Ossemsley is an extended hamlet in the New Forest National Park of Hampshire, England. It lies close to the village of Bashley. The nearest town is New Milton, which lies approximately 1.7 miles (2.4 km) to the south.

Wootton is a hamlet in the civil parish of New Milton in Hampshire, England. It is in the south of the New Forest.

Royal Air Force Holmsley South or more simply RAF Holmsley South is a former Royal Air Force station in Hampshire, England. The airfield is located approximately 5 miles (8.0 km) northeast of Christchurch, Dorset; about 90 miles (140 km) southwest of London Opened in 1942, it was used by both the Royal Air Force and United States Army Air Forces. During the war it was used primarily as a bomber and later as a transport airfield. After the war it was closed in late 1946. Christchurch Council from December 1946 to 1961 used the old accommodation sites including WAAF Nissen Huts as temporary accommodation for families waiting for a council house. Today the remains of the airfield are part of a Forestry Commission project near the New Forest.

Bashley is a chapelry in the New Forest (in the south west of Hampshire) England. It takes up the north of New Milton civil parish of a type having a town council, and is a semi-rural community in New Forest District, to which it contributes about a quarter of the population of the ward of the same name. Bashley begins 2 miles (3 km) inland from the Solent. Most of its modest population is in its holiday park which has a chain-based convenience shop. Bashley has two garden centres, both football and cricket clubs, a few guesthouses, two riding schools/centres, a post office/store and a petrol station. Within the forest commons across cattle grids in its former hamlet of Wootton which has a large listed building pub-restaurant, once a drovers' retreat.

Bashley Football Club is a football club based in Bashley, near New Milton, Hampshire, England. They are currently members of the Southern League Division One South and play at Bashley Road.

The Sammy Miller Motorcycle Museum is an independent museum in New Milton, Hampshire, England. It was set up in 1964, after the former championship winning observed trials rider Sammy Miller set up a parts business in New Milton. The business started after Miller put a few of his old racing motorcycles in the corner, which eventually became the catalyst of the present day museum. The museum is now held in trust, houses some 300 machines including motorcycles and 3-wheeled vehicles and is affiliated to the British Motorcycle Charitable Trust.The collection includes Vincent/H.R.D., BSA, Zundapp, Norton and Moto Guzzi motorcycles. In 2020 a two-storey 10,000 square feet (930 m2) extension was added and the Museum's collection reorganised.

East Close House in Hinton, Hampshire, near Christchurch, Dorset, is a building of historical significance and a grade II listed building on the English Heritage Register. A mansion house stood on the site by 1742, which may be that crudely illustrated on Taylor's Hampshire map of 1759. Many notable people resided here before its conversion to a hotel in the 1930s. It was announced in August 2018 that the hotel would close later in the year.

Tiptoe is a small Hamlet in the New Forest National Park in Hampshire. It lies mostly within the civil parish of Hordle and partly within the civil parish of Sway. It is 1+1⁄2 miles (2.4 km) west of the village of Sway, and about 2 miles (3.2 km) northeast of the town of New Milton.

Beckley is a hamlet in Hampshire, England. It lies in the civil parish of Bransgore. Beckley is mentioned in the Domesday Book of 1086, when it was held by "Nigel the doctor" from Earl Roger of Shrewsbury. Before 1066 it was held by Holmger. The manor was known as Bichelei in 1086, and Beckele in 1294. The name means Beocca's or Bicca's clearing, and may be related to the Domesday manor of Becton found to the east of Barton on Sea. Today Beckley is still a small settlement clustered around Beckley Farm.
