Kettering is a city in Montgomery County, Ohio, United States. It is an inner suburb of Dayton. As of the 2020 census, the city had a population of 57,862, making it the most populous suburb in the Dayton metropolitan area.

Town and Country Shopping Center is a shopping center located in Kettering, Ohio, United States. It opened in 1951 and features both enclosed and open-air walkways that connect a series of adjacent stores and restaurants.

Premier Health Miami Valley Hospital South is a hospital in Centerville, Ohio. It is a branch of Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio and is managed by Premier Health. Designed and constructed in 2007 as an outpatient facility with an emergency department, the facility grew faster than expected and became a full service hospital with as office building for physicians and a five-story patient wing added between 2009 and 2013. As of 2013, the hospital is a 579,000-square-foot (53,800 m2) complex on a 115-acre (47 ha) campus adjacent to Interstate 675. It has 60 beds and features a number of specialty care options including oncology, cardiology, sports medicine, and maternity care to cater to the suburban community surrounding the hospital.

The Greene Town Center (also known as The Greene) is a mixed-use development located in Beavercreek, Ohio (an eastern suburb of Dayton in Greene County). The complex is an established mixed-use, office, retail, dining and entertainment center and serves as the third major shopping mall in the Dayton region. The co-owner and developer, Steiner + Associates, is known for creating similar town centers such as the Easton Town Center in Columbus as well as other centers in the Cincinnati-Newport, Milwaukee and Kansas City regions.

Gentile Air Force Station was a USAF installation in Kettering, Ohio, named for World War II fighter ace Don Gentile and closed in 1997. Gentile AFS was the site of the Defense Electronics Supply Center (merged with the Defense Construction Supply Center in Columbus to form the Defense Supply Center, Columbus) and its Defense Automatic Addressing System Center. In 1994, Gentile AFS became a Defense Finance and Accounting Service Center facility for the Air Force. After Gentile's closure, the town of Kettering converted the base property into Kettering Business Park. The public artwork Bee Ambitious (2019) by Jes McMillan in the Haverstick neighborhood of Kettering, Ohio was inspired by the aviation heritage of this station.As of June 2020, City of Kettering is planning to create Gentile Park at the site of Gentile Air Force Station. As of fall of 2023 the development of Gentile Park has begun.

Woodbourne-Hyde Park is an unincorporated area in Washington Township in Montgomery County, Ohio, United States. A Suburb of Dayton. It was delineated as a census-designated place (CDP) at the 2000 census, at which time its population was 7,910. It was not delineated as a CDP for the 2010 census. Woodbourne-Hyde Park is located south of the city of Dayton and is a suburb of Dayton.

The Miami Valley School (MVS) is a private, independent day school for grades Pre-K through 12 located in Dayton, Ohio. The school was founded in 1964. The Miami Valley School is a non-profit organization and is accredited by the Independent Schools Association of the Central States. It is also a member of the Ohio Association of Independent Schools (OAIS) and the National Association of Independent Schools. The school serves approximately 480 students across all grades.The school consists of four divisions. The Early Childhood School includes two preschool grades, called EC1 and EC2. The kindergarten through 5th grade unit is called the Lower School, instead of the more common elementary school. The 6th through 8th-grade academic unit has the traditional Middle School title. The 9th through 12th grade unit is called the Upper School, instead of the more common high school.
