Antonian College Preparatory High School is an archdiocesan Catholic co-educational high school for students grades 9 through 12. Antonian has been recognized as a National Blue Ribbon Catholic high school. It is located in Castle Hills, Texas. It is located in the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of San Antonio. It was founded by the Order of The Christian Brothers in 1964 as an all-male Catholic high school. The school has been regularly included in the Action Institute's Catholic High School Honor Roll, a list of the top fifty Catholic high schools in America.

Legacy of Educational Excellence (L.E.E.) High School, formerly Robert E. Lee High School, is a high school in San Antonio, Texas. A part of the North East Independent School District (NEISD), it serves portions of San Antonio, all of the city of City of Castle Hills, and a portion of Balcones Heights.Established in 1958, and formerly named after general Robert E. Lee, Lee is host to three magnet schools: North East School of the Arts (NESA) International School of the Americas (ISA) Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) AcademyL.E.E. has its own general population that are not in one of the 3 magnet programs.

Winston Churchill High School in San Antonio, Texas is part of the North East Independent School District. It is named after Sir Winston Churchill, former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. The school serves portions of the city of San Antonio along with the towns of Hill Country Village and Hollywood Park.Churchill first opened for classes in 1966, funded by a 1960 school district bond that also established Roosevelt High School and the Blossom Athletic Center.The school mascot is the Charger while the British Union Flag and lion are used as additional symbols. The school was referenced in the 1996 movie Lone Star. In 2017, the school was rated "Met Standard" by the Texas Education Agency, with a 3-Star Distinction for Academic Achievements in ELA/Reading, Science, and Social Studies. Churchill has been twice named a National Blue Ribbon School, in 1982-83 and again in 1999-2000. In 2012, Churchill was ranked 8th on Children at Risk's Top 10 High Schools in Greater San Antonio.

The Holocaust Memorial Museum of San Antonio, a program of the Jewish Federation of San Antonio, is located in San Antonio, Texas, and has provided educational services since 1975. In 2000 the museum opened its doors to the public.The museum's mission is to make people aware of the dangers which prejudice, hatred and violence brought about during the Holocaust. It also endeavors to remind guests that these dangers are still relevant today. The museum promotes understanding, remembrance, and education with the goal that both students and the general population stay and become aware of the lesson of these tragic events. This lesson is that humankind must strive to live together in peace and harmony. A major commitment of the Holocaust Museum San Antonio is the educational program. This program comprises a teacher program, a student program, and an academic program. The teacher program encourages and helps teachers to incorporate the topic "Holocaust" into their classes. The museum's "Curriculum Trunks Program," which is available for teachers throughout the city, gives teachers of all grades multimedia tools such as videos, posters, CDs, CD-ROMs, maps, classroom sets of books, lessons plans, and plans for student activities so that classes are as informative as possible. Teachers may also receive training on the Holocaust. Training may be related to the curriculum trunks or they may be general workshops. The Holocaust Memorial Museum of San Antonio offers several opportunities for volunteers. Volunteers may work as docents or assist in the library and administrative offices.

International Academy of Design and Technology - San Antonio was one location of the International Academy of Design and Technology. It was a for-profit college offering specialized associate degrees in various types of design.The IADT – San Antonio campus was established in 2005 and inaugurated on April 2, 2007. IADT San Antonio/Sanford-Brown College - San Antonio was put into "teach out" status in 2015. The campus no longer enrolled students and closed on January 12, 2018.
