The Dallas Burston Polo Club is a 600 acre polo club based near the market town of Southam, Warwickshire. Opened in 1999, and merged with the Stoneleigh Park club in 2003, it was until 2012 named the RLS Polo Club. It boasts 6 polo grounds, an all-weather SuperArena as well as a 3,000 person capacity conference and events venue which opened in 2014. There are 15 paddocks and 26 stables for horses. There is also a bar and lounge named the Millstone Hare which is open Monday to Sunday and serves traditional pub styled food. In November 2015 it was announced that there would be a £122 million investment in the club over the next 12 years, adding a hotel, up to 100 holiday lodges and a re-vamped player's pavilion.In 2014 the club was used as a filming location for the E4 TV show "Made in Chelsea" when the cast go and watch a polo match together.

Kenilworth and Southam is a constituency in Warwickshire, England represented in the House of Commons of the UK Parliament since 2010 by Jeremy Wright, a Conservative who served as Culture Secretary until 24 July 2019, having previously served as Attorney General for England and Wales from 2014 to 2018.

Southam Rural District was a rural district in the county of Warwickshire, England. It was created in 1894 and consisted of 26 parishes, a further six parishes were added in 1932, when the Farnborough Rural District was disbanded. It was named after and administered from Southam. Since 1 April 1974 it has formed part of the District of Stratford-on-Avon. At the time of its dissolution it consisted of the following 32 civil parishes. Bascote locks form a flight of four locks on the Grand Union Canal, which is part of the British canal system and connects London and Birmingham. The lock flight has a staircase, and at the highest lock the remains of older narrow locks can be seen.

Southam () is a market town and civil parish in the Stratford-on-Avon district of Warwickshire, England. Southam is situated on the River Stowe, which flows from Napton-on-the-Hill and joins Warwickshire's River Itchen at Stoneythorpe, just outside the town. In the 2021 census, the population of Southam was 8,114, increased from 6,567 in 2011.

The Southam Heritage Collection contains artefacts, documents, and photographs relating to the history of the town of Southam, Warwickshire, England, including its people, and the surrounding villages.Since its inception in 2006, the Collection was managed by a team of volunteers under the name of The Friends of the Cardall Collection. Members of the Friends are interested in the history of Southam and its surrounding villages. More recently the Collection has become a Registered Charity (No 1173033) in England and Wales and is now governed by a small committee of Trustees and a larger Management Committee under the new name of the Southam Heritage Collection. The Collection is based in two of the Community Rooms located in Tithe Place, High Street, Southam. Access to the Exhibition Room is through the main entrance to Tithe Place opposite the Southam Library in the Atrium. The second Community Room is used for storage of Collection items and for project related work. Access to the Exhibition Room is viable for people with disabilities since it is located on the ground floor with no steps and wide doors. In addition to the Southam Library there is also a café open during normal daytime hours plus public toilets including one with baby changing facilities and disabled access.

Southam United Football Club is a football club based in Southam, Warwickshire. They are members of the Hellenic League Division One and play at Bobby Hancocks Park.

Southam and Long Itchington railway station was a railway station on the Weedon to Leamington Spa branch line that served the town of Southam and the village of Long Itchington in Warwickshire, England. The station was just south of Long Itchington, and about 1.5 miles (2.4 km) to the north of Southam. The brick built station was opened on 1 August 1895 along with the other stations on the Daventry to Marton Junction extension of the Daventry line. The station had two platforms, one being served by a passing loop with its main station facilities being located on the other. The last passenger train ran on 15 September 1958. However, the line continued to carry freight, mainly cement, until 1 August 1985.

Ufton is a small village and civil parish in the Stratford-on-Avon District of Warwickshire, England. The population taken from the 2011 census was 319. It is 5 miles (8 km) south east of Royal Leamington Spa and 2 miles (3 km) west of Southam on the A425 road. It sits on top of a glacial escarpment 121 metres above sea level, which was formed during the last ice age. Ufton Fields, a 77-acre (31 ha) Site of Special Scientific Interest, is to the south east of the village. The parish church, which is dedicated to St Michael, dates back at least to the start of the 13th century. The Grand Union Canal is within walking distance of the village to the north.

Long Itchington is a large village and civil parish in Warwickshire, England, which at the 2011 Census had a population of 2,013. The village is named after the River Itchen which flows to the south and west of the village. Long Itchington is around two miles north of Southam on the A423 road, just north of the Grand Union Canal. The focal point at the centre of the village is a village green with a pond. Long Itchington is mostly made up of 20th century developments, but includes several historic buildings, including a half-timbered Tudor house on the main road at which Queen Elizabeth I is said to have stayed in 1572 and 1575. The old Manor House in the square dates from the 15th century.The village church of Holy Trinity originates from the 1100s, with later additions. It is a grade II* listed building. St Wulfstan, is said to have been born in Long Itchington in around 1012. He became Bishop of Worcester in 1062. Another notable born in the village is the journalist Tom Hilditch. The village has long had an involvement in the cement industry. Just south of the village was a cement works and quarry. The cement works is now closed, but quarrying at the site still continues. Opposite the old cement works a little way from the main village is a small model village, which was originally built to house the cement workers.The village was once served by the former Weedon to Leamington Spa railway line. The village station, Southam and Long Itchington railway station was to the south of the village on the road towards Southam, and closed to passengers in 1958, although the line to the cement works continued in operation for goods trains until 1985. Part of the old railway line has been converted into a cycleway as part of the National Cycle Network. In October 2018, a war memorial was erected to commemorate the 54 men of the village who were killed in the First World War. The parish includes the hamlet of Bascote.

Southam Zoo was a small zoo located just east of Southam, Warwickshire, England. It was started as a private zoo on a farm run by Leslie Clews and his wife Pauline, with their sons, Terry and Brian. In 1964 it was featured in a short film made by British Pathé. The zoo was opened to the public in 1966, and continued to be run by the family until Leslie's death when it was sold to Raymond Graham Jones and renamed Southam Exotic Cats.The zoo was the filming location of the music video for Gary Numan's 1981 single She's Got Claws. It was closed to the public in 1985 with many of the animals re-housed at Twycross Zoo. On its site now stands a Mediterranean restaurant, a hotel and housing.

Southam Road and Harbury railway station was a railway station, located 1 mile (1.6 km) east of Harbury, and 2.5 miles (4.0 km) south-west of Southam, Warwickshire.
