Leudelange railway station

Leudelange (French pronunciation: [lødlɑ̃ʒ]; Luxembourgish: Leideleng; German: Leudelingen) is a commune and town in south-western Luxembourg. It is situated in the canton of Esch-sur-Alzette. As of 2007, the town of Leudelange, which lies in the centre of the commune, had a population of 2,100. Leudelange was formed on 1 July 1856, when it was detached from the commune of Reckange-sur-Mess. The law forming Leudelange was passed on the 3 March 1856.

Bertrange-Strassen railway station (Luxembourgish: Gare Bartreng-Stroossen, French: Gare de Bertrange-Strassen, German: Bahnhof Bertringen-Strassen) is a railway station in Bertrange, in south-western Luxembourg. It also serves the town of Strassen, which lies to the north. It is operated by Chemins de Fer Luxembourgeois, the state-owned railway company. The station is situated on Line 50, which connects Luxembourg City to the west of the country and the Belgian town of Arlon.

Bertrange (French pronunciation: [bɛʁtʁɑ̃ʒ]; Luxembourgish: Bartreng [ˈbɑχtʀeŋ] ; German: Bartringen [baʁtʁɪŋən]) is a commune and town in south-western Luxembourg. It is located 6.5 km west of Luxembourg City. As of 2023, the town of Bertrange, which lies in the north-east of the commune, has a population of 8,661, of which just over half are Luxembourgers. People of over 102 different nationalities live in the commune. To the north of the town of Bertrange, on the other side of the route d'Arlon, is the village of Tossenberg, next to which is Luxembourg's largest shopping centre, La Belle Etoile.

Schauwenburg Castle (Luxembourgish: Schlass Schauwebuerg; French: Château Schauenburg) in Bertrange in south-western Luxembourg has a history dating back to the Middle Ages when, according to historical references from the early 13th century, the Lords of Bertrange occupied a fortified castle. Today's building originated in the 16th century as testified by the Renaissance windows on the eastern and northern wings, the façade being completed in 1710. Around 1780, the d'Huart family who lived in the castle found the facilities too small and constructed a larger building, the Château de Colnet d'Huart, in the vicinity. Over the year, the Schauwenburg Castle has had many different owners and has been used for a variety of purposes. Since 2008, it has temporarily housed the Commune's administrative offices and served as the town hall.

Roedgen (Luxembourgish: Riedgen) is a small town in the commune of Reckange-sur-Mess, in south-western Luxembourg. As of 2005, the town has a population of 325.

Helfenterbruck is the name of a forest and upscale semi-rural neighborhood in Bertrange, Luxembourg, which in turn is a suburb of Luxembourg City, Luxembourg. The housing of the neighborhood is a mix of townhouses, small apartment towers, and large single-family houses on relatively small lots. Transportation into downtown Luxembourg takes about 15 minutes via the city bus system. The major road into and out of the neighborhood is Route de Longwy.

The Croix de Cessange (Luxembourgish: Zéissenger Kräiz, German: Zessinger Kreuz) is a motorway interchange in Luxembourg City, in southern Luxembourg. It is the junction between two of Luxembourg's six motorways: the A6, on the bypass around the southwest of Luxembourg City, and the A4, which connects the city to Esch-sur-Alzette. It lies in the Cessange quarter, in the southwest of the city, hence its name.

Stade Boy Konen is a sports venue in the Cessange quarter of Luxembourg City, in southern Luxembourg. It is located next to the Croix de Cessange, just outside the A6. Amongst other uses, it is used for rugby union, and is the home stadium of both the dominant Rugby Club Luxembourg and the Luxembourg national team. It is named after René 'Boy' Konen, the Minister for Public Works under Pierre Werner and a member of Luxembourg City's communal council.

Les Thermes is a water park in Strassen and Bertrange, just west of Luxembourg City in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Opened in February 2009, it attracted half a million visitors during its first year and has been named "Most Innovating Waterpark in Europe" by the European Waterpark Association based in Nuremberg, Germany.

Ascension is the name of two sculptures created in 1978 and 1986 by Luxembourgish sculptor Lucien Wercollier.

FC UNA Strassen is a football club, based in Strassen, Luxembourg.

Strassen (Luxembourgish: Stroossen pronounced [ˈʃtʀoːsən] ) is a commune and town in central Luxembourg. It is part of the canton of Luxembourg. In 2016, Strassen's population counted 8500 citizens. The current mayor of Strassen is Nico Pundel (CSV).
