Merkaz Omen (Hebrew: מֶרְכָּז אֹמֶן), also Omen, is a community settlement in northern Israel.

Gadish (Hebrew: גָּדִישׁ) is a moshav in northern Israel. Located in the Ta'anakh region, it falls under the jurisdiction of Gilboa Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 414.

Nir Yafe (Hebrew: נִיר יָפֶה) is a moshav in northern Israel. Located in the Ta'anakh region, it falls under the jurisdiction of Gilboa Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 730.

Zububa (Arabic: زبوبا) is the northernmost Palestinian village in the West Bank, located 10 km Northwest of the city of Jenin in the northern West Bank. According to the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics, the town had an estimated population of 2,322 inhabitants in 2017.

Devorah (Hebrew: דְּבוֹרָה) is a moshav in northern Israel. Located in the Ta'anakh region, near Afula, it falls under the jurisdiction of Gilboa Regional Council. As of 2021 it had a population of 218.

Highway 65 is a major highway in northern Israel. It connects Hadera with the Galilee. This road is the shortest and simplest way to connect these two major regions. Historically, people traveled on or near this route for thousands of years from the coastal plain to reach the Galilee, and beyond it the Golan, Syria, Lebanon, and Jordan (see Via Maris). In the 1949 Armistice Agreements Israel received the portion of this road in Wadi Ara for this reason.The road passes by many Arab villages and cities but few Jewish habitations in Nahal Iron. In October 2000, at the beginning of the Second Intifada, the road was blocked by local Palestinian protesters. For security reasons Highway 70, which runs parallel to the north of Highway 65, has been improved.The northern section of the highway, between Golani and Nahal Amud (nearby Kadarim) is a freeway.

Merkaz Hever (Hebrew: מֶרְכַּז חֶבֶר) is a community settlement in northern Israel. Located in the Ta'anakh region, it falls under the jurisdiction of Gilboa Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 800.

The Jezreel Valley (from the Hebrew: עמק יזרעאל, translit. ʿĒmeq Yīzrəʿēl), or Marj Ibn Amir (Arabic: مرج ابن عامر), also known as the Valley of Megiddo, is a large fertile plain and inland valley in the Northern District of Israel. It is bordered to the north by the highlands of the Lower Galilee region, to the south by the Samarian highlands, to the west and northwest by the Mount Carmel range, and to the east by the Jordan Valley, with Mount Gilboa marking its southern extent. The largest settlement in the valley is the city of Afula, which lies near its center.

Barak (Hebrew: בָּרָק) is a moshav in northern Israel. Located in the Ta'anakh region, it falls under the jurisdiction of Gilboa Regional Council. As of 2021 it had a population of 396.

Megiddo Airfield (Hebrew: מנחת מגידו) (IATA: N/A, ICAO: LLMG), known as Shachar 7 by the Israel Defense Forces, is an Israeli airfield located in the Jezreel Valley near Tel Megiddo and 3 km (1.9 mi) southwest of Afula. Opened in 1942 as RAF Station Megiddo and was used as an auxiliary field to RAF Station Ramat David. It currently handles private and agricultural flights. It formerly served as an Israeli Air Force base and was decommissioned in the mid-1980s.

The Ta'anakh region (Hebrew: חבל תענך, Hevel Ta'anakh), also known as Ta'anachim (Hebrew: תענכים), is an area to the south of Israel's Jezreel Valley and east of the Wadi Ara region. The area is named after the biblical city (Joshua 17:11), located just across the Green Line in the northwest West Bank. In the 1950s, the area was settled by immigrants from Morocco, Tunisia, Kurdistan, and Poland. Most or all of this region is located in the Gilboa Regional Council.

Adirim (Hebrew: אַדִּירִים) is a small moshav in northern Israel. Located adjacent to Barak and Dvora and six kilometres south of Afula, it falls under the jurisdiction of Gilboa Regional Council. In 2021 its population was 278.
