Palalda is a former commune in Pyrénées-Orientales, now part of Amélie-les-Bains-Palalda.

Amélie-les-Bains-Palalda (French pronunciation: [ameli le bɛ̃ palalda] ; Catalan: Els Banys i Palaldà) is a commune in the Pyrénées-Orientales department in southern France. Prior to 1942, it was known as Amélie-les-Bains. It is situated in the Tech valley, and combines the old and the new with a mix of narrow cobbled streets and modern accommodation. It has become a 'station verte' meaning that it must strive at all times to ensure that tourists benefit from a calm and natural environment.

The War memorial of Céret is a World War I memorial in France, located in Céret (Pyrénées-Orientales). The memorial is made of light gray sandstone and consists of a symbolic figure of a mourning woman seated on top of an inscribed base. The figure was sculpted by Aristide Maillol, who worked on it from 1919 to 1920. The memorial was inaugurated in 1922, and it was declared a national monument in 1994.

Le Musée d'Art Moderne de Céret is a modern art museum in Céret, Pyrénées-Orientales, France, created by Pierre Brune and Frank Burty Haviland in 1950 with the personal support of their friends Pablo Picasso and Henri Matisse who were involved in its creation.

The Pont du Diable (English: Devil's Bridge) or Pont Vieux (English: Old bridge) is a medieval stone arch bridge at Céret, France, built between 1321 and 1341. It spans the Tech River with a single arch of 45.45 metres (149.1 ft). At its apex, the arch is 22.3 metres (73 ft) high.

Saint Peter is a Roman Catholic church in Céret, southern France. Mentioned for the first time in 814, the present day church was built and rebuilt several times from the 11th to the 18th centuries. It was declared a national monument in 1998.

Céret (French: [seʁɛ] ; Catalan: Ceret [səˈɾɛt]) is a commune in the Pyrénées-Orientales department in southern France. It is the capital of the historic Catalan comarca of Vallespir.

Pyrénées-Orientales (French pronunciation: [piʁene ɔʁjɑ̃tal]; Catalan: Pirineus Orientals [piɾiˈnɛwz uɾiənˈtals]; Occitan: Pirenèus Orientals [piɾeˈnɛwz uɾjenˈtals]; lit. 'Eastern Pyrenees'), is a department of the region of Occitania, Southern France, adjacent to the northern Spanish frontier and the Mediterranean Sea. It borders the departments of Ariège to the northwest and Aude to the north, the Mediterranean Sea to the east and the Spanish province of Girona in Catalonia to the south and the country of Andorra to the west. It also surrounds the tiny Spanish exclave of Llívia, and thus has two distinct borders with Spain. In 2019, it had a population of 479,979. Some parts of the Pyrénées-Orientales (like the Cerdagne) are part of the Iberian Peninsula. It is named after the Pyrenees mountain range.
