The Eel River is a 3.9-mile (6.3 km) river mostly in the village of Chiltonville in Plymouth, Massachusetts. Its headwaters are springs and small ponds above Russell Millpond. Its watershed encompasses approximately 15 square miles (39 km2). It flows along Plimoth Plantation and Plymouth Beach for about ½ mile before emptying into Plymouth Harbor between the beach and Manters Point.

Wellingsley, also known as Wellingsly, Jabez Corner, and Hobs Hole, is a neighborhood in Plymouth, Massachusetts, United States. It is notable for being the oldest separate neighborhood in the town. Wellingsley is located one mile south of Plymouth Center and north of Chiltonville. The neighborhood is interchangeably called Hobs Hole and Jabez Corner by its residents. Hobs Hole is a small brook that runs along Nook Road and empties into Plymouth Harbor. The name Hob's Hole supposedly derives from "Hobbamock's Hole", referencing a natural harbour ascribed to a famous pniese Pokanoket living with the pilgrims. Jabez Corner, at the intersection of Sandwich Street and Warren Avenue, of which Route 3A runs through, is a location containing several small stores.

The Sgt. Harlow William Family Homestead (also known as the "Harlow-Holmes House" or "Kendall-Holmes House") is a historic house at 8 Winter Street in Plymouth, Massachusetts. The oldest portion of this 1+1⁄2-story gambrel-roofed Cape house is believed to have been built by Sergeant William Harlow, before he built the nearby Old Harlow Fort House, and is believed to be one of Plymouth's oldest surviving buildings. It is unclear from the architectural evidence whether the original structure was a single cell (three bays) or full width (five bays); the asymmetry of the front facade suggests it was built in stages. The house has a large addition, which was added to the rear in the 19th century.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

Warren Cove is an exclusive oceanfront residential area Plymouth Bay in Plymouth, Massachusetts. Plymouth Beach and Rocky Point surround the southern edge of the cove. Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital- Plymouth (BID-Plymouth) is a hospital located in Plymouth, Massachusetts. Founded in 1901, it is today the largest hospital in the Southern region of the South Shore. BID-Plymouth is an acute care, 164-bed, non-profit community hospital serving 12 towns in Plymouth and Barnstable counties. It contains more than 30 departments, programs and services, including chiropractic care.The hospital gained its original name of Jordan Hospital due to a $20,000 (equivalent to $703,520 in today's dollars) donation by resident Eben Jordan. In January 2014, Jordan Hospital joined the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center family of hospitals and became Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Plymouth.

Plymouth North High School, formerly known as Plymouth-Carver Regional High School, and known informally as Plymouth North or PNHS, is a public high school located in Plymouth, Massachusetts, United States. Its students are residents of the town of Plymouth. The school is one of two high schools in Plymouth, the other being Plymouth South High School. Plymouth North is located south of Plymouth Center, and is located adjacent to the Plymouth County Courthouse, the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds, and Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital. The school colors are Blue, White & Silver and the school mascot is an Eagle. Plymouth North opened under the name Plymouth High School, but changed its name to Plymouth-Carver Regional High School when Carver joined the district in 1963. With the opening of Carver High School in 1987, it was renamed Plymouth North High School. It serves over 1300 students in grades 9-12 from the North, West, and Central neighborhoods of Plymouth. Plymouth North features a full range of academic courses as well as state-of-the-art vocational technical programs in Marketing, Allied Health, Engineering, and Facilities Management. Plymouth North High School is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges. In June 2021, Plymouth North High School was placed (along with the entire Plymouth Public Schools district) into a state program for schools or districts that disproportionately suspend nonwhite students or students with disabilities.

The Bradford–Union Street Historic District encompasses a waterfront residential area of Plymouth, Massachusetts, developed in the mid-19th for workers in local maritime and other industries. It is centered at the junction of Bradford and Union Streets, across Town Brook from downtown Plymouth. The district was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.

Pilgrim Memorial State Park comprises two monuments — Plymouth Rock and the National Monument to the Forefathers — in Plymouth, Massachusetts. Closely related to these memorials is the Myles Standish Monument State Reservation which can be seen across the Plymouth Bay in Duxbury, Massachusetts. Owned by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, these sites are managed by the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation.

Plymouth Rock is the legendary site of disembarkation of the Mayflower Pilgrims who founded Plymouth Colony in December 1620. The Pilgrims did not refer to Plymouth Rock in any of their writings; the first known written reference to the rock dates to 1715 when it was described in the town boundary records as "a great rock".The first documented claim of Plymouth Rock as the landing place of the Pilgrims was made by 94-year-old Thomas Faunce in 1741, 121 years after the Pilgrims arrived in Plymouth.In 1774, the rock broke in half during an attempt to haul it to Town Square in Plymouth. One portion remained in Town Square and was moved to Pilgrim Hall Museum in 1834. It was rejoined with the other portion of the rock, which was still at its original site on the shore of Plymouth Harbor, in 1880. The date 1620 was inscribed at that time. The rock is now ensconced beneath a granite canopy.

Massasoit is a statue by the American sculptor Cyrus Edwin Dallin in Plymouth, Massachusetts. It was completed in 1921 to mark the three hundredth anniversary of the Pilgrims' landing. The sculpture is meant to represent the Pokanoket leader Massasoit welcoming the Pilgrims on the occasion of the first Thanksgiving. Several replicas of the statue exist across the United States, including numerous small-scale souvenir reproductions.Amidst the George Floyd protests, the statue has garnered controversy for some people's interpretation of it representing colonialism.
