The Francis Wyman House is a historic house at 56 Francis Wyman Road in Burlington, Massachusetts. Built ca. 1730, the Wyman House was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1975.On November 26, 1996, a fire severely burned the inside of the house. During the summer of 2012 the house was open to the public for the first time ever.The house was named as one of the 1,000 places to visit in Massachusetts by the Great Places in Massachusetts Commission.

The West School is a historic school building at 106 Bedford Street in Burlington, Massachusetts. The one-room schoolhouse was built in 1794–5, when the area was still part of Woburn. The building was originally located in what is now Simonds Park in the center of Burlington, but was moved to its present location in 1839 to serve as the school for the western part of town. It served as a public school at 1897. After serving for a time as a garage, the building was rehabilitated by the local historical society in 1964. Of four Woburn-built 18th century school buildings in Burlington, this is the only one to survive. The building is a well-preserved example of Federal and Greek Revival styling.The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2006.

Vine Brook is a brook in Middlesex County, Massachusetts. According to the History of Bedford, Vine Brook is "an important tributary of Shawsheen River." The book also states it as an excellent source of water-power in the 17th to 19th Centuries. Vine Brook flows from the "Old Reservoir," at a public park off Marrett Road in Lexington, then meets Upper Vine Brook (one of its tributaries), then continues northward through Lexington Centre, through Butterfield's Pond on the Lexington-Burlington border, underneath the Middlesex Mall and Burlington Mall (in a culvert), remaining northward and parallel to the Middlesex Turnpike for a ways, then meets Long Meadow Brook (one of its tributaries), then part of it branches off to form Sandy Brook, then continues to flow northwesterly over the Burlington-Bedford border, to Route 3 at Burlington Road, then crosses over Rte. 3 to an old millpond, and empties into the Shawsheen River. (The Shawsheen, in turn, empties into the Merrimack River, which then empties into the Atlantic Ocean.) Vine Brook is one of the best-known water features in Lexington, and is closely identified with the histories of Lexington and Burlington, due to the several mills which once operated on its banks. The brook lends its name to many local streets and developments. Several segments of the brook, in all three towns it passes through, are parts of town-owned conservation land parks.

The Old Billerica Road Historic District encompasses a rural residential stretch of Old Billerica Road in Bedford, Massachusetts. It is bounded on the north by Eli-Wil Farm Road, and on the south by Mitchell Grant Lane, and includes houses numbered 229-301 Old Billerica Road. The area represents a cross-section of residential housing in Bedford, encompassing its agrarian origins and its development through the 19th century to a suburban community in the 20th. The district also has a well-preserved series of fieldstone walls, lining both the roads and some of the property boundaries.The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2007.

The Bacon-Gleason-Blodgett Homestead is a historic house at 118 Wilson Road in Bedford, Massachusetts. Built about 1740, it is the town's only surviving example of a brick-end colonial-period house, with long association to a nearby gristmill. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on April 14, 1977, and included in the Wilson Mill-Old Burlington Road District on August 18, 2003.

The Shops at Billerica (formerly known as Billerica Mall) is a strip mall and former enclosed shopping mall located in Billerica, Massachusetts. It was built as part of a series of malls including the Woburn Mall, and the Mystic Mall. Anchor stores include Burlington and Big Lots. The property is currently going under a massive redevelopment, although the timeline for completion is unknown. The United Church of Christ, Congregational is a historic Congregational church in Burlington, Massachusetts. Built in 1732, it is one of the oldest religious structures in Massachusetts, and one of a small number of pre-19th century church buildings. It was redesigned in 1846 to bring it into the then-popular Greek Revival style, extending it in length and adding a somewhat Gothic-looking steeple. In 1888, when the Colonial Revival was becoming popular, a number of these changes were in effect reversed, restoring a more Colonial-style steeple.When built, the area that is now Burlington was still part of Woburn, and this church was the second, built to serve what is now Burlington. It was the site in 1775 of some critical meetings, both military and political, of Patriots in the American Revolutionary War. The church served as a parish of Massachusetts' state funded church until the churches were disaffiliated from the state government in the early nineteenth century. In 1909, Martha E. Sewall Curtis published, Ye olde meeting house : addresses and verses relating to the meeting house, Burlington, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, built 1732, and other historical addresses. The meeting house was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1990. The congregation is currently affiliated with the United Church of Christ.

The Center School is a historic school building at 13 Bedford Street in Burlington, Massachusetts. The one-room wood-frame schoolhouse was built in 1855, and occupies a prominent place in the center of Burlington. The building is basically Greek Revival in style, with some Italianate features. It modified in 1898 when it was adapted for use as a library. At that time, the typical paired entrances were replaced by a single entrance with a Colonial Revival treatment. The building served as a library until 1968, and was pressed into service in 1970 to temporarily house the police department. Its tenancy was short-lived, with the premises abandoned after the building was damaged by a Molotov cocktail. The building has since then served as the town's history museum.The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2006.

The Wilson Mill—Old Burlington Road District encompasses a historic mill site and several adjacent historic houses in Bedford, Massachusetts. It is located southwest of the junction of Massachusetts Route 62 and United States Route 3, and includes a mill pond and dam, a stone-lined stream channel, foundations of a 17th-century gristmill, two bridges (one, the Route 62 bridge, is non-contributing), and three houses. The mill site is located just off Old Burlington Road, west of its crossing of Vine Brook. Just south of Old Burlington Road lies the mill pond and dam. The oldest of the three houses in the district is the Bacon-Gleason-Blodgett Homestead, built c. 1740 and home to several of the mill's owners. The other two houses, at 130 and 138 Old Burlington Road, were built around the turn of the 20th century, and are associated with the Hunt family, longtime landowners in the area.The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2003.

The West Schoolhouse is a historic school building in Wilmington, Massachusetts. It is the best-preserved of Wilmington's remaining one-room schoolhouses. This single-story wood-frame building was probably (based on stylistic analysis) built in the 1860s or 1870s, although its resemblance in form to the c. 1840s Old Centre Schoolhouse suggests a possible earlier construction date and subsequent remodeling. It has simple Greek Revival styling with rope molding on the corner boards, and transom windows over the pair of entry doors.The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.
