Franklin Park Zoo

Elma Lewis School of Fine Arts (ELSFA) was founded in 1950 by Elma Lewis. The school, based in Roxbury, Boston, provided classes in a variety of artistic, social, and cultural topics, including art, dance, drama, music, and costuming. Lewis founded the school with the intention of promoting "programs of cultural enrichment for the benefit of deprived children" in Roxbury, Dorchester and throughout the Greater Boston area. The school closed at its Elm Hill Avenue location following an arson fire in 1985.

The William Lloyd Garrison School is a historic school building at 20 Hutchings Street in Boston, Massachusetts. Built in stages between 1910 and 1929 and named for abolitionist William Lloyd Garrison, it is a high-quality example of period school architecture, noted at the time for its state-of-the-art features. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1980, and has since been converted into residences.

The Nazing Court Apartments are an historic site at 224-236 Seaver Street and 1-8 Nazing Court in the Roxbury neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts. It consists of two large Colonial Revival apartment blocks designed by Boston architect Sumner Schein and built in 1929. One houses 53 units, the other 98; they stand on a parcel overlooking Franklin Park. They were built to provide housing for Roxbury's burgeoning working-class Jewish community, and are a rare residential work of Schein, who did mostly commercial work.The apartments were listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2004.

The Charlotte Street-Esmond Street Historic District is a historic district encompassing a residential subdivision in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts. Centered on Charlotte and Esmond Streets, the area was developed in the early 20th century following the arrival of electrified street cars on nearby Blue Hill Avenue. The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2022.

The Humboldt Avenue Historic District is a historic district encompassing a cluster of multifamily brick buildings in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts. Centered on the junction of Humboldt Avenue and Hutchings Street, the area was developed in 1915-16 during a major Jewish migration, and includes a fine sample of Colonial Revival architecture. The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2021.

Franklin Park, a partially wooded 527-acre (2.13 km2) parkland in the Jamaica Plain, Roxbury, and Dorchester neighborhoods of Boston, Massachusetts, is maintained by the City of Boston Parks and Recreation Department. It is Boston's biggest park and the site of Franklin Park Zoo. It was designated a Boston Landmark by the Boston Landmarks Commission in August 1980.

St. Mark's Episcopal Church is a historic church complex at 73 Columbia Road in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts. The complex consists of three buildings: a chapel, rectory, and parish hall. All three were built between 1904 and 1909, with the last significant alteration to the exterior of the church occurring in 1916. All three buildings were designed by Edmund O. Sylvester, and present a unified architectural statement of Craftsman styling with some English Gothic (Tudor Revival) detailing. The church complex was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2014.The congregation was established as a mission in 1887 after fire destroyed the St. Mary's Church on Bowdoin Street on June 15, and a portion of its congregation began to meet in the Grove Hall area of Dorchester. St. Mary's Mission carried on until October 31, 1897. An independent mission was organized a week later, which adopted the name "St. Mark's" on March 13, 1898, and which acquired land on Columbia Road to build a church in early October. The cornerstone for the new church was laid April 25, 1904, and the first service held on September 18. The congregation was formally incorporated as a parish on January 15, 1906.

Freedom House is a nonprofit community-based organization in Roxbury, Massachusetts (a neighborhood of Boston). Freedom House is located in an area sometimes referred to as Grove Hall that lies along Blue Hill Ave. at the border between the Roxbury and Dorchester neighborhoods of Boston. Although it was historically identified with Roxbury, Freedom House currently refers to itself as being located either in Dorchester or in Grove Hall.

The Crawford Street Historic District encompasses a collection of primarily residential apartment houses on Crawford Street between Elm Hill Avenue and Warren Street in the Roxbury neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts. The area was developed in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, and features well-preserved wood frame single and multi-family residences from that period, as well as the city's only extant Brutalist style branch library building. The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2020.

White Stadium, formally the George R. White Memorial Stadium, is a 10,519-seat facility located in Franklin Park, Boston that was constructed between 1947 and 1949 for the use of Boston Public Schools athletics.

The buildings at 825–829 Blue Hill Avenue are historic apartment buildings in the Mattapan neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts. The three-story Colonial Revival masonry structures were designed by Samuel Levy and built in 1924 for Herman Barron, during a period in which Boston's Jewish population migrated to the area in large numbers from downtown Boston. The buildings occupy a triangular lot at the corner of Blue Hill Avenue and Calder Street. Both street-facing facades feature alternating projecting and recessed bays, and are laid in seven-course Flemish bond brick. At the corner the building has two single-bay facades, one of which houses an entrance. These faces are ornamented with corner quoining in concrete. The main entrances of the buildings are on Blue Hill Avenue, sheltered by gabled porticos supported by Tuscan columns.The buildings were listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2014.

Charles Street African Methodist Episcopal Church is an historic African Methodist Episcopal Church at 551 Warren Street in Boston, Massachusetts. The current church building (originally All Souls Unitarian Church) was built in 1888 by J. Williams Beal and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.
