The canton of Annecy-4 (before March 2020: canton of Seynod) is an administrative division in Eastern France. Since the French canton reorganisation which came into effect in March 2015, the communes of the canton of Annecy-4 are:

Lake Annecy (French: Lac d'Annecy, French pronunciation: [lak dansi]) is a perialpine lake in Haute-Savoie in France. It is named after the city of Annecy, which marks the start of the Thiou, Lake Annecy's outflow river.: 958 It is the third-largest lake in France, after the Lac du Bourget and Lac de Grand-Lieu, if the French part of Lake Geneva, which is shared between Switzerland and France, is excluded. It is known as "Europe's cleanest lake" because of strict environmental regulations introduced in the 1960s. It is a popular tourist destination known for its swimming and water sports.The lake was formed about 18,000 years ago, at the time the large alpine glaciers melted. It is fed by many small rivers from the surrounding mountains (Ire, Eau morte, Laudon, Bornette and Biolon) and a powerful underwater source, the Boubioz, at an 82-metre depth (269 ft).

Fonderie Paccard is a French foundry in Annecy. Founded in 1796, the foundry has cast more than 120,000 bells located throughout the world. The foundry has been continuously operated by seven generations of the Paccard family. The largest bell cast by Paccard is the World Peace Bell. Paccard is best known in the United States for its participation in the Liberty Bell Savings Bond Project. As part of the Marshall Plan, the foundry cast 57 replicas of the Liberty Bell in 1950 and 1951. Most of the bells were distributed, one each, to the then-48 U.S. states as tributes to their citizens' respective services in World War II. Most of the Liberty Bell Project bells survive and are on public display.

Duingt (French pronunciation: [dwɛ̃]; Arpitan: Douin) is a commune in the Haute-Savoie department in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region in south-eastern France. The history of the place starts in the Bronze Age (from 1400 to 700 BC) where the first habitats for human settlements were evolved. It was in this epoch where the hallmark of Duingt, the island called the island of Roselet, has been evolved from the lake. The first prehistoric objects such as pieces made of ceramic, bracelets and rings which are exhibited at the museum of Annecy have been found in 1856. Further pieces which relate to prehistoric settlement have been exposed in 1860.

The Roc de Chère National Nature Reserve is a major ecologic site in southeastern France. A protected nature reserve since 1977, it covers a small area of 69 hectares (170 acres). It is located near the commune of Talloires, on the eastern bank of Lake Annecy at an elevation of 448 metres (1,470 ft). The Roc de Chère is a small mountain, culminating at a modest 651 metres (2,136 ft), which was formed by a quaternary glacier from the south.

Menthon-Saint-Bernard (French pronunciation: [mɑ̃tɔ̃ sɛ̃ bɛʁnaʁ]; Arpitan: Menton), commonly referred to simply as Menthon, is a commune on the eastern shore of Lake Annecy in the Haute-Savoie department in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region in Southeastern France. In 2018, it had a population of 1,884.

Saint-Eustache (French pronunciation: [sɛ̃t‿østaʃ] ; Arpitan: Sant-Afyo) is a commune in the Haute-Savoie department in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region in south-eastern France.

Sevrier (French pronunciation: [səvʁije]; before 2017: Sévrier; Arpitan: Sevrî) is a commune in the Haute-Savoie department in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region in south-eastern France. It is located on the north-western banks of Lake Annecy. It is essentially a residential suburb of Annecy.

Entrevernes (French pronunciation: [ɑ̃tʁəvɛʁn]; Arpitan: Êtrèvêrne) is a commune in the Haute-Savoie department and Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region of eastern France.

Talloires (French pronunciation: [talwaʁ]; Arpitan: Talouères) is a former commune in the Haute-Savoie department in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region in south-eastern France. On 1 January 2016, it was merged into the new commune of Talloires-Montmin. Due to its setting on Lake Annecy Talloires has become a popular resort town not only since it has been rediscovered by a privileged society of artists and writers but also since the start of the 20th century when the place became a world-renowned location.

Talloires-Montmin (French pronunciation: [talwaʁ mɔ̃mɛ̃]) is a commune in the Haute-Savoie department in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region in Eastern France. In 2018, it had a population of 1,971. It was established on 1 January 2016 following the fusion of the former communes of Talloires and Montmin.

Veyrier-du-Lac (French pronunciation: [veʁje dy lak], literally Veyrier of the Lake) is a commune in the Haute-Savoie department in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region in south-eastern France.
