John L. McClellan High School was a high school in Little Rock, Arkansas. McClellan served students in grades nine through twelve and was part of the Little Rock School District from 1987 to 2020 and part of the Pulaski County Special School District before joining the Little Rock School District. It closed when Little Rock Southwest High School opened.

The Cecil M. Buffalo Jr. House is a historic house at 16324 Arch Street Pike in Landmark, Arkansas. It is a single-story semi-circular structure, finished mainly in glass and fieldstone, with some vertical board siding. The outside portion of the semi-circle is mainly finished with sliding glass doors, while the inside portion has more windows. The building is topped by a flat roof. The house was built in 1968 to a design by Oklahoma architect Dean Bryant Vollendorf, and is a good example of his "Baysweep" style.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2018.

Willow Springs was a water park located in Little Rock, Arkansas. It closed for swimming in July 2013. The park subsequently re-opened for fishing but not swimming. It closed permanently in August 2015.

The Carmichael House is a historic house at 13905 Arch Street Pike in Landmark, Arkansas. The property is a 30-acre (12 ha) gentleman farmer's estate, with a main house, barn, hog shed, and other farm outbuildings. The principal structures are built out of stone, with the house having terra cotta tile elements as well. It is Craftsman in style, with a shallow pitch gable roof that has deep eaves and exposed rafters. The estate was developed in the 1930s by John Hugh Carmichael and his wife 1st wife Amelia. Lily, his second wife, sold the property after he died in 1958. The property is a good example of rural Craftsman-style gentleman's farm. The property was purchase in 1967 by Paul Hodge and Karen Hodge. It was converted from a Gentleman's Farm to a Thoroughbred Racing Farm and it served as such until 1985. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2018.

Landmark (formerly known as Parkers-Iron Springs) is a census-designated place (CDP) in Pulaski County, Arkansas, United States. Per the 2020 census, the population was 3,585. It is part of the Little Rock–North Little Rock–Conway Metropolitan Statistical Area.

Woodyardville (also Feltons Store) is an unincorporated community in Pulaski County, Arkansas, United States.

Ironton is a small unincorporated community in Pulaski County, Arkansas, United States, to the west of Wrightsville, and near Landmark. Namesakes include Ironton Baptist Church, Ironton Road, and Ironton cut-off. There are a few businesses in Ironton, and a fishing area. The area is in the Pulaski County Special School District.

Barton Coliseum is a 7,150-seat multi-purpose arena located within the Arkansas State Fairgrounds in Little Rock, Arkansas. The coliseum was dedicated on September 29, 1952, in honor of Thomas Harry Barton, founder of Lion Oil.It is the former home of the Arkansas–Little Rock Trojans basketball team, the defunct Arkansas GlacierCats of the WPHL (now defunct) and the defunct Arkansas Impact of the PBL. The Trojans moved into Alltel Arena, when it opened in 1999 and remained there, until the team moved into Jack Stephens Center in 2005. Prior to the Trojans' move to the Sun Belt Conference, the venue hosted five Trans America Athletic Conference (TAAC) men's basketball tournaments in 1983, 1986, 1987, 1989 and 1990. It has since hosted three Sun Belt Conference men's basketball tournaments. During the annual Arkansas State Fair, the coliseum is the venue for the fair's rodeo events. Additionally, it is used as the location throughout the year for spectator events featuring monster trucks, motorcycle acrobatics, and other shows. Countless rock concerts were held here until the completion of Alltel Arena. This fan-friendly site sold general admission tickets so that hardcore fans arriving hours before the doors opened could just about guarantee themselves a spot on the barrier. The entire floor of the coliseum was standing room only. Tailgating in the parking lot before the shows made these rock concerts all day parties. On April 17, 1972, Elvis Presley played Barton Coliseum to 10,000 fans and a complete sell out. Elvis wore the “Burning Love” suit. Elvis's suits were not named by him, but mostly posthumously by his legions of fans. On December 2, 1972, it played host to the Jackson 5 concert. In 1978, Blue Öyster Cult made a live recording of "(Don't Fear) The Reaper", which was later used on their live album, Some Enchanted Evening. On October 29, 2012, Rob Zombie along with Marilyn Manson played at Barton Coliseum in support of their Twins of Evil 2012 tour. The Arkansas High School State Finals were held here in 2013.

The Empire Life Insurance in America Building is a historic commercial building at 2801 West Roosevelt Road in Little Rock, Arkansas. It was built in 1959–60 to a design by the Little Rock firm of Wittenberg, Delony, and Davidson, and is a significant local example of the International style of commercial design. It is a two-story structure of steel and concrete, predominantly faced in glass, aluminum, and fieldstone. The building was given an award by the regional branch of the American Institute of Architects in 1961.The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2019.

The University of Arkansas at Little Rock (UA Little Rock) is a public research university in Little Rock, Arkansas. Established as Little Rock Junior College by the Little Rock School District in 1927, the institution became a private four-year university under the name Little Rock University in 1957. It returned to public status in 1969 when it merged with the University of Arkansas System under its present name. The former campus of Little Rock Junior College is now (2019) the campus of Philander Smith University. At 250 acres (100 ha), the UA Little Rock campus encompasses more than 56 buildings, including the Center for Nanotechnology Integrative Sciences, the Emerging Analytics Center, the Sequoyah Research Center, and the Ottenheimer Library Additionally, UA Little Rock houses special learning facilities that include a learning resource center, art galleries, KUAR public radio station, University Television, and a campus-wide wireless network. It is classified among "R2: Doctoral Universities – High research activity".

The Garland Elementary School is a historic former school building at 3615 West 25th Street in Little Rock, Arkansas. It is a square two-story masonry structure, finished in red brick with stone trim. Some of its original Gothic entrances have been obscured by later additions. The school was built in 1924, with additions in 1938 and 1954, and was originally built to serve the local white student population. It was named for Augustus H. Garland, a local politician. The school was fully integrated in 1973, and closed in 2001.The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2018.

Gary Hogan Field is a baseball venue located in Little Rock, Arkansas, United States. It has been home to the Little Rock Trojans college baseball team of the Division I Sun Belt Conference since 1978 and also the home of the Arkansas Baptist College Buffaloes junior college baseball team of Region 2 of the National Junior College Athletic Association. Formerly known as Curran Conway Field, the venue has a capacity of 2,550.
