University Radio Bath or URB is the student-run radio station from the University of Bath, England.

The University of Bath School of Management in Bath, England, is the international business school of the University of Bath. It was established in 1966 and is considered one of the most prestigious business schools in both the UK and the world.The School offers a range of courses including undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD, as well as executive education for individuals and organisations. The Bath MBA is offered as a one-year full-time programme or as a part-time Executive programme.

Bathampton Down is a flat limestone plateau in Bathampton, Somerset, England, overlooking the River Avon and the city of Bath. There is evidence of man's activity at the site since the Mesolithic period including Bathampton Camp, an Iron Age hillfort or stock enclosure. It has also been used for quarrying, and part of it is now a golf course.

Claverton Down is a suburb on the south-east hilltop edge of Bath, Somerset, England. It is linked to the Bathwick area of the city by Bathwick Hill. Primarily a rural area with relatively few houses, it is home to the University of Bath, the headquarters of Wessex Water and a private golf course, the Bath Golf Course. The American Museum is based at Claverton Manor, below Claverton Down on the road to the village of Claverton. Claverton Manor was designed by Jeffry Wyattville and built in the 1820s, and is a Grade I listed building.

North Road Quarry, Bath (grid reference ST767646) is a 0.3 hectare geological Site of Special Scientific Interest close to Sham Castle in the city of Bath, Somerset, notified in 1990. It is a Geological Conservation Review site because it contains an exposure of Oolite, which shows a very clear example of dip-and-fault structure. In addition it reveals Pleistocene 'plateaugravels' made up of flint, chert, limestone, coal, shales, sandstone and conglomerate, sometimes in a silty matrix, sometimes clast supported.

Sham Castle is a folly on Claverton Down overlooking the city of Bath, Somerset, England. It is a Grade II* listed building. It is a screen wall with a central pointed arch flanked by two 3-storey circular turrets, which extend sideways to a 2-storey square tower at each end of the wall.It was probably designed around 1755 by Sanderson Miller and built in 1762 by Richard James, master mason for Ralph Allen, "to improve the prospect" from Allen's town house in Bath.Sham Castle is now illuminated at night.

Tasburgh House Hotel is a hotel in Bath, Somerset, England.Tasburgh House was built in 1891 by photographer John Berryman. Although Bath was being built exclusively of honey-coloured Bath Stone, Berryman's influential position (Royal Family's official photographer) gave him permission to build the house with red brick. Tasburgh House was the first and only red-brick-built house in Bath at that time. Original deeds show that the house was initially named 'Avonhurst', the name was changed to 'Tasburgh House' at some point before 1925, although the exact date is unknown. The house still stands in its original form and the exterior has not changed significantly. It was converted from three flats into a hotel in approximately 1969. The hotel was owned and managed by Susan Keeling from 1996 until 2019. During this time, it received extensive investment and refurbishment, including the addition of three guest bedrooms and multi-level terracing at the rear of the property. Tasburgh House Hotel has featured twice on the TV series The Hotel Inspector.In 2015 the hotel won 'Best UK Luxury Guest House' in the World Hotel Awards. In 2019 the hotel was sold to The Three Bears Ventures Limited. The building now operates as a 15 bedroom boutique hotel with a bar (residents only), with Grant Atkinson as general manager. The hotel closed permanently in 2020.

Bathwick Hill in Bath, Somerset, England is a street lined with historic houses, many of which are designated as listed buildings. It climbs south east from the A36 towards the University of Bath on Claverton Down, providing views over the city. To the north is Sham Castle, a folly built in 1762 by Richard James, master mason for Ralph Allen, "to improve the prospect" from Allen's town house in Bath. It is a screen wall with a central pointed arch flanked by two 3-storey circular turrets, which extend sideways to a 2-storey square tower at each end of the wall. It is illuminated at night.As the hill rises away from the city centre it passes over a tunnel, built in 1840, on the Great Western Railway close to Bath Spa railway station and the Kennet and Avon Canal at Bath Locks via an elliptical arch bridge.

Smallcombe Cemetery is on the edge of Bath, Somerset, England, in a valley between Widcombe Hill and Bathwick Hill. It has two distinct parts, the Anglican section known as St Mary's Churchyard and the nonconformist section known as Smallcombe Vale cemetery; they are sometimes known together as Smallcombe Garden cemetery. The two cemeteries have been closed to new burials since 1988 and are maintained by Bath and North East Somerset Council. The Bath Corporation had assumed responsibility for both cemeteries in 1947.

Ralph Allen School in Combe Down, Bath, England, is a co-educational, comprehensive secondary school with academy status. Located on the south-eastern edge of Bath, the school educates 11 to 18-year-olds from Bath and the surrounding area.

Bathampton () is a village and civil parish 2 miles (3 km) east of Bath, England on the south bank of the River Avon. The parish has a population of 1,603.The Kennet and Avon Canal passes through the village and a toll bridge links Bathampton to Batheaston on the north bank of the canal.

King Edward's School (KES), Bath, Somerset, England is an independent co-educational day school providing education for 1,016 pupils aged 3 to 18. The school is a member of The Headmasters' and Headmistresses' Conference. The school was established in the 16th century in a city centre site, founded in 1552. In the 1960s it moved to the outskirts onto a multi building site. In addition to the academic curriculum the schools includes drama, music, sport and a combined cadet force. King Edward's School Bath was judged as "excellent" in every category in the school's 2015 Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI) report. The report noted that "The school's extra-curricular provision is outstanding", "Achievements outside the curriculum are both numerous and outstanding" and "The quality of the pupils' achievements and learning is excellent". The school was ranked as one of the top four independent schools in the south west by The Sunday Times Schools Guide, Parent Power Survey based upon 2016 academic results.
