The Dexter Richardson House is an historic house at 5 South Street in Uxbridge, Massachusetts. The 2+1⁄2 story wood-frame house was built c. 1736, and is a well-preserved local example of transitional Georgian-Federal styling. The basic massing of the main block is Georgian, with five bays and a central entry, with a large central chimney. The entry is framed by Federal style fluted pilasters and topped by a heavy pediment; there is a five-light transom window above the door.On October 7, 1983, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places.

The Blackstone River Greenway (formerly Bikeway) is a partially completed 48-mile (77 km) paved rail trail defining the course of the East Coast Greenway through the Blackstone Valley from Worcester, Massachusetts to Providence, Rhode Island in the United States. As of 2016, approximately 11.5 miles (18.5 km) of the trail has been completed in Rhode Island, connecting the communities of Woonsocket, Lincoln, Cumberland, and Manville. Some 2.5 miles (4.0 km) of completed trail in Massachusetts connect Worcester and Millbury, as well as 3.7 miles of trail connecting Uxbridge and Blackstone. The path roughly parallels the right-of-way of the active Providence & Worcester Railroad and its predecessor, the Blackstone Canal, running alongside the Blackstone River. In some places, the bike path follows the old canal towpath, with the long-abandoned canal running along one side and the river on the other. Only a short portion near Pratt Dam (a.k.a. Lonsdale Dam, connecting Lincoln, Rhode Island and Cumberland, Rhode Island) runs on abandoned railroad right-of-way.Once finished, the greenway will be linked to the East Bay Bike Path, for an additional 14.5 miles (23.3 km) of trail to Bristol, Rhode Island. The Blackstone River Greenway is also a designated section of the East Coast Greenway, the 3,000-mile trail system connecting cities from Maine to Florida.

The J. Kensley House is an historic house located at 342 Chestnut Street in Uxbridge, Massachusetts. The 1+1⁄5 story brick house was built c. 1820, and is an excellent local example of Federal styling. The house has a central chimney, and an asymmetrical facade, whose center entry retains its original door. The house remained in the Kensley family (under a variety of spellings) until the late 19th century.On October 7, 1983, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places as the J. Kensely House.

The Sylvanus Holbrook House is a historic house at 52 Albee Road in Uxbridge, Massachusetts. This 2+1⁄2 story timber-frame house was built c. 1780. It was owned by Sylvanus Holbrook, one of the founding directors of the Blackstone National Bank. It is five bays wide, with a central entry that is a typical Federal style with flanking pilasters supporting a five-light transom window and triangular pediment. Second story windows are butted up to the eave, a common Georgian feature.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.

The A. E. Cook House is an historic house at 176 Aldrich Street in Uxbridge, Massachusetts, United States. The construction date of this 1+1⁄2 story wood frame Cape style house is not known; based on stylistic analysis, it may have been built as early as 1750, making it one of the older homes in South Uxbridge. All of its facades are asymmetrical in appearance; the main facade has a central door, with two windows on one side, and one on the other. The Central Street Historic District is a historic district encompassing a portion of the historic village center of Millville, Massachusetts. Its spine is Central Street, the main north–south artery through the town, running from Main Street in the north to just south of Quaker Street in the south. The district includes adjoining properties on a number of side streets. The northern end is discontiguous with Millville's Main Street Historic District, on the north side of the Blackstone River, because of the demolition of historic buildings and alterations to the junction of Main and Central Streets. Millville's town offices are located in the former Longfellow School, built in 1850 and located at 8 Central Street. South of the river there is more of a commercial center, and as Central Street climbs the hillside above the river, it becomes more residential. This last area was where the fashionable homes of Millville's wealthier residents were built. The oldest portions of the district are the remnant sites of the mills which prompted the growth of the town. These were built on an island in the river, although later mills (none of which survive) were built on its northern and southern banks.The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2003.

The Daniel Aldrich Cottage and Sawmill is a historic property at 364 Aldrich Street in Uxbridge, Massachusetts. It includes a c. 1830s late Federal style brick cottage, and at one time also included a rare surviving small-scale sawmill, built about 1835. They were built by Daniel Aldrich, member of a locally prominent family, were listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.
