St. Joseph's College, Bangalore

St. Joseph's College of Commerce (SJCC) is a Bengaluru City University-affiliated college operated by the Jesuits. It is autonomous and has an independent examination and recognition system. St. It is situated in central Bangalore at Brigade Road.

The Bangalore Club, located in Bangalore, Karnataka, is the oldest club in the city. Founded in 1868, it counts among its previous members the Maharajah of Mysore and Winston Churchill. A ledger on display in the main building of the club is open to a page that has a list of "irrecoverable debts" that were written off by the club. Bangalore Hockey Stadium, also known as KSHA Hockey Stadium, is a field hockey stadium at Akkithimmanahalli, Bangalore, Karnataka, India. It is the home of the Karnataka Lions of the World Series Hockey. It has a seating capacity of 7,000 people. The stadium hosted seven home matches of Karnataka Lions in World Series Hockey. It will also host the first semi-final of World Series Hockey in 2012.

Richmond Town Methodist Church (RTMC) is the first Methodist Church to be established in Bangalore in India. The church was started in 1875 by William Taylor on Kingston Road in what is now called Richmond Town. The many Methodist churches in Bangalore all originated from the Richmond Town Methodist Church. The Sree Kanteerava Outdoor Stadium, formerly known as the Sampangi Stadium, is a multi-purpose stadium in Bengaluru, India. Then housing a cinder track, a synthetic running track was laid in the 1990s leading up to the 1997 National Games of India by SVEC Constructions Ltd for ₹220 million, and was completed by 31 May 1997.

Richmond Town, is a neighbourhood located in the central part of the city of Bangalore. Richmond Town is named after Thomas Richmond, a barrister in the British India government. "He was an Anglo-Indian philanthropist and the president of the All India Anglo-Indian Association.A part of the Bangalore Cantonment area, Richmond Town was established during British rule in 1883. During the period, the area mainly consisted of British residents, Anglo Indians, Muslim traders from Persia and Parsis. Like Kadamba Nagara, Sri Krishnaraja Wadiyar Nagara and Langford Town, this area was known for its colonial design.In recent years, the locality has seen modernization and increase in real estate demand. Important landmarks in Richmond Town include Bangalore Hockey Stadium and Johnson Market.
