Kruckow is a municipality in the Vorpommern-Greifswald district, in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Germany. It consists of the former municipalities of Borgwall, Heydenhof, Kartlow, Kruckow, Marienfelde, Schmarsow, Tutow-Dorf and Unnode. The municipality offers some important landmarks, such as the Renaissance/baroque Schmarsow Castle, the Neo Gothic Kartlow Castle, the ruin of Osten Castle or the Peter Joseph Lenné garden in Kruckow.

Jarmen (German pronunciation: [ˈjaːɐ̯mən] ) is a town in the Vorpommern-Greifswald district, in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Germany. It is situated on the southern bank of the river Peene, 20 km south of Greifswald, in the historic region of Pomerania. Founded during the Ostsiedlung in the medieval terrae Miserez and Ploth, Jarmen remained a rural town at an important Peene crossing. Jarmen was in the Duchy of Pomerania from its foundation until the Thirty Years' War, in Swedish Pomerania until the Great Northern War, in Prussian Pomerania until World War II, in the East German state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and later Bezirk Neubrandenburg until the peaceful revolution in 1989 and in the state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern within reunited Germany since 1990. The Autobahn 20 crosses the Peene at Jarmen.

Völschow is a municipality in the Vorpommern-Greifswald district, in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Germany. It is located 42 km north of Neubrandenburg and 26 km south of Greifswald.

The Dannenfeldt Mausoleum is a historical building and tourist attraction across the road from the 15th-century late Gothic village church in Mönchow, Usedom, Germany. The small cemetery that accompanies the Mönchow church is the final resting place of the Dannenfeldt family. Carl Dannenfeldt commissioned a master mason from Swinemünde named Pistorius to build a mausoleum in the churchyard. The mausoleum, which was completed in 1891, cost the Dannenfeldts 25,000 gold Marks. The mausoleum houses three rooms with the walls made out of stucco. The outside walls are made out of red brick and the overall design is a Baroque style. There are cherubs that decorate the outside, with "Dannenfeldt" inscribed onto them. Descriptions of the mausoleum include "magnificent", "classical" and "remarkable". While elegant, the building has also been described as "pompous" and "grandiose" compared to the church and village that it was built in because of the extravagance of design and associated cost. The mausoleum is considered an attraction for those that are visiting the island of Usedom. The grounds are unrestricted but there is no public access to enter the mausoleum. Currently, the mausoleum is not funded by the Dannenfeldt family or relatives for the restoration it needs.
