South Lebanon is a census-designated place (CDP) in Linn County, Oregon, United States, comprising unincorporated land on the south side of the city of Lebanon. The population was 1,005 at the 2010 census. The population and area of the CDP decreased between 2000 and 2010 as the city limits of Lebanon expanded southward.

Waterloo is a city in Linn County, Oregon, United States. The population was 229 at the 2010 census. The city's name, a joking reference to the Battle of Waterloo, stemmed from a 19th-century court decision that settled a land dispute at Kees Mill along the South Santiam River. After the dispute ended, Kees Mill became known as Waterloo.The federal government established a post office at Waterloo on January 5, 1875. S. D. Granger was its first postmaster. The post office closed in 1974.

The Louis A. Crandall House at 959 Main St. in Lebanon, Oregon was built in about 1906. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.It is a 2+1⁄2-story house that is the "only example of high style American Foursquare architecture in Lebanon". It was designed by Albert I. Crandall. It was built by the Crandall Brothers Planing Mill, a company including brothers Louis, Albert, and Ira Crandall.

The Lebanon Southern Pacific Railroad Depot is a former railway station located in Lebanon, Oregon, Oregon, listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It was constructed in 1908 for use by the Southern Pacific Company (SP), to replace an 1880 depot that had become too small for the amount of traffic it was handling. It is a Southern Pacific standard design, a One Story Combination Depot No. 23, which was intended to serve both freight and passenger traffic. The building ceased to be used by passenger services in the mid-1950s, after which it remained in use as a base for freight operations. The depot closed in 1985 and was then vacant for several years, until the City of Lebanon purchased it from SP in 1996. It was added to the NRHP in 1997.

Graduates of the college receive the Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree. The university eventually plans to open additional colleges at the Lebanon campus.
