Advocates for Informed Choice, dba interACT or interACT Advocates for Intersex Youth, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization using innovative strategies to advocate for the legal and human rights of children with intersex traits. The organization was founded in 2006 and formally incorporated on April 12, 2010.

South Sudbury was a commuter rail station in Sudbury, Massachusetts. It was located at the junction of the Central Massachusetts Railroad and the Framingham and Lowell Railroad slightly north of Boston Post Road (U.S. Route 20) in South Sudbury. The Boston and Maine Railroad station was incorporated into the MBTA Commuter Rail through subsidies in 1965. The station was closed in November 1971 when the branch's last remaining round trip was discontinued. The 1952-built station building was a private business until its closure in 2019, and the building is now abandoned. In August 2023 the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation offered the building to the Town of Sudbury at no cost.

The Moses Brewer House (also known as the Goulding House) is a historic late First Period house located in Sudbury, Massachusetts.

WYAJ (97.7 FM, "Over the Edge Radio") was a radio station licensed to serve Sudbury, Massachusetts. The station was last owned by Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School and licensed to the Sudbury Valley Broadcasting Foundation. It aired a high school radio format.Greg Hill, host of the Hill-man Morning Show on WAAF in Boston, got his start in radio on WYAJ when he was hired by student station manager Richard Lyons (host of the Megarock Show and one of the first on-air personalities in 1980). [1] Geoff Scott, former WBZ-FM traffic reporter in Boston and 20-year Northwest radio icon (Afternoons, Rock 94.5 KHTQ & Evenings, Rock106 KEZE Spokane, Washington) also got his start in broadcasting on WYAJ as host of "The Brainmelter Show" (1982-1988).Other 1980s alumni of WYAJ include American music industry executive Gerard Cosloy; future Hüsker Dü manager David Savoy; Vermont Public Radio reporter Amy Kolb Noyes; WENY-TV sportscaster and Emmy award-winning Fox Sports producer Mike Isenberg. Alumni from the 1990s include John Cavooto, well-known comic book writer; Jennifer Schandlemyer, fitness model; and Rob Marco local Boston comic and Internet personality. The station was assigned the WYAJ call letters by the Federal Communications Commission.The station had a very small reach due to WZRM, a much stronger signal from Brockton, Massachusetts, interfering with WYAJ even in some parts of Sudbury. WYAJ is no longer on the air as its license was cancelled on April 4, 2022, due to failing to file a renewal application.

The Bogle-Walker House was a historic house in Sudbury, Massachusetts. The house, built c. 1806, was the centerpiece of a farm that remained in the same family's hands until the 1980s. It was stylistically a Georgian house, showing how 18th century styles persisted into the early 19th century in rural areas. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992.The farmland on which the house sat has since been subdivided into house lots and the house itself was dismantled.

First Parish of Sudbury refers to both an historic meetinghouse and a Unitarian Universalist congregation in Sudbury, Massachusetts, United States. The meetinghouse was built in 1797 on the site of the first meetinghouse built on the west side on the Sudbury River. The meetinghouse was designed by Captain Thomson and built at a cost of $6,025.93. It was paid for by the Town of Sudbury to be the meetinghouse for both Town Meetings and parish worship. The original meetinghouse on the site, built in 1723, was the first building in the Sudbury Center Historic District. The current meetinghouse is prominent at the center of the district. On April 19, 1775, the town's Minutemen mustered at First Parish, known at the time as the West Side meetinghouse. The company, led by Captain John Nixon, fought at the Battles of Lexington and Concord.The meetinghouse continued to be used for both Town meetings and worship until the Town built it Town House in 1846, 10 years after the separation of Church and State in Sudbury.

The Sudbury Center Historic District is a historic district on Concord and Old Sudbury Roads in Sudbury, Massachusetts. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976. In 1976, it included 80 buildings over 193.6 acres (0.783 km2).The Town of Sudbury lists among historically significant buildings in the area the Loring Parsonage (c. 1730) and the First Parish Meetinghouse (1797), as well as several 19th century buildings and the Revolutionary Cemetery. The Hosmer House (1793), standing at the corner of Concord and Old Sudbury Roads is a typical residence of the early 19th century. The Native Plant Trust, founded in 1900 as the Society for the Protection of Native Plants, and long known as the New England Wild Flower Society, is the nation's first plant conservation organization. The society is dedicated to the preservation of native plants and operates Garden in the Woods (a native plant botanical garden) at its headquarters in Framingham, Massachusetts. It also offers courses on topics of conservation and horticulture of native plants, manages a "conservation corps" of volunteers throughout New England, operates several native plant sanctuaries, and offers nursery-propagated native plants for sale at its two nurseries.

Garden in the Woods is a 45 acres (180,000 m2) woodland botanical garden located at 180 Hemenway Road, in Framingham, Massachusetts, United States. It is the headquarters of Native Plant Trust, and open to visitors between mid-April and mid-October. Specific dates and hours of operation are listed at NativePlantTrust.org. Garden in the Woods was founded in 1931, when Will C. Curtis purchased 30 acres (121,000 m2) in North Framingham, and began to create a botanical garden on the site. When Curtis died in 1965, the land and gardens were deeded to the New England Wild Flower Society.The Garden is the largest landscaped collection of wildflowers in New England, containing more than 1700 kinds of plants representing about 1000 species, including more than 200 rare and endangered native species, all within a mature oak forest on glacial terrain of rolling hills, ponds, and streams that provide a variety of microhabitats. Garden in the Woods also contains the largest retail native plant nursery in New England.

Stone's Bridge is a historic stone arch bridge in Framingham and Wayland, Massachusetts. It is located just north of Stonebridge Road, and partially crosses the Sudbury River. Built in 1858, it is a well-preserved example of mid-19th century stone bridge construction, despite its truncation in 1955 due to a shift in the river channel. The bridge was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1975. It is closed to all access.

Nobscot Hill is a USGS name for a high point in Middlesex County, Massachusetts with many public hiking trails, and the hill is located in Framingham and Sudbury. At the summit are various radio towers and a fire tower. Below the summit of Nobscot Hill is the Nobscot Scout Reservation (452 acres) which includes Tippling Rock, a popular viewing location. Surrounding the hill are other large parks and parcels of conservation land, including the Nobscot Conservation Land (118 acres), Callahan State Park (958 acres), the Sudbury Weisblatt Conservation Land, and Wittenborg Woods (83 acres), which are connected by various hiking trails, including the Bay Circuit Trail.
