Suitengūmae Station

Suiten-gū (水天宮), literally "Palace of the Water Deva", or "Palace of Suiten", is a Shinto shrine dedicated to four deities: Amenominakanushi Antoku Kenrenmon-in Nii No Ama"Suiten" is the Japanese name of the deity of Hindu origins Varuna, one of a series of Hindu deities whose worship entered Japan together with Buddhism.. When the Japanese Empire enforced the Shinbutsu bunri, the official separation of Shinto shrines and Buddhist temples, shrines celebrating Suiten identified their dedication to Amenominakanushi.Suitengu is located in Chūō, Tokyo. It is devoted to conception and safe childbirth. In 1818 the ninth daimyō of the Kurume Domain established the Suitengu in Edo as a branch of a shrine of the same name in Kurume, Fukuoka. It was inside the grounds of the domain's mansion in the Mita district of what is now Minato, Tokyo, and the domain opened it to the public on the fifth day of every month. In 1871, the Arima family moved from Mita to Akasaka, taking the shrine with them, and in the following year they moved the shrine to its present location, on a site that had been occupied by one of the family's mansions. Suitengūmae Station is close to this shrine and takes its name from it. There are about twenty-five other shrines of the same name in Japan.

Tokyo City Air Terminal (東京シティエアターミナル, Tōkyō shiti ea tāminaru), also known as T-CAT, is a bus terminal for Airport Transport Service, an airport bus operator, in downtown Tokyo, Japan. The terminal is located in Nihonbashi-Hakozaki-cho, Chuo-ku, beneath Hakozaki Junction, the three-way interchange for Shuto Expressway's Mukojima Route and Fukagawa Route, three blocks southeast of Suitengu shrine. T-CAT is a gateway for passengers going to and from Narita International Airport and Tokyo International Airport (Haneda). The major stockholders in T-CAT's operating company include Japan Airport Terminal Co., Ltd., Keikyu Corporation, Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd., Airport Transport Service Co., Ltd., Keisei Electric Railway Co., Ltd., and Airport Facilities Co., Ltd.

IBM Hakozaki Facility (ＩＢＭ箱崎ビル or 三井倉庫箱崎ビル) in Nihonbashi-Hakozaki-cho, Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Japan, is IBM's largest building in Japan, in terms of the number of people working there. It mainly houses IBM's marketing and market support departments, and, since October 2009, headquarters, which moved from Roppongi, Tokyo. It was built for IBM in 1989.

Ningyocho Station (人形町駅, Ningyōchō-eki) is a subway station on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line (operated by Tokyo Metro) and the Toei Asakusa Line (operated by the Tokyo Metropolitan Bureau of Transportation). It is located in the Ningyocho neighborhood of Nihonbashi, Chūō, Tokyo, Japan.

Arashio stable (荒汐部屋, Arashio-beya) is a stable of sumo wrestlers, part of the Tokitsukaze ichimon or group of stables. It was set up in June 2002 by former komusubi Ōyutaka, who branched off from Tokitsukaze stable. At the end of 2009 the stable produced its first sekitori, the Chinese born (but ethnic Mongolian) Sōkokurai who in 2013 returned to active sumo after a two-year absence when his dismissal for match-fixing was nullified by the courts. The stable is also home to the half-Japanese, half-Filipino wrestler Kōtokuzan. As of January 2022, the stable has 12 wrestlers. The stable's second sekitori, Wakatakakage, reached jūryō in May 2018, and the makuuchi division for the first time in November 2019. In the July 2021 honbasho he became the first wrestler from the stable to reach the rank of komusubi. In the January 2022 honbasho, Wakatakakage became the first wrestler from the stable to reach the rank of sekiwake. Wakatakakage won the March 2022 honbasho. Apart from its human residents, the Arashio was home to the cats Moru and Mugi, former strays which were adopted by the stable. Mugi died in 2019. In March 2020 Sōkokurai became the new Arashio-oyakata when his stablemaster reached the mandatory retirement age of 65.The stable is a popular for sumo fans to visit, as photos with the wrestlers are available, and there is a large window to view training from outside.On 31 December 2020, the Japan Sumo Association announced that one of Arashio stable's top wrestlers, maegashira Wakatakakage, had tested positive for COVID-19. Subsequent testing revealed that a total of twelve members of the stable contracted the virus, including its stablemaster, a hairdresser, jūryō wrestler Wakamotoharu and eight wrestlers from the lower divisions.

The Nature Conservation Society of Japan (公益財団法人 日本自然保護協会, Kōeki zaidan hōjin Nihon shizen hogo kyōkai) (NACS-J) is a Japanese NGO founded in 1951. It is a member organization of the International Union for Conservation of Nature, for which it acts as the Japanese coordinator. The society developed out of the Oze Marsh Conservation Union (尾瀬保存期成同盟), formed in 1949 to challenge plans to build a hydroelectric power station in the Oze marshes; two years later, after organizing a petition to combat the issue of sulfur mining at Mount Meakan in Hokkaidō, the Union reformed as the country's first nature conservation organization. More recent initiatives have included the development of a citizen-led satoyama monitoring system.

JASDAQ (ジャスダック, Jasudakku), formerly the JASDAQ Securities Exchange (ジャスダック証券取引所, Jasudakku Shōken Torihikijo) is one of the sections of the Tokyo Stock Exchange. It was formerly an independent stock exchange. JASDAQ is not related to NASDAQ in the United States, but has operated an electronic trading system similar to NASDAQ.

Komamura Corporation is a Japanese company that most notably manufactured medium- and large-format cameras. The company's first camera, the PC-101, was offered in 1948 as a police inspection camera; this was soon developed into a press camera, the Horseman 102, which was the first Horseman Professional branded camera.

Shinkawa (新川) is an area in Chūō, Tokyo located in the Kyōbashi area that was formerly Kyōbashi Ward. The current administrative names are Shinkawa 1-chome and Shinkawa 2-chome. The area is surrounded by the Sumida River, Nihonbashi River, and Kamejima River. The area was historically called Reiganjima.

Tokyo Stock Exchange Building (東京証券取引所ビル, Tōkyō Shōken Torihikijo) is an office building located in Nihonbashi, Chuo, Tokyo, Japan. It houses the headquarters of Tokyo Stock Exchange, but owned by Heiwa Real Estate.
