Seamen's Hospital

Ruttonjee Hospital is a hospital in Wan Chai on Hong Kong Island in Hong Kong. It is affiliated with the Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine, at the University of Hong Kong, and provides clinical attachment opportunities for the university's medical students.

May Wah Building (Chinese: 美華大廈), also registered as Mei Wah Building, is a composite building in Wan Chai, Hong Kong, located at the corner of Johnston Road and Wan Chai Road. Completed in 1963, the building contains 80 units.

The Old Wanchai Market Building was constructed in 1937. It is located at 264 Queen's Road East, at the Wan Chai Road crossing, opposite Stone Nullah Lane in Wan Chai, Hong Kong Island. It is a Grade III Historic Building.Its architectural style is influenced by Streamline Moderne (also known as Streamlined Moderne or Art Moderne) architecture, a popular style of building of the 1930s. It is often erroneously referred to as a Bauhaus-style building.Wan Chai Market, the wet market housed in the old market building since 1937, has moved into the new market complex on the lower levels of "The Zenith", a newly built residential development located just opposite to the market building, in September 2008. The Wan Chai Market was initially a wet place where merchants would sell their belongings. It was also used as a garage for Bullock Carts and thus was called the 'Wet Garage' (Chinese: 濕車庫). It was named in 1917.

Wood Road (Chinese: 活道) is an L-shaped road in the Wan Chai district of Hong Kong Island. It connects Wan Chai Road in the northeast, opposite to C C Wu Building and Oriental 188 Shopping Centre, and Queen's Road East in the southwest, between the Tung Wah Centenary Plaza Garden and St. Joseph's Primary School. There is a staircase at the end of Wood Road and vehicles cannot drive directly from Wood Road to Queen's Road East. Wood Road is not a main road for traffic, but as there are two primary schools, two secondary schools and the Morrison Hill campus of the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education in the area, a large number of students use the road on daily basis.

The 7 Mallory Street, formerly Comix Home Base and Green House, is a block of ten tenement houses located at 1–11, Mallory Street and 6–12 Burrows Street, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. Its former name derives from the green colour painted on the external walls of the building. It is one of the few remaining tong-lau of the balcony type in Hong Kong. Because of its historic significance, the houses are listed as Grade II historic buildings.

Sunlight Tower (formerly called MLC Tower or CEF Life Tower ) is a 40-storey skyscraper located at 248 Queen's Road East, in the Wan Chai district of Hong Kong. It stands 156 metres (512 ft) tall and has 40 floors. Designed by Andrew Lee King Fun & Associates, it was completed in 1998.The building is managed by Henderson Sunlight Asset Management, a subsidiary of Henderson Land Development Hong Kong, a company which also developed the International Finance center.The MLC in the name stands for Mutual Life & Citizens Assurance Company - an Australian life insurance company formed in 1908. The building was renamed CEF Life tower when, in 1998, six floors of the building were leased out to CEF Life (Canadian Eastern Life assurance, renamed CEF Lend Lease, now owned by Axa Hong Kong), a company partly owned by Lee Ka Shing's Cheung Kong holdings.

Stone Nullah Lane is a one-way street in Wan Chai, Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong. Named after the water channel that until 1959 ran down its middle, it stretches from Lung On Street to Queen's Road East. The street is noted for its historical landmarks, most notably the Blue House and Wan Chai Pak Tai Temple.

Blue House refers to a 4-storey balcony-type tenement block located at 72-74A Stone Nullah Lane, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. It is named after the blue colour painted on its external walls. It is one of the few remaining examples of tong lau of the balcony type in Hong Kong and is listed as Grade I historic building.
