Tokyo Metropolitan Komae High School (東京都立狛江高等学校, Tokyo-toritsu Komae Kōtō-gakkō) is a public high school located in Komae, Tokyo, Japan. There are over 2000 male and female students at Komae from grades 10 to 12. The school was established on April 1, 1972. Komae High is a sister school of Kirrawee High School, located in Sydney, Australia. It is overseen by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Board of Education.

Noborito Station (登戸駅, Noborito-eki) is an interchange passenger railway station in the Noborito neighborhood of Tama-ku, Kawasaki, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan, operated by East Japan Railway Company (JR East) and the private railway company Odakyu Electric Railway.

Noborito (登戸) is a neighborhood in Tama-ku, Kawasaki, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan just across the southwestern border of Tokyo on the Tama River and about 18 minutes south of Shinjuku on the Odakyu Odawara Line Express. In 1927, Odakyu Line and Nanbu Line were constructed. Noborito Station became the interchange station. During World War II, the Imperial Japanese Army established its secret institute, the Number Nine Research Laboratory, for researching special weapons, such as the Fu-Go balloon bomb, counterfeit bills, and other chemical and biological weapons. It is called the "Noborito Institute" now, and several houses are used by Meiji University.For many years after 1945, Noborito was thought of as a rather sleepy suburb and company dormitory for workers to commute to more urban destinations such as Kawasaki, Tachikawa, and Shinjuku. Noborito has the Okamoto Taro Art Museum and Minka-en folk village, both nearer Mukōgaoka-Yūen Station than Noborito Station.

Komae (狛江市, Komae-shi) is a city located in the western portion of Tokyo Metropolis, Japan. It is one of 30 municipalities in the western portion of Tokyo known as the Tama Area. As of 1 April 2021, the city had an estimated population of 83,218, and a population density of 13,000 persons per km2. Based on the 2015 Kanto Ranking, Musashino was the fifth most desirable place to live in Central Japan. The total area of the city is 6.39 square kilometres (2.47 sq mi). It is the smallest administrative city in Tokyo Metropolis both in area and population, and the second smallest in terms of area in the nation.

Kitami Station (喜多見駅; Kitami-eki) is a minor stop on the Odakyu Electric Railway Odawara Line straddling the border between Setagaya Ward and Komae City in Tokyo, Japan. It is the 14th station, about 12.7 km (7.9 mi), from Shinjuku Station. It was used by an average of about 32,000 passengers daily in 2005. It is serviced by local service and section semi-express trains; all other trains bypass the station.

The Fujiko F. Fujio Museum (藤子・F・不二雄ミュージアム), informally known as the Doraemon Museum, is a children's art museum in the suburbs of Kawasaki, Kanagawa, Japan. Fujiko F. Fujio is the pen name of the author, illustrator and creator of Doraemon.

Nihon Minka-en (日本民家園) is a park in the Ikuta Ryokuchi Park (生田緑地) of Tama-ku, Kawasaki, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. On display in the park is a collection of 20 traditional minka (民家) (farm houses) from various parts of Japan, especially thatched-roofed houses from eastern Japan. Of these, nine have received the designation of Important Cultural Assets from the national government. The houses are varied, and include examples from regions of heavy snow, lodgings for travellers, and a theatrical stage. Visitors can see regional variety and differences in construction. The park is operated by the city of Kawasaki. Admission is free to visitors who are not older than junior-high-school age. The entrance is a fifteen-minute walk from Mukogaoka-Yuen Station on the Odakyu Odawara Line.
