Transylvania Regional Hospital (TRH), formerly known as Transylvania Community Hospital, is a Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations accredited 94-bed community hospital. It was formed in 1933 and is located between downtown Brevard and the entrance to Pisgah National Forest in Transylvania County, North Carolina. It is operated by Mission Health System.

William Deaver House is a historic home located near Pisgah Forest, Transylvania County, North Carolina. It was built about 1832, and is a two-story, heavy timber frame Georgian style dwelling. It is sheathed in weatherboard and has a gable roof. The front facade features a double-gallery engaged porch.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979.

Brevard Memorial Stadium is a 7,000-seat football stadium located in Brevard, North Carolina. The stadium is the home field of the Brevard High School Blue Devils and the Brevard College Tornados. The Tornados compete in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division II South Atlantic Conference (SAC). The school installed an artificial turf field in 2014.

William H. Grogan House is a historic home located at Brevard, Transylvania County, North Carolina. It was built about 1890, and is a 1+1⁄2-story, gable-front and wing form frame farmhouse, with Late Victorian style decorative details. It rests on a stone foundation and has a stepped, single shouldered, exterior stone chimney.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2008.

Brevard College Stone Fence and Gate is a historic stone fence and gate located on the campus of Brevard College at Brevard, Transylvania County, North Carolina. It was erected by the Works Progress Administration in 1936–1937 to enclose the athletic field. The L-shaped structure consists of a diagonally set arcaded gate, flanked by walls measuring about 222 feet and about 252 feet in length.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1993.

St. Philip's Episcopal Church is a historic Episcopal church located at 256 E. Main Street in Brevard, Transylvania County, North Carolina. It was designed by architect Louis Humbert Asbury and built in 1926. It is a tall one-story, Normanesque Revival style stone structure on a nave plan, with a narthex/tower on the main elevation and a chancel on the rear. It has a two-story bell tower and stained glass windows.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1997. It is located in the East Main Street Historic District.

William Breese Jr. House, also known as the Colonial Inn and the Inn at Brevard, is a historic home located at Brevard, Transylvania County, North Carolina. It was built about 1902, and is a two-story, Classical Revival style frame dwelling with a pebbledash finish and hipped roof. It has a two-story rear ell and features a central, two-story Ionic order entrance portico. It was converted for use as an inn and restaurant around 1955.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. It is located in the East Main Street Historic District. Numerous changes have accompanied the building's conversion to a restaurant and inn. On the second floor a wall was removed from between the south rooms creating a large meeting roo~. On the ground floor the doorway to the original dining room has been enlarged. One fireplace has been closed off. Most of the building's ceilings have received facing materials such as acoustical tile. However, the institutional kitchen manages to function out of the original kitchen space and overall the original character of the building has not been seriously compromised. The Colonial Inn remains one of Brevard's finest examples of turn of the century architecture. Through its use of the locally popular pebbledash to execute the familiar Neo-classical Revival design it makes a strong statement about propriety in turn of the century western North Carolina.

Silvermont is a historic home located at Brevard, Transylvania County, North Carolina. It was built in 1916–1917, and is a two-story, five-bay, Colonial Revival style brick dwelling with a gambrel roof. Also on the property is a one-story, stone veneer cottage. It has a rear ell, two-story front portico supported by columns with Corinthian order capitals, one-story wraparound porch, porte cochere, and sunroom. The house and grounds were donated to Transylvania County in 1972, and serve as a public recreation center.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1981. It is located in the East Main Street Historic District.

Royal and Louise Morrow House, also known as Stone Cottage, is a historic home located at Brevard, Transylvania County, North Carolina. It was built in 1915, and is a 1+1⁄2-story, Bungalow / American Craftsman style stone dwelling. It has a steep, side-gable roof and three-bay wall dormers. Also on the property is a contributing garage.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2006. It is located in the East Main Street Historic District.
