Wisbech St Mary

Wisbech St Mary railway station was a station on the Midland and Great Northern Joint Railway line between Wisbech and Peterborough. Located in Wisbech St. Mary, it is now closed. The station building is no longer standing, having been demolished in around 2006 to make way for a new housing development on Beechings Close.

Wisbech St Mary Football Club is a football club based in Wisbech St Mary, Cambridgeshire in England. The club are currently members of the Cambridgeshire League Premier Division and play at Beechings Close.

March Elm Road railway station is a proposed station in March, Cambridgeshire, which if successful, the Bramley Line will make as the southern terminus next to Elm Road Crossing. It was part of a branch of the Great Eastern Railway which ran from March to Watlington. The line closed in the 1960s, but a recent idea by the Wisbech and March Bramley Line to restore the line between Wisbech and March may see trains return to route in some form. However, the organisation would need to raise £10,000 to acquire the lease of the line and then set about repairing it to the required railways inspectorate standard. Additional funds to build this and other stations would then need to be raised by the small number of volunteers. No detailed costings for the additional work are available. Elm Road has never had a station before, and this would be the southern terminus to begin with. It is the intention in years to come, to try to get Heritage services into the disused platforms at March Station. At present no business case has been made public to suggest that there is a demand for a heritage railway in this area, nor have any concrete proposals or costings been drawn up to substantiate this scheme.

Waldersea railway station is a proposed station situated on the former Wisbech line from March to Wisbech, and will be the proposed terminal of the railway along the disused trackbed.

Coldham railway station was a station in Coldham, Cambridgeshire. It was on the branch of the Great Eastern Railway which ran from March to Watlington, Norfolk. The station opened in 1847, and in 1894 a porter was killed in an accident there.The station closed in 1966, the line closed for passengers in 1968 and for freight in 2000. Nothing remains of the former station, with the exception of the former toilet block, which is concealed by undergrowth which has built up since the station closed. A plan by the Bramley Line to restore the line between Wisbech and March may see trains return to Coldham in some form.

Coldham is a hamlet in Elm civil parish, part of the Fenland district of the Isle of Ely, Cambridgeshire, England. Coldham is the site of a wind farm on a large farm estate of the Cooperative Group near the settlement.The parish formerly had a church dedicated to St. Ethelreda built in 1876. Mrs E.B. Tanqueray, whose husband was Bertram Tanqueray, vicar of Coldham, wrote 'The Royal Quaker', a novel about Jane Stuart publisher in 1904 by Methuen. This church was declared redundant in 2000 and has since been converted into a house. The former war memorial from the church is now located at St Mark's, Friday Bridge. The settlement formerly had a railway station on the Great Eastern Railway, although there are proposals to reinstate a station as part of the Wisbech and March Bramley Line project.

Guyhirn Chapel of Ease, also known as Guyhirn Old Church, is a small rectangular chapel in Guyhirn, Cambridgeshire noted for being built during the Puritan Commonwealth of England. It has survived relatively unchanged since this time, and is a Grade II* listed building under the care of the Churches Conservation Trust.

Tholomas Drove is a hamlet in Wisbech St Mary civil parish, part of the Fenland district in the Isle of Ely, Cambridgeshire, England. The population is included in the civil parish of Parson Drove. In 1989, there were 120 residents. The origins of the name are unclear but it has also been written as Tholomer's Drove and Tallamass Drove.

Guyhirn (sometimes spelled Guyhirne) is a village near the town of Wisbech in Cambridgeshire, England. It is on the northern bank, the North Brink, of the River Nene, at the junction of the A141 with the A47. The population is included in the civil parish of Wisbech St Mary. It is notable chiefly for the Chapel of Ease, a rare example of church architecture of the Interregnum (1649–1660), and as a key crossing point of the River Nene.

Begdale is a hamlet between Wisbech, Elm and Friday Bridge in Cambridgeshire, England.

Ring's End is a hamlet near Guyhirn in the Isle of Ely in Cambridgeshire, England. The population is included in the civil parish of Elm in the Fenland District.

Guyhirne railway station was a station at Ring's End, near Guyhirn, Cambridgeshire on the Great Northern and Great Eastern Joint Railway between Spalding and March. It was opened originally by the GNR in 1867. An auction took place in 1867 of items linked to the construction of the railway. It was closed to passengers by the British Transport Commission, due to low usage, in 1953. Goods traffic continued at the station until 1964, whilst the line passing through it remained open until November 1982. The station has since been demolished, along with the viaduct that carried the line through the village it served.
