Vouillé (French pronunciation: [vuje]) is a commune in the Deux-Sèvres department in western France. It sits about ten kilometers east from Niort on the banks of the Lambon, where that small river empties into the Sèvre Niortaise.

The municipality was established on 1 January 2019 by merger of the former communes of Aigonnay, Mougon-Thorigné and Sainte-Blandine. Mougon-Thorigné was the result of the merger, on 1 January 2017, of the former communes of Mougon and Thorigné.
