Spanish Lake Township is a township in St. Louis County, in the U.S. state of Missouri. Its population was 35,967 as of the 2010 census.

Jamestown Mall was an enclosed shopping mall in Florissant, Missouri, a suburb of St. Louis, Missouri, United States. Opened in 1973, the mall formerly included Dillard's, JCPenney, Macy's, and Sears as its anchor stores. The mall had become increasingly vacant since the beginning of the 2000s. It closed in July 2014 and has been slated for redevelopment as an open-air center.

The district covers all or part of 11 municipalities, serving more than 11,000 students from preschool through 12th grade. FFSD operates 17 elementary schools, four middle schools (one a STEAM and Gifted Academy), three A+ and NCA-CASI-accredited high schools and an alternative school. It also offers a comprehensive early education program, the Challenger Learning Center space education facility and the Little Creek Nature Area, a 97-acre nature preserve used for experiential learning on subjects such as biology, ecology and related areas of science.

St. Louis Community College–Florissant Valley (also known as STLCC-Florissant Valley, Florissant Valley, Flo Valley) is a public community college in Ferguson, in the U.S. state of Missouri. It is one of the four schools of the St. Louis Community College System and is one of nine community colleges in Greater St. Louis. Over 7,000 students attend Florissant Valley.

St. Louis Christian College was a private Bible college in Florissant, Missouri. It was theologically and ecclesiastically associated with the Restoration Movement of Christian Churches and Churches of Christ. It was accredited by the Association for Biblical Higher Education.In August 2021, the trustees of Central Christian College of the Bible and Saint Louis Christian College approved a merger of their institutions, which was completed with the approval and assistance of The Solomon Foundation, the owner of both campuses. The Missouri Secretary of State accepted the merger agreement on December 5, 2022.

Cold Water Cemetery, originally the Patterson family burial ground, is a historic cemetery located at 15290 Old Halls Ferry Road in Old Jamestown in what was known as the Sinks, near Florissant, St. Louis County, Missouri. The cemetery is 2 acres and was historically most active between 1809 and 1929, however, it is still in use. It is owned and managed by the Missouri State Society Daughters of the American Revolution. It is thought to be the oldest Protestant cemetery still in use, west of the Mississippi River.It has been listed as one of the National Register of Historic Places since May 19, 2004.

McCluer North High School (founded 1971) is a public school in Florissant, Missouri, United States in the St. Louis metropolitan area. The McCluer North campus is centrally located in the Ferguson-Florissant School District. Located in a residential area, the campus is bounded by Waterford Drive, St. Catherine and Parker Road. Facing the site is the Florissant Civic Center and its 20-acre (8.1 ha) park-like setting. Immediately adjacent are the former District Administrative Offices that included services for students and families in the Community School Program, PROBE Gifted Program, comprehensive Early Education services and the Child Development Center, a professionally run day care center that operates in conjunction with McCluer North's Child Development classes. On the Parker Road side of the campus, McCluer North backs up to Parker Road Elementary School. McCluer North was designed to provide adaptable and flexible space for a variety of instructional activities that include large-group presentations, small-group work and independent study. The multi-level building features a Student Concourse and commons area that has a cafeteria and an outdoor plaza where staff and students can socialize. A focal point in the school is the Instructional Materials Center (IMC), which serves as a library center where students can conduct research, independent study, guided or independent reading. The Counseling Center, located in the IMC, provides a full range of services for students. During her 2008 bid for the presidency, Senator Hillary Clinton made a campaign stop at McCluer North. Bill and Chelsea Clinton also attended the campaign rally, which was held in the school's gymnasium.

Trinity Catholic High School was a private, Catholic high school in Spanish Lake Township, St. Louis County, Missouri. It was located in the Archdiocese of Saint Louis. The school closed in 2021.
