As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 5,321 and an area of 3.6 square kilometres (1.4 sq mi).Pedrengo borders the following municipalities: Albano Sant'Alessandro, Gorle, Scanzorosciate, Seriate, Torre de' Roveri. Pedrengo is famous for the villas that have remained to this day, thanks to noble and wealthy families that in the past centuries have come to the city. This is thanks to the lush green of parks and gardens, as well as large spaces that characterized the city. These villas were the ideal place to spend the summer months and also served as country residences. These are "Villa Sottocasa", "Villa Berizzi" "Villa Frizzoni" and "Palazzo Donadoni".

Morla is a 16 km long river in province of Bergamo. Its source is located in Maresana in the municipality of Ponteranica, then Morla crosses the city of Bergamo, after Bergamo part of its waters are used in agriculture. One branch flows into the Serio near Orio al Serio.

As of 31 August 2020, it had a population of 25,200 and an area of 12.4 square kilometres (4.8 sq mi).Seriate borders the following municipalities: Albano Sant'Alessandro, Bagnatica, Bergamo, Brusaporto, Calcinate, Cavernago, Gorle, Grassobbio, Orio al Serio, Pedrengo. Seriate received the honorary title of city with a presidential decree on October 2, 1989.

Grassobbio is located in the orographical right side of Serio river and around 8.5km far from the main city of Bergamo. Grassobbio borders the following municipalities: Cavernago, Orio al Serio, Seriate, Zanica.

San Paolo d'Argon (Bergamasque: San Pól d'Àrgon) is a comune (municipality) of 5,721 inhabitants in the Province of Bergamo in the Italian region of Lombardy, located about 60 kilometres (37 mi) northeast of Milan and about 11 kilometres (7 mi) east of Bergamo. The commune is located at the beginning of the Cavallina Valley and it's crossed by two main roads: the Strada Statale 42 del Tonale e della Mendola and the Provincial Road 91 to the Lake Iseo. It is home to a large Cluniac monastery, founded in 1079. It was restored in the 16th century, as shown by the perfectly geometrical Renaissance cloisters (1500 and 1532). In the former refectory there are frescoes (1624) by Giovanni Battista Lorenzetti. The annexed church, dedicated to the Conversion of Saint Paul, was rebuilt between 1684 and 1690 on an ancient romanesque one and represents one of the most impressive examples of Baroque architecture in Bergamo. Its white façade in local marble dates back to 1690. The single wide nave's vault is completely decorated with frescoes by Giulio Quaglio (1712–13). Three little chapels open up on the two sides of the nave. Other artworks include canvasses by Giuseppe Maria Crespi, Sebastiano Ricci and Antonio Balestra. The bell tower was rebuilt in 1738 as reported on its eastern side too. Until the early 20th century, the town was known as Buzzone, while the name "San Paolo d'Argon" designed the monastic complex. From 1929 to 1948 San Paolo d'Argon was united with the neighbouring villages of Cenate Sotto and Cenate Sopra forming a single commune called Cenate d'Argon.

The airport is also officially called Il Caravaggio International Airport after the Baroque painter Michelangelo Merisi da Caravaggio, who originally hailed form the nearby town of Caravaggio.The airport is located in Orio al Serio, 3.7 km (2.3 mi) southeast of Bergamo and 45 km (28 mi) northeast of Milan. The airport is part of the airport network of the Milan metropolitan area, alongside Malpensa Airport and Linate Airport. The airport served almost 13 million passengers in 2018 and is used extensively by Ryanair.
