King Yin Lei (Chinese: 景賢里) is an historic mansion in the Mid-Levels area of Hong Kong. It is within the Wan Chai District.

Hong Kong Cemetery, formerly Hong Kong (Happy Valley) Cemetery and before that Hong Kong Colonial Cemetery, is one of the early Christian cemeteries in Hong Kong dating to its colonial era beginning in 1845. It is located beside the racecourse at Happy Valley, along with the Jewish Cemetery, Hindu Cemetery, Parsee Cemetery, St. Michael's Catholic Cemetery and the Muslim Cemetery. Hong Kong Cemetery contains 79 scattered Commonwealth burials of the First World War and 62 from the Second World War, which are maintained by the Commonwealth War Graves Commission. The Protestant Cemetery is built as a series of terraces ascending a hillside. The older graves tend to be at the bottom of the hill; those from the 1930s and 1940s are generally at the top. On a number of occasions, remains in the Protestant Cemetery have been disinterred to make way for road developments, and have been placed in niches in an ossuary, which continues to be used for contemporary cremations. The niches provide basic information on each individual. A scene in John le Carré's novel The Honourable Schoolboy takes place in the nearby racetrack as well as the cemetery. The cemetery is a popular place for filming movies and TV shows. The UK folk artist Johnny Flynn released a song in 2008 about the cemetery, found on the album A Larum.

Hong Kong Sanatorium & Hospital, or HKSH, is a private hospital established in 1922 in Happy Valley, Hong Kong. The hospital has more than 500 beds and various room types and facilities. It also has a 24 hours outpatient consultation service. HKSH has a School of Nursing, affiliated with The Open University of Hong Kong, which trains nurses up to degree level. It is also affiliated with the Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine of the University of Hong Kong and provides clinical attachment opportunities for HKU medical students.HKSH is surveyed and accredited bi-annually by QHA Trent Accreditation of the United Kingdom, a major international healthcare accreditation group.With a height of 148.5 metres (487 ft), it was the second-highest hospital building in the world at the time, 15 centimetres (5.9 in) shorter than Guy's Hospital in London. It is the sixth-highest as of 2019.

The Hindu Association of Hong Kong is a charitable organisation in Hong Kong which represents the interests of the Hindu population in the territory. The Hindu population in Hong Kong is estimated to be approximately 100,000. The Association assists the local Hindu community with a number of, mostly religious, matters, including the cremation of deceased persons. It is managed by a 15-member Managing Committee, currently headed by Mr Lal Hardasani.

Happy Valley (Chinese: 跑馬地) is an upper-income residential area in Hong Kong, located on Hong Kong Island. The area is bordered by Caroline Hill to the east, Jardine's Lookout to the south, Morrison Hill to the west, and Causeway Bay to the north. Administratively, it is part of Wan Chai District. Happy Valley is considered as an area surrounded by Caroline Hill Road to the east, Tai Hang Road and Stubbs Road to the south, Canal Road Flyover and westbound section of Wong Nai Chung Road to the west, and Leighton Road to the north. The area is home to the Happy Valley Racecourse, Hong Kong Racing Museum, Hong Kong Jockey Club Happy Valley Clubhouse, Hong Kong Sanatorium & Hospital, Hong Kong Adventist Hospital – Stubbs Road, home to a number of sports clubs including Valley RFC rugby club, Craigengower Cricket Club, Hong Kong FC football club, and a number of cemeteries including the Hong Kong Cemetery.

Stubbs Road is a road located in Mid-Levels East, Central, Hong Kong, which connects Happy Valley to The Peak area on Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong, through an area near the Wong Nai Chung Gap. It runs uphill from Queen's Road East and goes through a residential area of luxurious high-rise tower blocks. The road is named after the 16th Governor of Hong Kong, Sir Reginald Edward Stubbs.

The Summit (Chinese: 御峰; Jyutping: jyu6 fung1) is a residential skyscraper located in upper Mid-Levels, Hong Kong. It is one of the tallest residential buildings in the city, standing at 220 metres (722 ft) tall, with 65 storeys. Construction of the building began in 1999 and it opened in 2001. Highcliff, another tall skyscraper, stands right next to this building.Due to the visual effect of its proximity to Highcliff, another very thin and tall building, the two together are often referred to as "The Chopsticks". These two buildings highlight the characters of pencil-thin towers that are highly concentrated in Hong Kong.

Highcliff is a luxury apartment on a south slope of Happy Valley on the Hong Kong Island in Hong Kong. The 75-storey building's construction (70 floors of which are liveable space) began in 2000 and was completed in 2003 under a design by DLN Architects & Engineers. It was the Silver Winner of the 2003 Emporis Skyscraper Award, coming in second to 30 St Mary Axe in London. The tower is the tallest "all"-residential building in Hong Kong island. Highcliff is thin for such a tall building; it has a slenderness ratio of 1:20 thus being one of the thinnest buildings in the world. Therefore, a passive wind damper was fitted to the top, the first of its kind for a residential building. This was installed because typhoons approach Hong Kong most late summers. Because of the obvious similarity with a nearby similar building The Summit, the two have been informally called "The Chopsticks". These two buildings highlight the characters of pencil-thin towers that are highly concentrated in Hong Kong.

Rosaryhill School (Chinese: 玫瑰崗學校) is a private co-educational primary school in Hong Kong. It relies on government funding from the aided secondary school.

The Happy Valley Racecourse fire (Chinese: 跑馬地馬場大火) took place on 26 February 1918 in the Happy Valley Racecourse located at Happy Valley, British Hong Kong. The catastrophe caused the loss of 614 lives. In mainland Chinese sources, this is often included in the top ten fires in 20th-century China.

The Happy Valley Racecourse is one of the two racecourses for horse racing and is a tourist attraction in Hong Kong. It is located in Happy Valley on Hong Kong Island, surrounded by Wong Nai Chung Road and Morrison Hill Road. The capacity of the venue is 55,000.

St. Michael's Catholic Cemetery is a private cemetery located in Happy Valley, on Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong. It is managed by The Catholic Diocese of Hong Kong together with Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery, Cape Collinson and St. Raphael's Catholic Cemetery, Cheung Sha Wan. It is also the oldest Catholic cemetery in Hong Kong.
