First Parish of Sudbury refers to both an historic meetinghouse and a Unitarian Universalist congregation in Sudbury, Massachusetts, United States. The meetinghouse was built in 1797 on the site of the first meetinghouse built on the west side on the Sudbury River. The meetinghouse was designed by Captain Thomson and built at a cost of $6,025.93. It was paid for by the Town of Sudbury to be the meetinghouse for both Town Meetings and parish worship. The original meetinghouse on the site, built in 1723, was the first building in the Sudbury Center Historic District. The current meetinghouse is prominent at the center of the district. On April 19, 1775, the town's Minutemen mustered at First Parish, known at the time as the West Side meetinghouse. The company, led by Captain John Nixon, fought at the Battles of Lexington and Concord.The meetinghouse continued to be used for both Town meetings and worship until the Town built it Town House in 1846, 10 years after the separation of Church and State in Sudbury.

The Sudbury Center Historic District is a historic district on Concord and Old Sudbury Roads in Sudbury, Massachusetts. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976. In 1976, it included 80 buildings over 193.6 acres (0.783 km2).The Town of Sudbury lists among historically significant buildings in the area the Loring Parsonage (c. 1730) and the First Parish Meetinghouse (1797), as well as several 19th century buildings and the Revolutionary Cemetery. The Hosmer House (1793), standing at the corner of Concord and Old Sudbury Roads is a typical residence of the early 19th century. WYAJ (97.7 FM, "Over the Edge Radio") was a radio station licensed to serve Sudbury, Massachusetts. The station was last owned by Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School and licensed to the Sudbury Valley Broadcasting Foundation. It aired a high school radio format.Greg Hill, host of the Hill-man Morning Show on WAAF in Boston, got his start in radio on WYAJ when he was hired by student station manager Richard Lyons (host of the Megarock Show and one of the first on-air personalities in 1980). [1] Geoff Scott, former WBZ-FM traffic reporter in Boston and 20-year Northwest radio icon (Afternoons, Rock 94.5 KHTQ & Evenings, Rock106 KEZE Spokane, Washington) also got his start in broadcasting on WYAJ as host of "The Brainmelter Show" (1982-1988).Other 1980s alumni of WYAJ include American music industry executive Gerard Cosloy; future Hüsker Dü manager David Savoy; Vermont Public Radio reporter Amy Kolb Noyes; WENY-TV sportscaster and Emmy award-winning Fox Sports producer Mike Isenberg. Alumni from the 1990s include John Cavooto, well-known comic book writer; Jennifer Schandlemyer, fitness model; and Rob Marco local Boston comic and Internet personality. The station was assigned the WYAJ call letters by the Federal Communications Commission.The station had a very small reach due to WZRM, a much stronger signal from Brockton, Massachusetts, interfering with WYAJ even in some parts of Sudbury. WYAJ is no longer on the air as its license was cancelled on April 4, 2022, due to failing to file a renewal application.

The Moses Brewer House (also known as the Goulding House) is a historic late First Period house located in Sudbury, Massachusetts.

The Goodnow Library is an historic public library building located at 21 Concord Road in Sudbury, Massachusetts. It is named for Sudbury-native John Goodnow II, who died in 1851 and left to the town of Sudbury a 3-acre (1.2 ha) site for a library, $2,500 to build it, and $20,000 to buy books and to maintain it. Construction of the two-story octagon-shaped building began in 1862 and was finished in 1863. In the 1990s, the library was expanded to its present size, but the original octagon survives as a reading room.On May 22, 2002, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places.

South Sudbury was a commuter rail station in Sudbury, Massachusetts. It was located at the junction of the Central Massachusetts Railroad and the Framingham and Lowell Railroad slightly north of Boston Post Road (U.S. Route 20) in South Sudbury. The Boston and Maine Railroad station was incorporated into the MBTA Commuter Rail through subsidies in 1965. The station was closed in November 1971 when the branch's last remaining round trip was discontinued. The 1952-built station building was a private business until its closure in 2019, and the building is now abandoned. In August 2023 the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation offered the building to the Town of Sudbury at no cost.

Advocates for Informed Choice, dba interACT or interACT Advocates for Intersex Youth, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization using innovative strategies to advocate for the legal and human rights of children with intersex traits. The organization was founded in 2006 and formally incorporated on April 12, 2010.

Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School (LSRHS or L-S) is a public regional high school in Sudbury, Massachusetts, with a 99% graduation-rate. The school was founded in 1954, and the building was replaced prior to the 2004–2005 academic year, with additional facilities added in subsequent years.

The Bogle-Walker House was a historic house in Sudbury, Massachusetts. The house, built c. 1806, was the centerpiece of a farm that remained in the same family's hands until the 1980s. It was stylistically a Georgian house, showing how 18th century styles persisted into the early 19th century in rural areas. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992.The farmland on which the house sat has since been subdivided into house lots and the house itself was dismantled.

Home Plate Farm was located on 558 Dutton Road in Sudbury, Massachusetts. It was owned by baseball legend Babe Ruth from 1922 to 1926. Ruth had previously rented a modest cottage on Willis Pond while still with the Red Sox. That is where a supposed piano sinking took place. A few versions have Ruth tossing the piano into the pond, but more likely that he and friends pushed it out onto the ice for a daytime party, and then left it there rather than try to push it pack up the hill to the cabin. In the fall of 1922 the Ruths' marriage was faltering. An urban legend concerning the site revolves around a teenaged boy, Lee Gavin, who was struck by a batted ball during an August 31, 2004 baseball game at Fenway Park between the Boston Red Sox and the Los Angeles Angels. Gavin lived at the Home Plate Farm site, and this incident is supposed to have presaged the Red Sox winning the World Series later in 2004, thus ending the Curse of the Bambino. The Red Sox won the game 10-7 while the New York Yankees lost 22–0 to the Cleveland Indians on the same night.

The Old Town Bridge is a historic stone arch bridge in Wayland, Massachusetts. It is located just north of Old Sudbury Road, and is sited across what was formerly a channel of the Sudbury River, which now flows just west and north of the bridge. The four-arch bridge was built in 1848 by Josiah Russell on a site where it is supposed that the first bridge in Middlesex County was built in the 1640s. It was for many years on the major east–west route connecting Boston to points west and south. Originally built of dry-laid stone, the bridge was rebuilt with mortar after being damaged by flooding in 1900. It is 60 feet (18 m) long and has a roadbed 20 feet (6.1 m) wide, with each arch spanning about 10 feet (3.0 m). The bridge was open to vehicular traffic until 1955.The bridge was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1975.
