Forepark is a business park in The Hague, Netherlands, east of the Prins Clausplein highway interchange (A4 and A12). It was developed in the 1990s, together with the nearby residential neighbourhood Leidschenveen. Originally part of the municipality of Leidschendam, it was annexed by The Hague in 2002 and now falls under the district of Leidschenveen-Ypenburg. Since 2007, Forepark is home to Cars Jeans Stadion, the home stadium of ADO Den Haag. Since the construction of the RandstadRail network, the business park is connected to the metro line between Rotterdam and the city centre of The Hague via Forepark Station. Forepark has 160 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2014), and is divided into two sub-neighbourhoods, Westvliet (132 inhabitants) and De Rivieren (28 inhabitants).

Leidschenveen-Ypenburg (Dutch pronunciation: [ˈlɛitsə(ɱ)ˌveːn ˈipə(m)ˌbʏr(ə)x]) is a Vinex-location and district of The Hague, located in the southeast. It is geographically connected to the main body of the city by only a narrow corridor. It consists of four quarters: Hoornwijk and Ypenburg on the southwest of the A12 motorway and parallel railway to Utrecht, and Forepark and Leidschenveen on the northeast. Since 2005 the district has its own railway station, Den Haag Ypenburg, situated on the Gouda–Den Haag railway. Two highway nodes are located in the district: Knooppunt Ypenburg and the Prins Clausplein.

The ADO Den Haag Stadium (known as the Cars Jeans Stadion for sponsorship reasons) (Dutch pronunciation: [ˌkɑrz ˈɟinˌstaːdijɔn]) is a multi-use stadium in The Hague, Netherlands, designed by Zwarts & Jansma Architects. Completed in 2007, the stadium is used mostly for football and field hockey. It is also the home stadium of ADO Den Haag. It has a capacity of 15,000 people, and replaced ADO's former stadium Zuiderpark which was considerably smaller. Due to UEFA's sponsorship regulations, the stadium is named ADO Den Haag Stadium on European matches. Despite being in one of the three largest cities in the Netherlands, the club's attendances have been traditionally smaller than those of their rivals Ajax, Feyenoord and PSV Eindhoven. The stadium was the venue for the 2014 Hockey World Cup. For the last five months of 2019 it also served as the home of AZ Alkmaar, whose AFAS Stadion was undergoing major renovation after a roof collapse.On 18 February 2022 the roof of the stadium was damaged by Storm Eunice.

ADO Den Haag Vrouwen is a Dutch football (soccer) club based in The Hague representing ADO Den Haag in the Vrouwen Eredivisie, the top women's football league in the Netherlands. Founded in 2007, the club is a founding member of the championship. In 2012 the team won its first national championship. Later they achieved the double, when they also won the KNVB Women's Cup.

These have a high and a low platform, with RandstadRail 3 and RandstadRail 4 using the lower platforms, and line E using the higher platforms.

Leidschenveen is the RandstadRail station in the centre of Leidschenveen in the neighbourhood Leidschenveen-Ypenburg in The Hague, Netherlands. The station features 2 platforms on a viaduct. These have a high and a low platform, with tram lines RandstadRail 3 and RandstadRail 4 using the lower platforms, and metro line E using the higher platforms. Leidschenveen is the station where the metro and the tram lines split, with the metro (line E) continuing to Rotterdam, while the trams (3 & 4) continue to Zoetermeer. The RandstadRail station opened on 29 October 2006 for the HTM tram services (4) and for the RET metro service (line E), and on 20 October 2007 for tram service 3.

The Voorburg Cricket Club is a cricket club based in Voorburg, Netherlands. It plays home fixtures at Sportpark Westvliet, having previously played at Sportpark Duivesteijn until 2006. In July 2018, the club's ground was initially selected by the Koninklijke Nederlandse Cricket Bond (KNCB) as one of the two venues to host a One Day International (ODI) cricket match between the Netherlands and Nepal, in August 2018. However, the VRA Cricket Ground was later selected to host both fixtures. Since then Voorburg CC has hosted dozens of international cricket matches including T20Is versus New Zealand and One Day Internationals within the framework of the ICC Men's Cricket World Cup League 2.

Sportpark Westvliet is a multi-sports park in Voorburg, Netherlands. Among others, it contains the grounds of VV Wilhelmus and the Voorburg Cricket Club.

The Special Tribunal for Lebanon (STL), also referred to as the Lebanon Tribunal or the Hariri Tribunal, is a tribunal of international character applying Lebanese criminal law to carry out the investigation and prosecution of those responsible for 14 February 2005 assassination of Rafic Hariri, the former Lebanese prime minister, and the deaths of 21 others, as well as those responsible for connected attacks.The Tribunal officially opened on 1 March 2009 and has primacy over the national courts of Lebanon. The Tribunal has its seat in Leidschendam, on the outskirts of The Hague, Netherlands, and a field office in the Lebanese capital, Beirut. Its official languages are Arabic, French and English. The Tribunal is unique among international criminal tribunals in that it may hold trials in absentia, and it is the first to deal with terrorism as a distinct crime. The Tribunal's eleven judges, a combination of Lebanese and international judges, are appointed by the UN Secretary-General for a renewable term of three years.The Tribunal's mandate was initially three years. However, there is no fixed timeline for the judicial work to be completed. The mandate has subsequently been extended to allow the Tribunal to complete its work.The verdict was eventually issued on 18 August 2020, which was originally set on 7 August, but postponed following the 2020 Beirut explosion.

Restaurant Savelberg was a restaurant in Voorburg, Netherlands. It was a fine dining restaurant that was awarded one Michelin star in 1997 and retained that rating until 2014. The restaurant closed on 27 September 2014 (this was announced in July 2014).In 2013, GaultMillau awarded the restaurant 16.0 out of 20 points.Savelberg was one of the founders of Les Patrons Cuisiniers.Owner and head chef was Henk Savelberg. He had part-owned the predecessor Vreugd en Rust until he was bought out when the company collapsed. In 1995 he bought the mansion where Vreugd en Rust was located and closed the restaurant. After a two-year renovation he reopened the mansion as hotel-restaurant Savelberg.

Restaurant Vreugd en Rust is a defunct restaurant in Voorburg, Netherlands. It was a fine dining restaurant that was awarded one Michelin star in 1990 and retained that rating until 1993.Part-owner and head chef Henk Savelberg. Together with some admirers he had set up a company that first exploited restaurant Seinpost and later Vreugd en Rust. In 1993 the company collapsed and Savelberg was bought out. The new head chef was Gert Jan Hageman.New owner Henk Savelberg closed the restaurant in 1995 and renovated the mansion. In 1997 he reopened it as restaurant-hotel Savelberg.The building is located beside the park Vreugd en Rust in Leidschendam-Voorburg.
