Sennowe Hall (also known as Sennowe Park) is a large country house and estate located near the village of Guist in Norfolk, England. The clock tower, the house and the stables, all located in a landscaped park, are Grade II* listed buildings. Sennowe Hall was originally a Georgian house built in 1774 by Thomas Wodehouse who had inherited the estate from his aunt Mary Bacon in 1760. It was sold by his son Edmond Wodehouse MP in 1850 and was subsequently owned by the Morse-Boycott family, who had it re-built by Decimus Burton. It then passed into ownership of the lighting engineer Bernard Le Neve Foster. The estate was bought in 1898 by Thomas Albert Cook, a grandson of Thomas Cook, the founder of the Thomas Cook and Son travel agency. He commissioned the Norwich architect George Skipper to remodel and considerably enlarge the house. The house and its surrounding estate are still owned by his descendants. The hall was the main filming location for The Tragedy at Marsdon Manor, an episode of the television series Agatha Christie's Poirot.

The B1110 runs for about 19 miles (31 km) between Holt and Dereham, and is entirely within the county of Norfolk. The road is a link between the A148 and the A47 at the town of Dereham.

Kettlestone is a village and civil parish in the English county of Norfolk. It covers an area of 7.55 km2 (2.92 sq mi) and had a population of 177 in 85 households at the 2001 census, increasing to 197 at the 2011 Census. For the purposes of local government, it falls within the district of North Norfolk. It is situated about 5 miles (8.0 km) to the east of the market town of Fakenham. The village has several farms and a small church. Also included in the parish is Pensthorpe home of the Pensthorpe Nature Reserve. The village is broadly aligned east to west about a single street with houses mainly to the north.

Guist () is a village and civil parish in the English county of Norfolk. It covers an area of 6.80 km2 (2.63 sq mi) and had a population of 242 in 102 households at the 2001 census, including Twyford and increasing slightly to a population of 250 in 110 households at the 2011 Census. For the purposes of local government, it falls within the Upper Wensum Ward of Breckland District Council and the Elmham and Mattishall Division of Norfolk County Council. The villages name means 'Gaega's/ Gaegi's dwelling' A large part of the village belongs to the Sennowe Park Estate as does all the surrounding land. The estate belongs to the descendants of Thomas Cook who bought it in 1898. At the crossroads of the A1067 and the B1110 is the estate Clock Tower, a distinctive landmark of the area. The old 1930 bridge on the B1110 to North Elmham was replaced by an eco friendly new bridge in 2002. On the village green is an example of a brick kiln. The medieval church of St Andrew contains a "Green Man" carving on the pulpit. Twyford House is a Grade II listed manor house on the edge of the village. The local pub is called The Ordnance Arms, where they have an adjacent Thai restaurant. As well as this business, the village also has a number of prospering farms in and around the local area.

Gateley is a village and civil parish in the Breckland district of Norfolk, England.

Fulmodeston or Fulmodeston-cum-Croxton is a village and civil parish in the English county of Norfolk. The village is located 4 miles (6.4 km) south-east of Fakenham and 20 miles (32 km) north-west of Norwich, along the course of River Stiffkey. Fulmodeston parish also includes the small villages of Barney.

Bintry Watermill is located on the River Wensum, about a mile (2 km) west of the village of Bintree in the English county of Norfolk. The watermill is thought to have stood at this location since 1454. The present mill is thought to date from the 1750s.

County School railway station is on the Mid-Norfolk Railway in Norfolk, England; it will serve the villages of North Elmham and Guist once services resume. It is 17 miles 40 chains (28 km) down the line from Wymondham and is the northernmost station owned by the Mid-Norfolk Railway Preservation Trust. The station was a stop on the Wymondham to Wells Branch, which closed to passengers in 1964; it was also the western terminus of the East Norfolk Railway branch to Wroxham, which closed in 1952. The line from Dereham is being restored gradually by the Mid-Norfolk Railway.

The Fakenham and Dereham Railway Society (F&DRS) was a heritage railway society in the English county of Norfolk. For a short period of time it operated County School railway station as the Wensum Valley Railway. The F&DRS later became the Mid-Norfolk Railway Preservation Trust, owners and operators of the Mid-Norfolk Railway.

Alethorpe is a deserted medieval village site and former civil parish, now in the parish of Little Snoring, in the North Norfolk district, in the county of Norfolk, England. It lies south-east of Little Snoring, around 2 miles (3.2 km) north-east of the town Fakenham and 23 miles (37 km) north-west of Norwich to the north of the A148 road. The village, which is one of around 200 lost settlements in Norfolk, was abandoned in the 16th century, probably as the consequence of the land being enclosed by the landlord of that time. It is occasionally referred to as Althorp in historical literature. In 1931 the parish had a population of 1.

Watts Naval School was originally the Norfolk County School, a boarding school set up to serve the educational needs of the 'sons of farmers and artisans'. The school was later operated by Dr Barnardo's until closure in 1953.

Little Snoring is a village and a civil parish in Norfolk, England.The village is approximately 2 miles (3 km) east-north-east from the town of Fakenham, 17 miles (27 km) west-south-west from Cromer, and to the side of the A148 road.At the 2011 Census, it had a population of 619. For the purposes of local government, the parish falls within the district of North Norfolk.
