The Royal National City Park (Swedish: Kungliga nationalstadsparken) is a national city park, established by the Riksdag in 1995, and located in the municipalities of Stockholm, Solna and Lidingö in Sweden. 1/ km²2/ Population per km²

Spegeldammen (Swedish: (the) Mirror Pond) is a small lake in Norra Djurgården in north-eastern central Stockholm, Sweden. It is one of six lakes in Djurgården, the others being Lillsjön, Uggleviken, Isbladskärret, Laduviken, and Lappkärret. Located in the Royal National City Park, Spegeldammen is considered of great recreational value and forms part of a proposed nature reserve. It was created in the early 1980s after a shooting range here was closed and is today leased by an angling club for catch-and-release fishery.

Stockholm University Library (Swedish: Stockholms universitetsbibliotek) is the research library of the University of Stockholm with one main library and eight unit libraries. Stockholm University Library is one of Sweden's largest research libraries, providing extensive access to e-books and other digital material as well as interlibrary loans. The focus groups are students, researchers and teachers. They have access to the collections of printed as well as online literature, tools for e-publishing of essays, study places, research results and education in information, scientific communication and how to work with references. Stockholm University Library is also a public library with over 1.4 million visitors in 2012.

Experimentalfältet ("the field for experiments") was an area in Frescati in northern Stockholm that was used by the Royal Swedish Academy of Agriculture and Forestry from the early 19th Century until the 1960s. In the 1960s its mission was changed, when the new campus of Stockholm University was installed on the fields. The former Roslagsbanan railway station Universitetet used to be called Experimentalfältet but changed its name when the university had been established there. The activities of the Academy of Agriculture and Forestry have been transferred to an area in Ultuna outside Uppsala.

Institutet för rättsinformatik (IRI) is the Swedish Law & Informatics Research Institute within the Faculty of Law at Stockholm University. The institute examines the relationship and interaction between law and IT. IRI not only focuses on legal issues of technology and the Internet (legal aspects of computing), but also on the development of technical solutions within the legal field (legal informatics). IRI was founded in 1968 as the Working Party for EDP and Law. The working party enabled specialised research into the fields of legal informatics and legal aspects of computing and was also very successful in supporting a network of lawyers within these fields. In 1981, the Working Party was rearranged into IRI at Stockholm University and as part of the networking the Swedish Association for IT and Law (ADBJ) was established. The Swedish Law & Informatics Research Institute also runs the team blog, Blawblaw, with posts in English and Swedish.

Stockholm University (Swedish: Stockholms universitet) is a public research university in Stockholm, Sweden, founded as a college in 1878, with university status since 1960. With over 33,000 students at four different faculties: law, humanities, social sciences, and natural sciences, it is one of the largest universities in Scandinavia. The institution is regarded as one of the top 100 universities in the world by the Academic Ranking of World Universities (ARWU).Stockholm University was granted university status in 1960, making it the fourth oldest Swedish university. As with other public universities in Sweden, Stockholm University's mission includes teaching and research anchored in society at large.

Laduviken (Swedish: Barn Bay) is a lake in Norra Djurgården, a semi-rural area in north-eastern Stockholm, Sweden, forming part of the Royal National City Park. It is one of six lakes in Djurgården, the others being: Lillsjön, Uggleviken, Isbladskärret, Lappkärret, and Spegeldammen.

Fiskartorpet is a recreational area north of Stockholm, Sweden. It is situated in the Djurgården area. It features a small hotel, a small conference center, and a number of restaurants. Sporting facilities include an ice hockey rink, a soccer field, and a K-47 ski jump.

Aula Magna is the largest auditorium at Stockholm University in Sweden, completed in 1998. In addition to the large lecture hall there are smaller meeting and seminar rooms. Outside the lecture hall there is a gallery for reading. The auditorium is used for academic gatherings such as conferences and symposium as well as external functions such as general meetings. Nobel lectures have also been held here.

Cosmonova is an IMAX Dome cinema and planetarium located in an annex of the Swedish Museum of Natural History in Stockholm, Sweden. Cosmonova opened in 1993 and was the first ever dedicated IMAX installation in Sweden (and third in the Nordic countries after Tietomaa Science Centre in Oulu, Finland and Tycho Brahe Planetarium in Copenhagen, Denmark) and is also the largest planetarium in Sweden.

Långängen is a residential area in Stocksund in Danderyd Municipality in Sweden. It used to have service by a tramway connected to Stocksund railway station at Roslagsbanan but is now serviced with buses instead. Långängen was an important site for the early Swedish movie industry, with Skandiafilm's (sv) studio situated there in the early 20th century. Glen Studios, a music studio where the album ABBA was recorded, was situated in Långängen in the 1970s.

Universitetet ("the University") is a Metro station in the Frescati area, close to Stockholm University (Stockholms universitet), and the Museum of Natural History. It was opened on 12 January 1975 as the northern terminus of the extension from Tekniska högskolan. On 29 January 1978, the line was extended north to Mörby centrum.Since the 1990s, the art on the station consists of tiles featuring Carl von Linné and the UN Declaration of Universal Human Rights. This artwork is by Belgian and Parisian artist Françoise Schein. The station includes 12 large tiles panels all dedicated to the travels of Linné around the Baltic. The artist used the travels as the starting point to develop the theme of nature and the ecological problems we are all living now in the world. The work was created in Lisbon on azulejos tiles, then brought to Stockholm. It represents in its conception and its production a real European work of art. Not far from the station is the Universitetet railway station and several bus lines.
