Rhinegold Publishing is an independent publisher of music magazines, music yearbooks and education resources, founded in 1977. Among Rhinegold's publications are Choir & Organ and Classical Music Magazine. In September 2010, Rhinegold Education, comprising the music and drama study guides and related educational books previously owned by Rhinegold Publishing, was acquired by London-based music publisher Music Sales Ltd. The acquisition included the rights to develop, publish and sell current and future books under the ‘Rhinegold Education’ brand.

The Caravan Club was a gay and lesbian-friendly club in the basement of 81 Endell Street, London, that was the subject of a sensational court case in 1934. Following a police raid, the club's owners were accused of "exhibiting to the view of any person willing to pay for admission lewd and scandalous performances". The Caravan Club was one of a number of similar venues in London's West End in the inter-war years.

The Drinker is a statue by graffiti artist Banksy that was placed in a small square off Shaftesbury Avenue in central London in 2004. It is a subversive nod to The Thinker by Auguste Rodin.The Drinker was stolen by "art terrorist" Andy Link (also known as AK47). The 2016 documentary film The Banksy Job is about the work's theft. Three years after Link stole it, the sculpture was taken from Link's garden while he was away.

Endell Street Military Hospital was a First World War military hospital located on Endell Street in Covent Garden, central London. The hospital was substantially staffed by suffragists (women who supported the introduction of votes for women). The medical pioneers Flora Murray and Louisa Garrett Anderson recruited enough medically trained women to staff an entire hospital in France at the beginning of the war that was in operation from 1914 to 1915. Drawing experience and staff of this hospital, the Endell Street hospital was established in London as a RAMC hospital under the War department in May 1915 by Murray and Anderson. The Endell hospital had 573 beds, allowing for some 26,000 patients to be cared for during the five years it was active. The hospital closed shortly after the end of the war in December 1919. The hospital adopted the motto, "Deeds not words", which was also the motto of the WSPU. Despite scepticism by the RAMC in the women's medical staff ability to run a hospital, Endell Street received high feedback from patients, recognition in professional medical journals, and the successful treatment of a large number of soldiers during its operation.

Trash was a popular London indie and electro nightclub run by Erol Alkan. The club was held weekly on Monday night. The first night was in January 1997, while the last was 10 years later in January 2007. It first existed at the original Plastic People in Soho, then at neighbouring venue The Annexe on Dean Street, before finally finding a home at The End off New Oxford Street in the West End of London. It was influential in terms of pioneering and popularising new genres of music, such as the garage rock revival and electroclash, with early performances from bands such as the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, LCD Soundsystem, Bloc Party, and Klaxons.

The End was a nightclub in the West End of London, England. Started in December 1995 by DJs Layo Paskin and Mr C, it was also responsible for the label End Recordings. Musical genres played there included techno and house on Saturday nights, drum and bass and breakbeat on Friday night, and indie on Monday with a club called Trash. The End also hosted other nights throughout the week and weekend, including a dubstep night on Wednesdays.

James Smith & Sons is an umbrella shop in London. The premises in New Oxford Street is Grade II* listed.

Arthur Beale is a yacht-chandler that stocks a wide variety of nautical equipment and accessories. The business started as the rope-maker John Buckingham by the nearby Fleet river in the 16th century and was based in premises in Bloomsbury until 2021. In the 19th century, they became known as the exclusive suppliers of climbing rope to the Alpine Club. They still make and stock a large variety of ropes and lines and so also supply theatrical rigging and ornamental ropes for decoration and crowd control. In 2021, following the Covid-19 pandemic, they announced that they would be moving the business online but with plans for a new retail location or format such as a Christmas pop-up shop.

The Atlantis Bookshop is an esoteric bookshop in Museum Street, London. Established by Michael Houghton in 1922, it is currently owned and run by Bali Beskin and her mother Geraldine. Atlantis has long been a hub for London's occult world. Gerald Gardner attended meetings of The Order of the Hidden Masters in its basement during his formative years, and also held meetings of his own Coven there. The shop published his first book on witchcraft, the novel High Magic's Aid. Here he also met Ross Nichols, later a key figure in the Druid world, who edited Gardner's 1954 Witchcraft Today.Atlantis hosts art exhibitions and esoteric talks, workshops and book launches. For many years it ran a discussion group for pagans and magicians called "The Moot With No Name" in the nearby Devereaux Arms off Fleet Street, which then moved to Milford's pub in Milford Lane as "The Atlantis Bookshop Presents" before ceasing some years ago. It also publishes occasional volumes under its own imprint, Neptune Press, for example an illuminated edition of Aleister Crowley's The Book of the Law.The shop featured in the British 1971 film Gumshoe. In the 1980s, the Odin Brotherhood used the shop as a contact point.
