Alabang–Zapote Road is a four-lane national road which travels east–west through the southern limits of Metro Manila, Philippines. It runs parallel to Dr. Santos Avenue in the north and is named for the two barangays that it links: Alabang in Muntinlupa and Zapote in Las Piñas. From its eastern terminus at an interchange with South Luzon Expressway's Alabang Exit, East Service Road, Manila South Road, and Montillano Street, the road runs westwards for approximately 10.9 kilometers (6.8 mi) to the junction with Diego Cera Avenue. Since 1997, it also extends further west for several hundred meters connecting Las Piñas to its present terminus at Coastal Road (R-1) in Bacoor, Cavite.The road carries more than 70,000 vehicles per day as of 2016, and suffers from traffic jams. The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) listed Alabang–Zapote Road as a major traffic bottleneck point or choke point, and the Unified Vehicular Volume Reduction Program (UVVRP) or "number coding" scheme, is modified for the road to no longer include window hours. The entire route is designated as National Route 411 (N411) of the Philippine highway network.

On June 27, 2023, the Philippine National Police conducted a raid on a gambling complex in Las Piñas, Metro Manila, Philippines to serve warrants related to anti-human trafficking laws. The Department of Justice has alleged that the police had not coordinated with it prior to the raid.

Centro Escolar Las Piñas (CELP; formerly known as Las Piñas College), is a school located in Pilar Village, Almanza Uno, Las Piñas, Metro Manila, Philippines. The school was founded in 1973, when Dr. Faustino Legaspi Uy opened a School of Nursing under the Graduate of Nursing (GN) Program at the Las Piñas General Hospital – that eventually became Dr. Faustino L. Uy Medical Foundation – as the clinical division. Initially created to provide a nursing program, over the years the school has expanded to provide kindergarten, primary and secondary schooling, along with several bachelors programs and a masters program. It was acquired by Centro Escolar University in 2015 and now serves as a satellite campus of the university.

The Fr. Bellarmine Baltasar Gymnasium (also known as the San Beda College Alabang Gym) is a gymnasium within San Beda College Alabang in Muntinlupa, Philippines. It has a seating capacity of 1,200 for sporting events and a full house capacity of 5,560. Within the gymnasium are two full-sized basketball courts, volleyball courts and an event stage. It is also the location of the school's athletic offices. With the assumption of Dom Clement Ma. H. Roque, OSB as the eighth rector-president, the gymnasium was renovated. During the 2015–16 school year, the San Beda College Alabang Gym was officially renamed in honor of the school's fourth rector-president, Fr. Bellarmine Baltasar, OSB, who was the rector-president of the school from 1985 to 1995. The gymnasium underwent its first major renovation in 2019 under the leadership of Rev. Fr. Gerardo Ma. De Villa, OSB, in preparation for the school's hosting of the NCAA South Season 21.

San Beda College Alabang (Spanish: Colegio de San Beda de Alabang) and (Filipino: Dalubhasaang San Beda sa Alabang) is a private, Catholic basic and higher education institution run by the Benedictine monks in Cupang, Muntinlupa, Metro Manila, Philippines.

The Mary Immaculate Parish also known as the Nature Church, or Focolare Church, is a parish church located in Apollo III, Moonwalk Village, Talon V in Las Piñas, Metro Manila, Philippines. It is known for its "nature theme" representing the ideas of Fr. Pierino Rogliardi and the architectural advocacy of Francisco Mañosa. When it was built in 1986, it was only capable of accommodating 100 people. Beside the main church is the San Lorenzo de Manila Chapel, which is a smaller version of the main church, suited for more intimate church gatherings.

Robinsons Las Piñas (formerly Robinsons Place Las Piñas) is a shopping mall and mixed-use development in Las Piñas, Philippines. It is located on the north side of Alabang–Zapote Road between CAA Road and Admiral Road in Talon Tres. The mall is owned and managed by Robinsons Land Corporation, the second largest mall operator in the Philippines. The mall opened on October 25, 2014. It is the 39th mall opened by Robinsons in the Philippines and the first and only Robinsons mall in Las Piñas and the whole South Manila area.

Manresa School is a private, co-educational Roman Catholic school in Parañaque. Established in 1971, Manresa School is run by the nuns of the Congregation of the Hijas de Jesus, founded by Candida Maria de Jesus. Manresa School offers education in the Preschool (Nursery & Kindergarten), Elementary (Grades 1 to 6), Junior High (Grades 7 to 10) & Senior High (Grades 11 to 12).

Bloomfield Academy Center for Science and Technology, formerly known only as Bloomfield Academy, is a private school centered in the Philippines in Las Piñas. The school was founded in 1985 and started education services in the early 1986. The school currently has STEM curriculum introduced. The school is currently owned by Mr. and Mrs. Llarena of Dane Publishing Inc..

BF International Village is a barangay in the first district of Las Piñas, Metro Manila, Philippines. BF International Village currently has a population of 77,264 people spread over 2.17 km2 (0.84 sq mi) of land. The barangay has a total 60,000 households, 20,000 families, 50,000 registered voters and 251 precincts. The barangay is bordered by Gatchalian Village-Barangay Manuyo II to the north; San Antonio V7-Barangay Pulanglupa II to the east; Barangay San Isidro, Parañaque on the west; and J. Aguilar Ave., Barangay Pamplona III to the south.

Alabang Town Center, often abbreviated as ATC and also known colloquially as Town Center or simply Town, is a shopping lifestyle center located south of Metro Manila, located next to gated residential communities, and business developments in Barangay Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa. Opened in 1982, it is considered one of the oldest shopping malls in Metro Manila. It is owned and operated by Alabang Commercial Center Corporation (ACCC), a joint venture involving Rockwell Land and the Madrigal family. Ayala Land previously held a 50% stake in ACCC until selling it to the Madrigal family in 2025. It has a total of 48,000 m2 (520,000 sq ft) of retail space and has several high-end retail stores, including Rustan's Department Store, and high-end brands, including Marks & Spencer and The Gap. Another major tenant of the mall is the Metro Department Store and Supermarket, which opened in August 2013 and was once the location of a passport office of the Department of Foreign Affairs. Alabang Town Center caters to the retail and dining needs of citizens living in southern Metro Manila, particularly those from Las Piñas, Parañaque, and Muntinlupa, as well as those from the neighboring provinces of Cavite and Laguna.
