Washington State University Vancouver also known as WSU Vancouver is a campus of Washington State University. WSU Vancouver is located on a 351-acre (1.42 km2) campus outside of Vancouver, Washington, approximately eight miles (13 km) north of the Columbia River and 17 miles north of downtown Portland, Oregon. Degrees offered by WSU Vancouver are conferred by Washington State University. Previously an undergraduate transfer college, WSU Vancouver expanded to a full four-year university in 2006.

It is part of Legacy Health, a locally owned, nonprofit organization based in Portland, Oregon.Legacy Salmon Creek opened in 2005 as the first hospital built in Washington state in almost 20 years. The six-story, 460,000-square-foot hospital and 180,000-square-foot medical office complex cost $285 million. In the hospital's first full fiscal year, Legacy Salmon Creek averaged 80 patients a day. By 2015, the average hospital census was more than 160 patients a day.Legacy Salmon Creek employs more than 1,200 people.Among its services are Legacy Cancer Institute, a children's-only emergency room, neonatal intensive care unit, birthing center, total joint (orthopedics) surgery center, breast health center and surgical care.

Vancouver iTech Preparatory (iTech Prep) is a public school located in Vancouver, Clark County, Washington, USA operated by Vancouver Public Schools. It is a public STEM Magnet school for grades 6-12. The middle school program for grades 6-8 used to be operated at the Jim Parsley Community Center (J.P.C.C.) and the high school program for grades 9-12 at the main campus within Washington State University Vancouver.The school now operates with all grades combined in their new building dedicated 2020. The school focuses on STEM subjects (classes such as Physics, Algebra (1 and 2), Geometry, Pre Calculus, Statistics, Psychology, Sociology, Astronomy and Environmental Science) while using project-based learning, where a student is taught something then creates a workpiece that shows that the student learned what was taught. iTech also has in the past worked with WSUV and Clark College to get early college programs available to students who have spent at least 1 semester in the high school program. The principal is Darby Meade and the associate principal is Zachary Tautfest.

The Clark County Fair is an annual ten-day event held at the Clark County Event Center at the Fairgrounds in Ridgefield, Washington. There were no fairs in 2020-21, but in August 2022 it resumed.

RV Inn Style Resorts Amphitheater, formerly known as the Sleep Country Amphitheater, Amphitheater Northwest, and the Sunlight Supply Amphitheater (originally The Amphitheater at Clark County and commonly Clark County Amphitheater), is an 18,000-seat capacity amphitheater, located in Ridgefield, Washington. It holds 7,810 covered seats and lawn seating for about 10,000.It is the largest outdoor amphitheater in the Portland metropolitan area. It is used for concerts, stage shows and other special events, including the Clark County Fair. Construction started in 2002, with Sustaita Architects designing the venue and Hoffman Construction Company building it.

The building design incorporates an open classroom floor plan with the use of many windows and features a 10,000-square-foot (930 m2) common area at the center of the school. The building is 292,000-square-foot (27,100 m2), including a 1,150-seat auditorium, which has hosted speakers such as Howard Dean and is the current performance venue for the Vancouver Symphony. Skyview is home to the SMT (Science Math and Technology Magnet) for the Vancouver schools.
