Bourg-Saint-Maurice station (French: Gare de Bourg-Saint-Maurice) is a railway station in Bourg-Saint-Maurice, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes in south-east France. The station is located at the end of the St-Pierre-d'Albigny-Bourg-Saint-Maurice railway. The station is served by TGV (high-speed long-distance) and TER (regional) services operated by SNCF. During the winter months Eurostar services from Amsterdam, Brussels and Lille travel to Bourg-Saint-Maurice. The station was heavily rebuilt for the 1992 Winter Olympics in Albertville. The station also features some sidings to store passenger trains when not in use. Juxtaposed controls are in fitted in the station for Eurostar passengers travelling to the United Kingdom (a routing not currently in service). Passengers clear Schengen Area exit checks (carried out by Customs officers) as well as UK immigration entry checks (conducted by the UK Border Force) in the station before boarding their train on a secure, gated platform.

Tignes – Val d'Isère is the combined ski resort area of Val d'Isère and Tignes in the Tarentaise Valley, Savoie in the French Alps. Formerly known as Espace Killy, in honour of the spectacularly successful skier Jean-Claude Killy who was raised here.There are claimed to be 300 km of pistes: 22 green runs, 61 blues, 46 reds and 25 blacks, plus 44 km of cross country skiing 2 terrain parks 2 glaciers 90 ski lifts

Located on the Italian border south of Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, it had a population of 7,252 as of 2018. It serves as a transport hub for the Paradiski ski area, with direct rail travel from London (Connecting in Lille), and Amsterdam during the winter.

Les Arcs (French pronunciation: [le.z‿aʁk]) is a ski resort located in Savoie, France, in the Tarentaise Valley town of Bourg-Saint-Maurice. Initially created by Robert Blanc and Roger Godino, it is a part of the huge Paradiski system which is under ownership by Compagnie des Alpes, a French-listed company owning several other ski resorts as well as theme parks.

Montée d'Hauteville (1639 m.) is a mountain climb that was used in the 2007 Tour de France. The race caravan covered the first 15.3 km of the climb from Bourg-Saint-Maurice to the Little St Bernard Pass on the N. 90 border route to Courmayeur in Italy.

Montvalezan (French pronunciation: [mɔ̃valzɑ̃]; Arpitan: Molèzan) is a commune in the Savoie department in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region in south-eastern France. In 2018, it had a population of 701. Montvalezan is best known for containing La Rosière ski resort. It is located in the Tarentaise Valley, on the road of Little St Bernard Pass.

Landry (French pronunciation: [lɑ̃dʁi]) is a commune in the Savoie department in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region in south-eastern France. As of 2018, there are 821 inhabitants.

La Rosière (French pronunciation: [la ʁozjɛʁ]) is a ski resort in southeastern France. It is located in the territory of the commune of Montvalezan, in the Savoie department, at 1,850 m (6,070 ft) above sea level and 2,800 m (9,200 ft) top height, and faces south with fine views across the valley to nearby Les Arcs. It was developed in the early 1950s on the site of an old hamlet, and was linked with the nearby Italian resort of La Thuile in 1984 via two fairly long drag lifts through the Little St Bernard Pass. Compared to its neighbour, Val d'Isère, La Rosière is relatively small, with 154 km (96 mi) of piste. The ski area of l'Espace San Bernardo (which includes La Thuile) caters for all abilities: as of early 2008, it provides 8 green and 25 blue slopes for beginners, and 35 red and 14 black runs for the more advanced skiers. A notable feature on the higher pistes is the Redoute Ruinée, a border fort built by France in the early 1890s after the loss of Alsace and Lorraine to Germany in 1870, as part of a general strengthening of the borders. It was heavily reinforced between 1936 and 1940 as part of the Alpine Line, in anticipation of invasion from Italy. In June 1940, during the Battle of France at the start of World War II, a small force of 47 men resisted several attacks from Italy, before being allowed to leave with the flag after the Armistice with Germany. The fort suffered heavy damage when French forces attempted to retake it towards the end of the war. It is now ruined, and public access to the interior is prohibited for safety reasons. Hannibal is thought to have marched his elephants through this area on his passage through the Alps. French actor Gaspard Ulliel was critically injured during a skiing incident at the resort on 18 January 2022, and died from his injuries in hospital the following day.

Gare de Landry is a railway station located in Landry, Savoie, south-eastern France. The station is located on the Saint-Pierre-d'Albigny - Bourg-Saint-Maurice railway. The train services are operated by SNCF. It serves the village of Landry and neighbouring ski resorts of Peisey-Vallandry and Montchavin-les Coches. The station is served by TGV and Eurostar high speed services, as well as local TER Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes services.
