Cumbala Hill (also spelled Cumballa) is a hill and upmarket neighbourhood in South Mumbai flanked by the sea on the West, Altamount Road on the East, Malabar Hill on the South and Mahalaxmi on the North. The hill is at an elevation of 56 metres (184 ft). Along with nearby Malabar Hill, Cumbala Hill is home to the most number of billionaires in Mumbai as well hosts residences of prominent ministers. Billionaire Mukesh Ambani's $1.5 billion home Antilia is located here as well as numerous bungalows dating back to the British Raj. It is also called Diplomat's Hill or Ambassador's Row by residents as many consulates and high commissions are located in the area. There are two British-era milestones that were once used to guide horse carriages are present in the locality. Cumballa Hill Hospital was reopened in 2019 after closing down in 2017.

Bhulabhai Desai Road, also well known by the old name Warden Road (and the part at and near the swimming pool as Breach Candy), is a niche up-market residential and semi-commercial locality of South Mumbai. The area has many famous landmarks beside its long and winding stretch, from the Breach Candy Hospital to the Amarsons and Tata gardens and Lincoln House, former location of the Consulate General of the United States, Mumbai. The 18th century Mahalaxmi Temple, which honors the Hindu goddess of wealth and wisdom, is situated nearby on the edge of sea. It is one of the most famous temples of Mumbai and attracts millions of devotees and tourists each year.The area falls under the 'D-Ward' of the BMC and shares the postal code 400 026 under the Cumballa Hill post office. It lies 21 kilometers south of Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport and just 2 kilometers from the Mumbai Central station. It is well connected by local buses run by BEST. Geographically, this road curls around the Arabian Sea. Because of its picturesque location, real estate prices here are among the most expensive in the country.

Gowalia Tank Maidan (officially renamed August Kranti Maidan) is a park in Tardeo, central Mumbai where Mahatma Gandhi issued the Quit India speech on 8 August 1942 decreeing that the British must leave India immediately or else mass agitations would take place.

Babulnath Mandir is an ancient Shiva mandir in Mumbai, India. Situated on a small hillock near Girgaum Chowpatty, it is one of oldest mandirs in the city, Shiva in the form of the Lord of the Babul tree is the main deity in this temple. The faithful climb up to the mandir and obtain Darshan of the shivling and obtain blessings of the Lord. It is also possible to take an elevator up to the temple. The temples is visited by lakhs of devotees on annual Mahashivratri festival.

Greenlawns High School is a co-educational private school in Mumbai, India; It was founded in 1959 by an English woman, Daphne Clare Fraser-Thomson, who was the school's first principal. When she returned to the UK in 1969, she passed on the principal's chair to the then vice-principal Sara D'Mello who was singularly responsible for maintaining the high standards in education and personality development established by Fraser-Thomson. Fellowship School is a school located at Gowalia Tank, August Kranti Marg in South Mumbai, India. Established in 1927, the school provides education in Gujarati and English mediums. It mainly caters to children coming from the affluent Gujarati business community. The Fellowship Society Trust, which runs or manages the School tied up with another trust and opened a new school on its campus. The Hanging Gardens, in Mumbai, also known as Pherozeshah Mehta Gardens, are terraced gardens perched at the top of Malabar Hill, on its western side, just opposite the Kamala Nehru Park. They provide sunset views over the Arabian Sea and feature numerous hedges carved into the shapes of animals. The park was designed and laid out in 1881 by Ulhas Ghapokar over Bombay's main reservoir, some say to cover the water from the potentially contaminating activity of the nearby Towers of Silence. When seen from the air, the walkway inside the park (Hanging Gardens Path), spell out the letters PMG (Pherozeshah Mehta Gardens) in cursive.

Altamount Road, also known as India's Billionaires’ Row, is an affluent neighbourhood in Mumbai, India. The area is notable for some of the most expensive residences in the world consisting of ultra-luxurious residential skyscrapers, constructed or in development. It is the most expensive street in India and 10th most expensive in the world. The most prominent buildings on the street are The Imperial, Lodha Altamount, Antilia and Raheja One Altamount. The ultra-luxury building boom in the area predates the term "Billionaire's Row."

Mani Bhavan (lit. 'Jewel House') is a museum and historical building dedicated to Gandhi, situated at Laburnum Road in the Gamdevi precinct of Mumbai. Mani Bhavan was the focal point of Gandhi's political activities in Mumbai between 1917 and 1934.

Lincoln House, owned by billionaire Cyrus Poonawalla, is a 50,000 sq foot heritage property located at 78, Bhulabhai Desai Road, in the billionaires row of Mumbai, India.
