Old Woodruff High School is a historic high school building located at Woodruff, Spartanburg County, South Carolina. It was built in 1925, and is a two-story, modified "H" plan stuccoed masonry building in the Collegiate Gothic style. It consists of a three-part center section with two perpendicular wings. The building has a flat roof with parapet, Gothic arches, recessed entrances framed by pointed arches. The building housed a high school until 1953 when Woodruff High School was constructed, then used as a middle school and later an elementary school. In 1978 the City of Woodruff acquired old Woodruff High School and adapted it for use as its city hall and police headquarters.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2006.

First Presbyterian Church of Woodruff (Woodruff Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church) is a historic church at 300 W. Georgia Street in Woodruff, South Carolina.It was built in 1911 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2005.On January 4, 2010, the First Presbyterian Church of Woodruff (ARP) was purchased by Paul Kaminer for a private residence named Paul's Palace. The building was restored and renovated during a 5-year renovation project into the luxurious home of Paul and Katherine Kaminer. The home features such things as a spiral staircase to the mezzanine, a six-sided master bed chamber with 14 foot ceiling, a domed ceiling over the formal areas with pilasters in each room and rosettes for decor, and a master bath with heated floor. All rooms are themed with items gleaned from around the world in the travels of Paul Kaminer including an African-themed family room, an Icelandic-themed kitchen, Oriental-themed formal livingroom and dining room, Native American-themed parlor, Gothic-themed half bath, South American themed-master bath, calla lily-themed master bed chamber, angel-themed entry hall in the bell tower, and other themes in the 4,000 sq. ft. home. The yards are terraced with statuary scattered throughout the gardens. The fully private back yard includes a hot-tub.

Nicholls-Crook House is a historic home located near Spartanburg, Spartanburg County, South Carolina. It was built about 1800, and is a 2+1⁄2-story, three-bay, brick Georgian style dwelling. The interior features large fireplaces, an original hand-carved mantel, and a full basement, that was used as domestic slave quarters.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.

Price's Post Office or the Price House is a house built c. 1800 in Spartanburg County, South Carolina. Its name in the USGS Geographic Names Information System is Prices Post Office. It is located at the intersection of Oak View Farm Road (South Carolina State Highway 42–200), Old Switzer Road (South Carolina State Highway 42–199), and Price House Road (South Carolina State Highway 42–86). It was named to the National Register of Historic Places on October 28, 1969.

Hurricane Tavern, also known as Workman Farm, is a national historic district located near Woodruff, Spartanburg County, South Carolina. The district encompasses 30 contributing buildings, 1 contributing site, and 1 contributing structure on a rural farmstead. They include the vernacular Federal style brick farmhouse, built about 1811, with major alterations and additions about 1850 and Bungalow modifications about 1920; a frame farmhouse (c. 1885, Brockman House), a country store (c. 1924), and a collection of late-19th and early-20th century agricultural outbuildings.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2001.

Walnut Grove Plantation, the home of Charles and Mary Moore, was built in 1765 on a land grant given by King George III. The property is located in Roebuck in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Charles Moore was a school teacher and used the 3,000-acre (12 km2) plantation as a farm. The Moores had ten children, and some of their descendants still live within the area. The eldest daughter, Margaret Catharine Moore (best known as Kate Barry), served as a scout for General Daniel Morgan during the Battle of Cowpens. Kate Moore Barry is credited with planting the grove of black walnut trees.Today, the main house has been renovated and preserved. Tours are given throughout the Manor as well as the other houses, including a schoolhouse, a wheat house, and several other structures. A stain on the floor of the upstairs bedroom in the manor was for a long time believed to be the blood of a patriot named John Steadman, who was killed by Tory forces led by "Bloody" Bill Cunningham. The stain and this story were popular with tourists. As 21st-century research determined the stain was not from human blood, tour guides have been prohibited from attributing it to the Steadman murder.
