The John Roffler House is a historic house located at 1437 NE Everett Street in Camas, Washington.

The Farrell Building, also known as the Charlie and Rose Farrell Building, the C. E. Farrell Building, the Golden Rule Store, JCPenney, the Fashionette and Farrell & Eddy Department Store, is a historic commercial building located at 305 Northeast 4th Avenue in Camas, Washington. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on March 15, 2006.The two-story building was completed for Charles Farrell by the local builder John Roffler in 1924 in the early commercial style of architecture. The building replaced a previous 1887 structure which was demolished. The downstairs space was rented to the chain store "The Golden Rule", which later became the JCPenney company. Charles Farrell's widow Rose and her sister Anna Roffler Eddy moved their "The Fashionette" store into the building in 1935. In 1955, the Farrell Building was closed for modernization in an effort to keep up with other newer department stores. At the time of its closure in 1998, the building and business was under the ownership of a third generation of the Farrell family.In 2004, JoAnn Taylor purchased the Farrell Building and renovated all three floors, including the residential apartments upstairs. Taylor opened Camas Antiques on the two lower levels, intending to make Camas a destination location for antiques collectors. Taylor sold the building in 2014, but continued to lease space for Camas Antiques.

Fallen Leaf Lake, once called Dead Lake, is a lake in Camas, Washington. Once home to Dead Lake Cemetery, its graves were moved to Camas Cemetery in 1984.This property had been owned by the local Camas paper mill for decades. Most recently, the mill was owned by the Georgia-Pacific Corporation, a subsidiary of Koch Industries, Inc. In 2011, the property surrounding Fallen Leaf Lake was purchased from Koch RP Holdings I, LLC by the City of Camas, Washington for use as a city park.

The Camas Potholes (in Camas, Washington) is a popular destination for swimmers to jump from moderately high cliffs into the waters of Lacamas Creek below. During hot summer weather, the potholes attract many visitors. The Camas Potholes can be accessed via a trail from Lacamas Park. Lacamas Park is an especially popular destination in the Camas/Washougal area. The potholes are featured by the Clark County Parks Department in their description of the park.The potholes have been mentioned in several write-ups on the internet and are a popular subject for photographers. The unusual water flow, drainage from an outlet dam of Lacamas Lake, has carved many potholes in the rock underneath Lacamas Creek. These potholes range in size from approximately 3–10 feet wide and 3–13 feet deep. Although a popular summer destination for local swimmers, there have been many injuries involving The Camas Potholes. Serious head injuries have been sustained from jumping from high points, and there have been several deaths resulting from falls and drowning.

Round Lake is a small lake in Camas, Washington, USA. The lake is connected at its north-west tip to Lacamas Lake. Lacamas Park includes access to Round Lake for fishing, picnicing, grilling, hiking, and jogging. The park includes a trail that goes entirely around Round Lake, and across the approximately 75-foot (23 m) dam that controls the level of Lacamas Lake and Round Lake. Anglers can expect to find rainbow trout, brown trout, bluegill and smallmouth bass.

Camas Cemetery is a cemetery in Camas, Washington that was first used in 1860.The Camas Catholic Cemetery, also known as Dead Lake Cemetery, was located on NE Lake road near Lacamas Lake. In 1984 the graves from there were moved to the new Camas Cemetery and a monument stands now with the names of those moved.

The Washougal River is a 33-mile (53 km) tributary of the Columbia River in the U.S. state of Washington. Its headwaters and upper 21 miles (34 km) are in Skamania County in the Gifford Pinchot National Forest, and its lower 12 miles (19 km) are in Clark County. The river, which flows through the city of Washougal and meets the Columbia at the City of Camas, is a popular stream for fishing, swimming, and boating.Explorers Meriwether Lewis and William Clark referred to the Washougal River as the "Seal River." The name Washougal comes from the Cascades Chinook placename [wasiixwal] or [wasuxal], meaning "rushing water".

Lacamas Creek is in Clark County, Washington, United States, and flows about 12.5 miles (20.1 km) from headwaters near Camp Bonneville to Lacamas Lake and Round Lake in Camas, and eventually into the Washougal River. Its name is derived from that of the native camas plant. Lacamas Creek is fed by numerous streams, but the five largest tributaries are Matney Creek, Shanghai Creek, Fifth Plain Creek, China Ditch, and Dwyer Creek.Geologists believe that the creek once flowed westward through the Burnt Bridge Creek channel. This changed when the Missoula Floods deposited an alluvial fan that diverted the flow into the Lacamas Lake trough.

Camas High School is an American public high school located in Clark County, in the city of Camas, Washington. The principal is Kelly O'Rourke.It has a grade span of 9th through 12th, and contains a total of 2,063 students as of March 2018. It is operated by the Camas School District and includes a complement of 90 classroom teachers. The Camas High School colors are red, black, and white, the mascot is a Mean Machine, and their team name is the Papermakers.

The Sandy River is a 56-mile (90 km) tributary of the Columbia River in northwestern Oregon in the United States. The Sandy joins the Columbia about 14 miles (23 km) upstream of Portland.

Lacamas Lake is a small lake in Clark County, Washington. It is a popular place to fish and water ski for locals from Vancouver, Camas and Washougal. It connects to Round Lake via a channel that runs under the SR 500 bridge on the southeast side of the lake. In the 1990s many high tech manufacturing plants and expensive housing developments began to appear in the area around the lake. The lake is very warm compared to other lakes in the area and the temperature can drop off quickly with depth. As it is now, the 60-foot-deep (18 m) lake cannot support life below about 18 ft (5.5 m) (see Dead Zone). The Georgia-Pacific Mill in Camas used to draw water from the lake to support its operations; however, Georgia-Pacific donated the two dams on Round Lake to the City of Camas in 2018.

The Port of Camas/Washougal is a port on the Columbia River serving the communities of Camas and Washougal, Washington in Clark County, Washington. The port was established in 1935 by a vote of the people in a special election and today encompasses the port, a marina, Grove Field airport and an industrial park. The port provides facilities and services for land, air, and water-borne use, and commerce to enhance employment and recreational opportunities for the communities of Camas and Washougal.
