Le Port-Royal (also known as Port-Royal Apartments) is an apartment building on Sherbrooke Street in the Golden Square Mile district of Montreal, Quebec, Canada. It is 33 stories, and 122 metres (400 ft) tall. Completed in 1964, it used to be the highest residential building in Canada east of Toronto until the completion of Altitude Montreal in 2013. It was built in the modernist style, with a concrete and glass facade. Le Port-Royal is located at 1455 Sherbrooke Street West opposite Mackay Street, and next to the Church of St. Andrew and St. Paul. The building consists of luxury apartments.

The Tour des Canadiens is a condominium skyscraper complex in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. It is situated next to the Bell Centre in downtown Montreal, at Avenue des Canadiens-de-Montréal and Rue de la Montagne, and is named for the Montreal Canadiens hockey team, which is a part-owner of the project. The tower consists of 552 condos, with thirteen floors of parking and a large sports bar on the ground floor. As of February 2013, the project has been approved by the city and is 100% sold. Construction began in July 2013, and was completed in 2016. At 50 floors and an estimated 167 metres (548 ft), it is the seventh tallest building in the city, and the second tallest residential tower.

The Terminal Tower (also known as Le 800 René Lévesque) is a skyscraper in downtown Montreal, Quebec, Canada. It is 30 storeys, and 125 metres (410 ft) tall. Completed in 1966, it was the last phase of CN's developments in the area, along with the Queen Elizabeth Hotel, Central Station and the CN Building. It was built in the international-style architecture, with a concrete and glass facade. The Terminal Tower is located at 800 René Lévesque Boulevard West opposite Place Ville-Marie, and next to the Queen Elizabeth Hotel.

Altitude Montreal is a 33-storey, 124 m (407 ft) skyscraper in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. It is located at 1225 Robert-Bourassa Boulevard at the corner of Cathcart Street in Downtown Montreal, opposite Place Ville-Marie. This modern skyscraper was designed by some of the same architects who were behind the Louvre Pyramid. [1] Altitude Montreal consists of luxury condominiums and offers hotel-style services to residents such as a pool, spa, fitness centre, lounge, restaurant, business centre, conference room, security, concierge service and a valet. This location also offers famed restaurants like Zibo and Moretti at its street level. As of 2021, it is the city's second tallest residential tower, as it was surpassed by L'Avenue upon its completion. Construction on the tower began on May 3, 2016 on what was previously a parking lot, and was topped out with the addition of the architectural tip in November.Altitude Montreal was designed by architecture firm Jean-Pierre Lagacé Architects, Nicolet Chartrand Knoll are the structural engineers, Bouthillette Parizeau are the mechanical engineers, and interior design by Nicole Vekemans. The developer is Daca Group.

Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth (French: Fairmont Le Reine Élizabeth) is a historic grand hotel in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. With 950 rooms and 21 floors it is the largest hotel in the province of Quebec, and the second largest Fairmont hotel in Canada after the Fairmont Royal York in Toronto, which has 1365 rooms. Located at 900 René Lévesque Boulevard West, in the heart of Downtown Montreal, it is connected to Central Station and to the underground city. The hotel is well known for being the location for John Lennon and Yoko Ono recording "Give Peace a Chance" in Room 1742 during their 1969 anti-war Bed-In.

The Telus Tower is an office building at 630 René Lévesque Boulevard West in Montreal. It was built for Canadian Industries Limited from 1960 to 1962, given the name CIL House. Designed by architect Gordon Bunshaft from the architectural firm Skidmore, Owings and Merrill with local architects Greenspoon, Freedlander and Dunne, it stands 135.6 m (445 ft) and 34 storeys tall. In 1960, Bunshaft had recently completed his seminal work, Lever House in New York City. During the 1960s when Montreal's financial district shifted from its St. James Street center to midtown, The CIL House also became the annex headquarters of the Bank of Montreal when it added a main banking branch there. Then-named Dorchester Boulevard West became the financial center of Montreal and Canada with the largest Canadian banks and insurance companies having a presence. In later years, CIL moved its head office operations to Ontario. The Royal Trust later received naming rights to the building when it located its head office there until the merger with the Royal Bank of Canada. The name Royal Trust Tower now refers to another building in Toronto. Today, it is home to the Montreal operations of Telus, the head office of Telus Health Solutions, but also houses the local offices of NEUF architect(e)s, Accenture, Roche, Canada Life, Clyde & Co, Fairstone Financial, Inc., as well as a Bank of Montreal , branch.

Tom Condos is a skyscraper in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The tower is located on Union Avenue between René-Lévesque Boulevard and Cathcart Street, near the Altitude Montreal tower and the Place Ville Marie. Part of the building occupies the site of 1972's Blue Bird Café fire. The tower has 40 floors and 122 m (400 ft) tall, and consists of 322 condos. The architect is Karl Fischer. The project's promoter is Daniel Revah.Construction started in June 2014, with a completion date sometime in 2018.

The Ring (French: L’Anneau) is a sculpture located at the Place Ville Marie in Montréal, Canada, designed by Claude Cormier + associes and erected in June 2022. The sculpture weighs around 23,000 kilograms (51,000 lb), spans 30 metres (98 ft) and cost over CA$5,000,000 of taxpayer and private money. The sculpture is heated to prevent snow buildup, and has vibration dampers to prevent damage during high winds and earthquakes.

The Crystal Palace was an exhibition hall built for the Montreal Industrial Exhibition of 1860, originally located at the foot of Victoria Street (one block west of University) between Sainte-Catherine and Cathcart Streets, then relocated to Fletcher's Field. It was used for temporary exhibitions, and in winter, housed an ice skating rink.

1253 McGill College Avenue (French: 1253 avenue McGill College) is an office building in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. It is located on the corner of McGill College Avenue and Saint Catherine Street West in Downtown Montreal. It was formerly known as the Confederation Building. It is currently owned by Polaris Realty. It is 11 stories tall, the first two floors are retail space while the top nine floors are offices. 1253 McGill College Avenue was designed in 1923 by Montreal architecture firm Ross and Macdonald and was completed in 1927. The first three stories of the exterior of the building along Saint Catherine and McGill College (from ground level to the second stringcourse), apart from its two corner entrances, retain their original limestone cladding, as does the entire elevation along Cathcart Street. The cladding above the second stringcourse along the building's north and west elevations (Saint Catherine and McGill College, respectively) were completely replaced by prefabricated concrete panels emulating the original units between 2012 and 2014. The building's architecture is considered to be Neoclassical.
