Baffins Milton Rovers Football Club is a football club based in Portsmouth, Hampshire, England. They are currently members of the Wessex League Premier Division and play at the Kendall Stadium.

Hilsea railway station is a railway station on Airport Service Road, Hilsea, Portsmouth, England serving the northern end of Portsea Island, including a large industrial estate nearby. The station was once the closest to Portsmouth Airport, which was closed in 1973. It is located on the Portsmouth Direct line which runs between London Waterloo and Portsmouth Harbour. There were extensive sidings at Hilsea during World War II. This railway station is mainly used by commuters who work in nearby Anchorage Park industrial estate. Only stopping trains call here. The station is unmanned. Historically, during the Battle of Havant, Hilsea was the terminus of an omnibus link from Havant New, just east of Havant. When the Portsmouth Direct Line had been constructed by the LSWR, at the request of the residents of Portsmouth, it was necessary that trains run from the Portcreek Junction railway triangle, to Havant Junction, along track owned by the rival LBSCR. The latter firm refused to allow that and engaged in militant obstruction of the track to prevent the running of a through train service for several months. The road that crosses over the railway line and station at Hilsea is named Norway Road after the novelist and aeronautical engineer, Nevil Shute Norway.

The A2030 is a road in Hampshire. The road starts off at junction 5 of the A3(M), near the village of Bedhampton. The road then runs west along the base of Portsdown Hill, following the old route of the A27 into Portsmouth until it reaches the Drayton area.It then turns sharply south directly between Drayton and Farlington, and begins to run down towards the main areas of Portsmouth on Portsea Island. Just before crossing onto Portsea Island is a busy junction with the current A27.From here it winds its way across Portsmouth, changing names a number of times, before terminating at a junction with the A3 in Portsmouth City centre. Being one of only three roads between Portsea Island and the mainland, it is always busy and often becomes congested during rush hours.

Farlington Halt railway station was a disused station between Bedhampton and Hilsea , located immediately to the west of Farlington Junction on the Portsmouth Direct Line railway.The station was originally built to serve Portsmouth Park racecourse, opening as Farlington Race Course on 26 June 1891. On 23 July 1894, it was the scene of an accident when a brake van next to the engine hauling the 6.35pm from Havant derailed and the first two coaches overturned. The guard on the train was killed and seven passengers were injured, one of whom seriously.The racecourse was closed during World War One, but the station was retained to serve the ammunition dump put in its place. The station closed in 1917. Re-opened in 1922 until 1927. Under the Southern Railway, it re-opened as a general public halt in 1928 named Farlington Halt; however, this was short-lived as the station closed due to insufficient customers on 4 July 1937.When the A2030 Eastern Road was built through the old racecourse site and Drayton Marshes during World War II, piles were driven through the platforms, rendering it unusable thereafter. The road next to the old station site in Drayton still retains the name Station Road and a footbridge over the railway to the Railway Triangle Industrial Estate was in use for many years, but is now closed behind fences.

The Hilsea Lines are a line of 18th- and 19th-century fortifications built at Hilsea to protect the northern approach to Portsea Island, an island off the southern coast of England which forms the majority of the city of Portsmouth and its key naval base. They are now used as a greenspace and leisure area, also known locally as Foxes Forest.

Admiral Lord Nelson School is a mixed co-educational secondary school in Portsmouth, Hampshire, England. The school, located on the eastern side of Portsmouth on Dundas Lane, opposite Ocean retail park and running parallel to the Eastern Road, is situated next to Langstone Harbour, and was constructed on a green field site. Named after Horatio Nelson, admiral and hero of the British Royal Navy, with which it has already built ties, it was established in 1995 and specialises in Business and Enterprise to provide education for 11- to 16-year-old students. On opening it had an initial attendance of 170-year 7 students, which has subsequently grown substantially to around 1000. During this time, it has forged partnerships with the local business community.

Springfield School is a co-educational secondary school located in the Drayton area of Portsmouth in the English county of Hampshire.It was previously a community school administered by Portsmouth City Council, and held specialist Technology College status. In April 2017 Springfield School converted to academy status and is now sponsored by The De Curci Trust.

Portsbridge Creek, known officially as Portsea Creek, formerly as Portsea Lake and informally as Ports Creek, Port Creek, Portcreek and Canal Creek, , is a tidal waterway just off the southern coast of England that runs between Portsea Island and the mainland from Langstone Harbour to Tipner Lake. The unofficial Portsbridge Creek name for the creek is an outdated name, formerly used when Portsea Island used to have only a single road bridge (named the Portsbridge) crossing between Portsea Island and the mainland. In modern times, Portsea Creek now has other crossings via road, rail and pedestrian bridges. Through its history, Portsea Creek has been made navigable a number of times and it is today navigable for small boats, depending on tide.

Hilsea Barracks was a military installation at Hilsea in Portsmouth.

Drayton is a residential area of the city of Portsmouth in the English county of Hampshire. Together with Farlington, its parent area, it makes up one of the electoral wards of the city.

Moneyfields Football Club is a football club based in Portsmouth, England. Affiliated to the Hampshire FA, they were founded in 1987 as Portsmouth Civil Service, before adopting their current name in 1994. The club are currently members of the Wessex League Premier Division and play at the John Jenkins Stadium.

Farlington Marshes is a 119.7-hectare (296-acre) Local Nature Reserve in Portsmouth in Hampshire. It is owned by Portsmouth City Council and managed by Hampshire and Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust. It is part of Langstone Harbour, which is a Site of Special Scientific Interest and a Nature Conservation Review site, Grade I. It is also part of Solent Maritime Special Area of Conservation and of Chichester and Langstone Harbours Ramsar site and Special Protection Area.Farlington Marshes is an area of reclaimed land in Langstone harbour. It was reclaimed from the harbour in 1771 and includes a larger part of what was formerly Binner's Island (the remainder of the island is now referred to as North Binness Island). Farlington Marshes is about 120 hectares in size and features both freshwater marsh and brackish marsh. It is a feeding ground for overwintering Brent geese. During World War 2 it was used as a starfish site acting as a decoy for Portsea Island. The control blockhouses remain on the marshes.
