Niederstriegis is a former municipality in the district of Mittelsachsen, in Saxony, Germany. With effect from 1 January 2013, it has been incorporated into the town of Roßwein.

Döbeln Hauptbahnhof is the largest station in Döbeln in the German state of Saxony. Now an unstaffed halt, it was built as a Keilbahnhof ("wedge-shaped station"). The station is listed by the rail authorities with the abbreviation of DDE. The diesel-worked Borsdorf–Coswig and electrified Riesa–Chemnitz lines cross in Döbeln Hbf. From 1884 to 1964 Döbeln Hbf was also the terminus of the 750 mm gauge railway from Oschatz.

Noschkowitz is a hamlet which is a dependency (ortsteil) of Jahnatal (before 2023 Ostrau), a municipality of Mittelsachsen kreis in Saxony, Germany. It is in the valley of the Rittmitzer Bach (a tributary of the Jahna), 8 kilometres north of Döbeln. It is known for Schloss Noschkowitz, records of which date back to the 13th century.

Jahnatal is a municipality in the district of Mittelsachsen in Saxony in Germany. It was established on 1 January 2023 with the merger of the municipalities of Ostrau and Zschaitz-Ottewig.

Ostrau (German pronunciation: [ˈɔstʁaʊ] ) is a village and a former municipality in the district of Mittelsachsen in Saxony in Germany. On 1 January 2023, it was merged with Zschaitz-Ottewig to form the new municipality of Jahnatal.

Ziegra-Knobelsdorf is a former municipality in the district of Mittelsachsen, in Saxony, Germany. It has been dissolved with effect from 1 January 2013. The villages of Forchheim, Kleinlimmritz, Limmritz, Poschwitz, Schweta, Stockhausen, Töpeln, Wöllsdorf and Ziegra have been incorporated into Döbeln, Gebersbach, Heyda, Kaiserburg, Knobelsdorf, Meinsberg, Neuhausen and Rudelsdorf into Waldheim.
