-Iligan (Iligan City, Lanao del Norte) in 1958, La Salle Green Hills (Mandaluyong) in 1959, Saint Joseph School-La Salle (Villamonte, Bacolod) in 1960 and De La Salle Lipa in 1962.

The station's studio and transmitter are located at the EMT Building, P. Laygo St, Lipa, Batangas. Its transmitter antenna is heavily directional to eastern Batangas in order to protect the signal of Lemery-based Radyo Natin, broadcasting 25 km southwest of Lipa.

The Lipa City Science Integrated National High School (formerly known as Lipa City National Science High School) is a public science high school located in Lipa City, Batangas in the Philippines. It is a DepEd-recognized science high school and one of the three science high schools in the province of Batangas, the others being the public Batangas Provincial Science High School in Batangas City and the private Batangas College of Arts and Sciences Inc., Lipa City.

Lipa ([lɪˈpa]), officially the City of Lipa (Filipino: Lungsod ng Lipa), is a component city in the province of Batangas, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 372,931 people. It is the first city charter in the province and one of five cities in Batangas alongside Batangas City, Calaca, Santo Tomas, and Tanauan. It is located 78 kilometres (48 mi) south of Manila and is the most populous city of Batangas. The Casa de Segunda, also known as Luz–Katigbak House, is a heritage house museum located along Rizal Street, Lipa City, Batangas. It was built during the 1860s and owned by Don Manuel Mitra de San Miguel-Luz and Doña Segunda Solis Katigbak, Dr. José Rizal's first love. The house was repaired in 1956 by Paz Luz-Dimayuga and was eventually declared a national heritage house by the National Historic Institute. At present, the house was converted into a museum.
